  1. Open a ticket and Support will supply the fw file and instructions.
  2. It's a Corsair thing. The LEDs are mounted high, so they want the main keystroke to be on top to illuminate it.
  3. Really can't cuz if it was wet, it dried out by now. Just speculating. Have you tried this kb in another computer?
  4. You can play dumb and RMA it, or just replace it. Mice aren't too expensive.
  5. USB Power Savings, some application/driver causing system latency. What did you install or update recently?
  6. 1) Did you remember to grab the Ironclaw dongle from the dead system? (Just checking the obvious) 2) For 2.4 operation, make sure switch is all the way to the right. If it's wired, it can work in any position, and you may have it on off or BT mode. 3) With dongle installed, does it show IronClaw in iCUE?
  7. Have you tried mapping them manually to Global in FB2K?
  8. You can use that I guess. I was thinking of a solar panel version. :)
  9. Only way to fix this is with an RMA. The stabilizers are broken, and need to be replaced on the keyboard's PCB. Buying a new spacebar will achieve nothing.
  10. My kb has 3 + mounts; it looks like the left and right switch mounts are stuck to your spacebar. Thus they are broken.
  11. Sorry, I haven't encountered this issue yet on my unit. I also have experienced iCUE having background components hang after PC has been running for a day. Are you using a soft or hw profile as main/default? I like to stick to hw profiles, I get far less aggravation.
  12. Addendum: Bluetooth Battery monitoring with Windows 10 is useless, always reporting 100%. Tho I am currently on Day 3 of my initial charge, mouse reporting 2 yellow bars.
  13. Could be due to left click has gotten some flex, and is sitting lower than before.
  14. If the devices support both wireless options, then yes, since they have a toggle to be in either 2.4 or BT.
  15. Disconnect, wait 10 secs, plug in and see if it's ok
  16. ^^ What c-attack said. :) Repair install, a HID driver isn't installed properly.
