  1. Thanks for providing your initial reaction to Hydro X. Reviews should be coming not too long after media have returned home from Taiwan and gotten their hands on samples to build with. GPU block selection is limited mainly to FE/reference PCB cards for now, custom PCB cards are very likely in the future as things get going (we did show off an ASUS STRIX block in our Computex display). The Hydro X team spent a great deal of effort getting the configurator just right. Major props to them because what it does now, it does quite well considering the complexity of piecing together a fully compatible custom cooling loop. Your feedback (and everyone else's) is much appreciated and will only help to improve Hydro X as a whole since this is a very new product category for us at CORSAIR (that said, many of us are fairly experienced with custom loops from a builder/enthusiast perspective). :)
  2. Blocks for custom PCB cards (ASUS Strix) were shown in the Hydro X display at Computex this year (so those will likely be coming relatively soon). Other cards are possible, but I do not have any further information. For the time being, availability is mostly going to be for FE/reference PCB cards and branch out from there once things start to settle down a bit. :)
  3. To support the launch of our new CORSAIR Hydro X Series custom cooling components, we've put together a playlist of installation and setup guides. These videos will be updated as new products and topics related to the CORSAIR Hydro X Series are covered. If you need help or have any questions, please create a separate thread in the Hydro X section of the CORSAIR User Forum. -Corsair Chris
  4. Thanks for the update. Any chance you could share the lot# for your unit?
  5. Is there an update available for iCUE? Try updating to the latest version.
  6. This sounds like it could be coil whine from your GPU. If it's doing it even while not under load, the fan may be slightly off balance, which shouldn't impact performance, but if it does bother you, you should reach out to our customer service team for a solution (though I'm not sure if they can just send a replacement fan).
  7. We cannot since it can change depending on the availability of parts.
  8. It's very unlikely to be the BIOS. I'd still check the cooler lines just to make sure there isn't a weird kink in the tubing somewhere that may have contributed to the temp increases you noticed in your other thread.
  9. Thanks for the feedback and best of luck as you begin your PhD! We'll keep everyone updated if a solution comes together for those that would like to take advantage of VirtualLink.
  10. Really odd. Did you happen to have something near the system that could've obstructed airflow? Also, have you ever opened the system up? (For cleaning/just to take a peek/etc.) It's possible that if you did open it up, that the tubes running into the CPU block may need to be adjusted a bit for better coolant flow.
  11. Nice! The bracket below would also work (it uses the stock cooling mounts that are preinstalled on AM4 boards), but it's cool to see another solution out there for the first gen CORSAIR ONE systems' smart coolers. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Cooling-And-Corsair-Link/Hydro-Series%E2%84%A2-H60-H80i-H100i-H110i-AMD-Mounting-Bracket/p/CW-8960011
  12. Please see this post: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1002378&postcount=488
  13. That would be correct to my knowledge. Unfortunately, I can't since that is subject to change based on supply.
  14. CORSAIR ONE 2019 models were designed with the then-current implementation of VR-Ready we had at the time in mind (which called for an HDMI pass-through on the front panel of previous CORSAIR ONE models). We were made aware of VirtualLink being present on RTX cards late enough in the development cycle that it would have significantly delayed our launch schedule. Edit: That said, we've noted the interest in supporting VirtualLink and will continue monitoring the topic as future VR headsets eventually adopt that connectivity option.
  15. Good to see this thread again... ;) So first off, The Light Enhancement Module kits have a different part number on the rear label to distinguish them from normal modules while still looking as close to identical to a normal kit of RAM as we can allow, we are keeping an eye on this though and can tweak this if we notice that users are getting these mixed up with normal kits of DRAM. Second, We already have an accessory that adds RGB lighting to non-RGB memory (when connected to Commander PRO or Lighting Node PRO). You also get the added benefit of additional cooling for your RAM and other components directly on your mobo! https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/Dominator-Airflow-Platinum-RGB-Fan/p/CMDAF2 The above is actually the newest version, we have an older version of this that is also RGB (single zone instead of individually addressable) for users with Commander Mini. You'll notice that this older version is called Airflow Platinum LED (instead of RGB), it'll also have the older version of the CORSAIR Sails logo. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Memory/DOMINATOR%C2%AE-Airflow-PLATINUM-LED-Fan/p/CMDAF
  16. Thanks for the feedback everyone. If you've come across this issue with your chassis, please unplug the effected switch from your motherboard for the time being. If you haven't contacted our customer support team, please do so and/or follow up on your ticket.
  17. Zotty's RGB superthread has been moved to the iCUE Software section. Link: http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=173880
  18. The HUE Sync app for Windows isn't too bad on its own. You can create "entertainment zones" which are essentially special scenes just for syncing. You can toggle on different modes and it'll change the colors of your lights based on colors/activity on the screen with some input from sound if you choose to enable that. I use it from time to time and it does a decent enough job on its own even though it isn't actually synced up to iCUE profiles.
  19. This is only for Bulldog systems that are equipped with Z270 motherboards. Version E7A66IZ1.1QA includes micro-code updates 0x84 and 0xC2 to address the Spectre and Meltdown vulnerabilities. Installation instructions: Download E7A66IZ1.1QA here. Unzip downloaded file and copy-paste the file to the root of a USB drive. Reboot to BIOS with USB drive plugged into Bulldog system. Select M-Flash. Select BIOS update file from USB drive and follow the prompts to completion.
  20. Good catch. Not sure if leaving the HeadsetStand and MouseMat cases out of the example was intentional. That being said, wireless mice and keyboards (K63 wireless and Dark Core RGB) are not supported by the SDK currently. DRAM and AIO coolers are also absent for the time being.
  21. CUE SDK has been updated to include DIY devices (Lighting Node PRO/Commander PRO). Supported Devices: Keyboards: CGK65 RGB K65 LUX RGB K65 RGB RAPIDFIRE K70 RGB K70 LUX K70 RAPIDFIRE K70 LUX RGB K70 RGB RAPIDFIRE K95 RGB STRAFE STRAFE RGB K63 (wired) K68 K95 RGB PLATINUM Mice: M65 M65 PRO RGB SABRE SABRE RGB SABRE RGB Optical SABRE RGB Laser Scimitar GLAIVE RGB Scimitar PRO RGB KATAR Headsets: VOID USB VOID Wireless VOID PRO USB VOID PRO Wireless Mouse Mat: MM800 RGB Headset Stand: ST100 RGB LED Controllers: Lighting Node PRO Commander PRO Requirements: Windows 7, 8, 10 http://downloads.corsair.com/download?item=Files/CUE/CUESDK_3.0.171.zip
  22. Have you guys updated to 3.4? It went live earlier this week.
  23. We're working on implementing a fix that hopefully resolves this in 3.4. Thanks for your patience everyone.
  24. Hastegag is correct, you can do this via static lighting OR hardware playback by creating a profile with no lights and saving it to device memory. However, that only works on devices that have either of those features.
  25. We're working with ASUS on AURA Sync compatibility.
