  1. Hi there, So you are using 3x QL120 RGB in the front of the case and then the fans that comes with the H100i Elite Capellix on the cooler? What is the 6th fan? On the same Lighting Node Pro/Core you need to have the same kind of RGB fan for it to work properly.
  2. Hello there, I would recommend you to create a ticket with our support and see if they can help you out. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  3. Hi pwyll, Depending on which motherboard and dram you are using the H100i wont fit it in the top. Im sorry but it looks like with your setup it wont work.
  4. Sorry to hear that, are you able to provide more information on what system specs you have? Have you done a clean installation of iCUE4? If not follow this guide and remember to save the profiles you want to keep. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE
  5. Can you try to make a clean installation of iCUE4 following this guide (remember to backup any profiles you have before): https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE
  6. Is it this part you mean? https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Cases/Crystal-570X-PSU-Shroud-Cover/p/CC-8900136
  7. How do you have the Lighting Node Cores setup in iCUE? And what fans are connected to them? Can you doublecheck that each is setup correctly with the correct fans? Are you able to do a "clean installation" of iCUE? Save all your profiles before and then follow this guide: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE
  8. Could you try and make a "clean installation" of iCUE4? Remember to save all your profiles before you do this. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE
  9. Im sorry to hear that. Could you share what hardware setup you have and which iCUE compatible products you have? That would make it easier to find a solution for you.
  10. As c-attack says you would need one of these: https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Custom-Cooling/Accessories/CORSAIR-RGB-Fan-LED-Hub/p/CO-8950020
  11. Im sorry to hear this. You can either check with Best Buy or contact our support team directly and get a RMA started. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  12. Im sorry you are experiencing that. Are they installed to a Lighting Node Core? Try doing a firmware update on that through iCUE and double check you have the fans set at static light on all LEDs of the fans. If that doesnt help I would contact our support-team and create a ticket. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  13. As the video Zotty shared shows you can either use any of the presets for the fan or create your custom-curve. The fans for your cooler often react to the water-temperature instead of CPU-temperature which makes the fan-curve "smoother".
  14. You can add layers and apply them to the LEDs you want, so you can have one layer for the outer ring and one for the inner ring for example, with different colors, solid or with effects.
  15. Im sorry you are not satisfied with the tinted glass. I would add some dimmed down white lighting in there just to slightly light up the inside so it would be more visible for you.
  16. Hi Mannekino, Im sorry to hear that. Have you contacted our support?
  17. I see your point and I will forward your feedback internally. I would add some dimmed down white lighting just to slightly light up the inside so it would be more visible.
  18. To control the RGB of your LL120 fans through iCUE these need to be installed either to a Lighting Node Pro/Core or Commander Pro/Core. Where do you have the LL120 RGB headers installed right now?
  19. As Powerhaus930 is saying doublecheck that you have the fans installed on port 1-3, try different sata-ports for the Lighting Node Core. Also try and make a force firmware update on the Lighting Node Core.
  20. The one-wire fan-cable goes to your CPU_FAN on the motherboard. The SATA cable goes to your PSU. The other two are for the fans/rgb.
  21. If you check the radiator on your cooler there should be a sticker with a product number, post that so we know which exact model of the H100i you are using.
  22. Me personally I would have the bottom fans as intake because of the ventilation aspect. We solved this issue with our QL RGB fans that have lighting on both sides.
