  1. I would recommend you to create a ticket with our support and they would be able to help you. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  2. No worries! Show some photos of your build when its done. :)
  3. There's not going to be any update to let you reduce the speed below 2300 RPM. The pump needs a certain amount of flow to keep the impeller floating, if it dips too low it starts making noise and you'd see reduced reliability. What I would suggest is making sure the mounting screws on the socket are turned completely and not loose. If it's loose you get some resonance. Take a screwdriver and just turn the thumbnut with minimal force, don't torque it or force it when the screw stops. If it is already all the way tight, you can try to back the screw off slightly to see if it changes anything with that resonant sound. Lastly, if you still have this problem contact our support for a replacement. It shouldn't be this loud. Attach your receipt/invoice if you submit the ticket and they'll help you pretty quickly.
  4. Hello there, Im sorry you are experiencing this. Can you doublecheck that it is mounted tightly? We have seen some issues with noise on the AM4 plattform where its not been tightened enough and creating resonance.
  5. Hi there, So from what I understand you have it installed like this: 6x QL fan -> Lighting Node Core 1 -> Commander Pro and Sata 1x QL fan -> Lighting Node Core 2 -> Commander Pro and Sata What happens if you switch them around?
  6. Sounds like a faulty LED Im afraid, Im sorry for this but please create a ticket with our support and they will be able to help you. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  7. If you want it as exhaust you want the side with the fan-blade to be pointing down.
  8. You can have the QL RGB fans on one Lighting Node Core and the SP RGB fans on another, or if you have a Commander Pro you can use them together with a RGB-HUB: https://www.corsair.com/eu/en/Categories/Products/Custom-Cooling/Accessories/CORSAIR-RGB-Fan-LED-Hub/p/CO-8950020
  9. So to summarize here: 1. It overheats when you play Assassins Creed: Valhalla? 2. Your fans doesnt go over 1100RPM? How are your fans connected? To the Commander Core?
  10. Im not sure what you mean with USB front panel boxes, are you able to post a photo of what your issue is?
  11. The fans that comes with that case does not work with our controllers as it was made to be used with the motherboards RGB controll. As LeDoyen said on the motherboard you wrote you are using there is a JRGB header in the top right corner of the motherboard. There is also 5x fan ports, on in the top next to the DRAM slots, three on the right side and one on the bottom part of the motherboard.
  12. Hey there, Im sorry the tempered glass panel didnt fit on your case, you can find the acrylic sidepanel here: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-%7C-Parts/PC-Components/Cases/Carbide-275R-Acrylic-Side-Panel/p/CC-8900207
  13. Sorry I thought you had the Elite Capellix as you said you have a Commander Core. So the fans from the AIO is installed to the Commander Core or the AIO cables?
  14. You can install the three QL120 RGB fans to the Commander Core together with three more fans and all those can be individually controlled.
  15. How is the rest of the fans in your case setup? Have you doublechecked that the CPU-block have proper contact with your CPU?
  16. How does the other settings for the pump sound? Are you able to record the noise?
  17. As c-attack wrote I would first try a Force Firmware update through iCUE. If that doesnt work please contact out support here: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
  18. So the two fans from the H100i Elite Capellix is installed to the Commander Core as well as the three LL120 RGB fans from the case?
  19. Im sorry for you but LeDoyen is correct, I hope you find it working with a external drive instead!
  20. They should not conflict with each other. You get a lighting and fan controller with the H150i Capellix that I would recommend using for the fans from the cooler. The case also comes with a Lighting Node Pro that you can use if you want to add more RGB fans.
  21. LeDoyen and Zotty summarized this well! Post some photos of your build when its done! :)
  22. Some users have the topfans as intake, especially with a topmounted radiator of some sort. But if you are using it as exhaust you can of course remove it if you want. :)
