  1. I see what you mean. You can only have one effect, and toggle the zones to be on or off only. Well, I agree. The 3 zones should be programmable and independent. And if an effect is shared, it should be in sync. (Or maybe not if desired.) I haven't delved much into it, since I use a Static Color of #78ffff (adjust to desired brightness) to sync the color to the Ice Blue of the K63 Wireless SE.
  2. Open a ticket and request the current firmware due to CRP boot. Support will supply the firmware file and provide instructions.
  3. For initial setup I would direct connect the unit so iCUE sets up properly, it has to load drivers. Then try the switch.
  4. 1) Shut down iCUE completely and test the right-click. 2) If not working, try using the mouse wired or via BlueTooth. 3) If still not working, return for a replacement.
  5. 1) Yes, there are RGB zones to play with. 2) Never tried reassigning the DPI buttons, so I don't know. 3) It has a Sleep function, if you set it in iCUE, but no it doesn't fully turn off.
  6. Or the switch is broken and Amazon needs to send you a replacement.
  7. Internally, the kb has a table for the RGB coloring, and that table can become corrupt, and thus odd coloring effects. Doing a soft reset rebuilds this. Also, the iCUE app can affect this as well, and thus why redoing the application fixed the coloring. (You synced the color tables on the kb and the software by doing this)
  8. Do a soft reset, maybe the kb's settings need to be reset after the flash. You may need to pair up the dongle afterwards.
  9. If the solution was to replace the whole keyboard, why not invest in getting a full set of the doubleshot keys instead? I would think this would be cheaper.
  10. Water shorted the system, and resetting it made it worse. Replace unit. You did not clean it as well as you thought. Next time, unplug, drain it, dry it, and then place it in a bag with some rice to absorb latent water for 2 days. Remove all the rice kernels. (Or at least let it air dry for 2 days)
  11. Can you try pairing with BlueTooth to make sure the antenna is working?
  12. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025348571-Mouse-Reset Google is your friend
  13. 1) Turn mouse off/on to when it's behaving improperly to fix. 2) When switching modes (wired/wireless) iCUE can change to another profile, causing these issues. I've also found that with iCUE updates, sometimes the existing profiles no longer work properly, and need to be redone.
  14. There's a post by Corsair Calico Jack in this very thread. I guess you didn't read it. If you need to, try PMing the reps, as of late they are extremely backed up.
  15. Also they are switching to a new support system, so they are bogged in atm, try PM'ing a rep here with your ticket number to get it expedited.
  16. Probably because the profiles contain info for both devices.
  17. You can turn lights on/off in HW proifiles too and switch between them, using the Power Saving Mode option or with modded Lighting settings. You don't need soft profiles to do this. But hey, if you want to use them, go right ahead. Just delete your existing soft profiles, and remake them, and your sleep issue should go away. Or not. I don't have this issue anymore with current iCUE and firmware. As for the mods not replying, I can't speak for them.
  18. Because when you unplug it is changing profile, because you just changed from wired mode (which will use a soft profile in preference to a HW one) to wireless mode. It's crazy crap like this that drove me crazy, and it was doing this to me as well, until I did the following: 1) Made sure the soft profile is NOT FIRST on the list in iCUE. I moved it to the bottom. 2) I moved my desired hardware profile to being FIRST in iCUE. 3) I made all my changes and saved it to the mouse regarding Sleep settings. Things worked well, tho I would still get some weirdness on occasion, despite my soft profile matched my HW1 profile, so I did this: 4) To insure this doesn't happen to me again, I simply deleted ALL my soft profiles. Now I can plug and unplug it all day long and I don't get any changed settings.
  19. Cuz when you unplug it's changing profiles. Make sure your onboard profiles are updated and saved.
  20. I've posted a fix about this in another thread, guess you missed it. The issue is from the profiles. You need to delete you existing soft profiles and remake them, with the desired Sleep setting. If using HW profile, then update the Sleep setting, and save it to the mouse. After the firmware update, the Sleep setting was set to being really short.
  21. You can PM Corsair Nick with your ticket number, or one of the others.
  22. You can email them with your RMA # to expedite a replacement
