  1. As I only use HW profiles, I've not have had any problems like you have described.
  2. I like the non-slip rubber. :)
  3. USB 2.0 can output 5V @ .5A, USB3 5V@1.0A, both of which are capable of recharging your Dark Core. I know this because I own one. The Dark Core was designed to operate on USB2.0 and USB3.0. When wired up to power, the side LED lights will indicate it's charging for a couple of seconds. You can use a PC port, or a USB charger and use the mouse wireless.
  4. Different technology. The slim one is Slipstream.
  5. Nonsense. The mouse can recharge and function on USB 2.0. As for having all 3.0 ports, do you have access to an older laptop with 2.0 ports?
  6. 1) dont use any hubs 2) mouse must be wired and dongle attached 3) if having an update issue, try a USB 2.0 port
  7. If you ever do a firmware update, make sure you use USB ports directly on the PC.
  8. When the side buttons aren't responding, it's because the HID driver for them has stopped working. (The mouse has several HID drivers) Worst case scenario, do a repair install of iCUE. It'll fix the missing driver component.
  9. Don't downgrade, do a soft reset of the mouse. Also save your DPI settings to a hardware profile, and just delete the Default one, cuz that is a software profile, and requires iCUE. You can also do a repair install of iCUE instead of downgrading to an earlier one.
  10. Problem is that they're release a new revision with detachable battery, and expect you to buy it.
  11. I suppose I'll just wait and see what happens with this keyboard in a couple of years. If it turns out that I lose the backlighting, I will be very upset. I see 7 screws, so it shouldn't be impossible to open up, and the leads can be cut to slice in a new battery. Otherwise it has to be sent back to Corsair and pay to have them replace it, which would probably be cost prohibitive. Seriously, meh.
  12. My UEFI motherboard on start will detect my K63 Wireless without needing to use BIOS mode. You should also be able to disable the halt on no keyboard error.
  13. Contact support, and ask for current firmware files. Then follow the instructions they give you. So, both flashed died on you, so did you try and flash them from a hub port or something?
  14. Hey Whiney Nutz, you can rename the device in iCUE to get rid of the (1)'s
  15. Yes, open a ticket and request the current firmware file for CRP. They'll give you the file and instructions to recover.
  16. I'm on 1.14.102 and 1.11.52 for my Ironclaw, and I do not experience any double clicking issues. I also only use HW profiles, since I have no need for custom macros.
  17. Is your dongle or mouse in a hub? Never flash from a hub.
