I will keep adding to it in an attempt to cover most iCue & Link Wiring/Hardware Setup type Questions. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ iCue & Link Control Products Button Controllers Only compatible with HD or SP RGB fans Must use HD version on HD fans only and SP version on SP fans only Plugs into the Corsair RGB Fan LED hub Cannot be used along side Corsair iCue/LINK Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub Sata Powered (none Removable) Connects via an LED channel of either the Commander Pro or Lighting Node Pro and would allow RGB control via Corsair iCue/LINK (SP & HD fans also have a button controller option, Note:- no Corsair iCue/LINK Control when using Button Controllers) Compatible with All Corsair RGB Fans up to a total of 6 Via 6 x 4 pin Headers Only 1 type of fan per hub. QL RGB Fans: 34 Individually addressed LEDs, 12 around the outside and 4 around the hub on the front and 12 around the outside and 6 around the hub on the inside of the fan. These are 4-pin PWM fans and can be controlled from any 4-pin PWM header or 3-pin DC header (PWM is preferred and provides better control). The RGB effect is visible from the intake and exhaust sides of the fan. Available in 140mm and 120mm versions. Rated current for the fan: 0.30A. Note. If Using 6 QL Fans on the Lighting Node Pro. you can not have anything on the Lighting Node Pro's other Rgb Channel. Can be Used with RGB Fan LED Hubs Like any other Corsair RGB iCUE enabled Fan . ML RGB Fans: 4 Individually addressed LEDs around the hub of the fan. Optimized for the best combination of performance and silence, using the same technology as the Corsair ML Pro fans but with reduced speed. They are identical to the fans that ship with the new series of PRO coolers. These are 4-pin PWM fans and require a 4-pin PWM connection for control; the magnetic levitation requires the full 12V to operate properly. The RGB effect is visible on both intake and exhaust. None of the below items are compatible with the older Commander Mini and Lighting Node Products.. Do NOT attempt to mix the two product ranges. The Commander Mini and Lighting Node are now discontinued, You may get help for these items by asking in the Corsair Link Section 'Click Me' . 4 strip Limit in LINK and 6 Strip Limit in iCue . Commander Pro's can be Daisy chained. . Can have as many Commander Pro's and/or Lighting Node Pro's as you like. . You can NOT mix fan types on the Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub. . Corsair RGB fans have 2 Cables.. one for power/rpm control and one for RGB control . Fans must be plugged into the Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub in order, You must not miss ports out.. 3 fans? ports 1 to 3!. . Do Not Hot Swap Fans and Strips into the Commander Pro or Lighting Node Pro while Your system is powered up. . Fans & Strips must be added Into iCue/LINK in the Correct devices 'Lighting Setup' Tab. . Pro Strips will NOT work in the Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub and will result in a damaged Pro Strip should you attempt this. . RGB fans will NOT work plugged directly in to the Lighting Node Pro or Commander Pro, you MUST use the Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub which then Plugs into a Commander Pro or Lighting Node Pro . ML and LL multipack kits come with both the RGB Fan LED Hub & a Lighting Node Pro . . SP and HD Multipack Kits come the RGB Fan LED Hub & a Button controller. . SP/HD/ML RGB Fan's and Pro LED strips have Hardware playback, Meaning they will will continue to display Custom Profiles when iCue/LINK isn't Running. . Button Controllers, SP button Controller only operates the SP RGB Fans & the HD button Controller only operates the HD RGB Fans and are in NO way compatible with LL or ML RGB Fan's . If you have one bad fan (LED's) it could possibly effect the following fans on the RGB Fan LED Hub, Bad fan in port 1? fans on the following ports may not light up correctly. . Not Officially supported but there is no reason why you can not use Fan header Splitter cables on the Commander Pro (note there is a 1A limitation per fan header and a 4.5A limitation for the entire unit (including it's MCU and any Corsair RGB Strips you have attached) and I recommend no more than 2 Fans on any one Channel (note, seen plenty of issues when trying to use triple PWM splitters or more). . iCue/LINK Is also a Hardware Monitoring Program. It's not recommended you run other monitoring programs along side it. To do so risks Software Conflicts. . When encountering problems like coolers not being detected by iCue/LINK, it's worth heading to Device Manager/Universal Serial Bus Controllers and look for the Corsair USBXp driver, Even if it is present and enabled, disable/re-enable and see if that helps. This can also apply to the Commander Pro. same procedure but different Firmware, Both Commander Pro and Node Pro Firmware can be found here . Need More USB Headers?. You could use the ones on the back of your case by routing a standard Mini Usb Cable out to it.. Or You could Try this Click Me . Corsair 570x Mirror Black RGB logo's are Connected as a Single SP RGB fan. they are Plugged into Port 4 of the supplied Corsair RGB Fan LED Hub along with the Supplied SP RGB Fans. You would need to Add a Lighting Node Pro or a Commander Pro for iCue/LINK control. Should you replace the stock SP RGB fans with other Corsair RGB fans you would need them on a Second RGB Fan LED Hub and you would need to Move the Logo's to port 1 of the RGB Fan LED hub it's connected to. Standard With Commander Pro Giving iCUE Control of 6 SP RGB Fans and the Case Logo's this one shows use of a Custom Cable to allow the use of a Single RGB Fan LED Hub. it must be noted that the Custom cable can only be used with fans/logo's of the same type! the Logo's in the 570x Mirror black are technically an SP RGB Fan. this is how they are connected and also detected in iCUE/LINK and indeed by the SP button Controller..YOU MUST NOT MIX SP Fan RGB fan connections with any of Corsairs other RGB Fans/Strips. and of course this is in no way Supported by Corsair in anyway.. this is a custom modification!. at your own risk guys! and another taking things a step further by adding the Custom SP RGB Fan splitter Cable and also a Commander Pro and Pro Lighting Expansion Pack ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Advanced Corsair RGB Setups This show's the use of Multiple Lighting Node Pro's and RGB Fan LED Hub's. The plan with this one is to have two of the Lighting Node Pro's outside the case Powering 12 x Pro Led strips spread across the back of all Monitors and 12 x Pro Led strips under the desks and behind the TV on the Wall. updated diagram below shows use of DevBikers RGB Fan LED Hub Splitter Cable. more info here http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=174759 I have also run a Usb cable from my Wifes Lighting Node Pro in her PC to my Rear IO so I control her Node Pro in My iCue, meaning her RGB is synced with mine Note.   2. Hi Everything in my system has been running fine. Recently i added some led strips to LED 1 on my Commander Pro. And I got this problem LED 2 is still working fine How can i solve this problem?
  3. Hello everyone, Recently I started working on a fun, personal project to occupy my time by building my first PC. I've decided that this may be a relaxing way to "unwind" from my work, as I'm a Network Engineer and this seemed a bit less of a mental task and more physical one. That said, I've come to a sudden obstacle. I currently have a Corsair 5000D Airflow tower and saw on Corsair's website/tower review videos that it is possible to have up to 13 fans installed; 3x 120mm front, 3x 120mm side, 6x 120mm AIO CPU cooler push/pull configuration, and 1x 120mm rear). Call it overkill, but I am intrigued and would like to test this. The obstacle: wiring - HOW? Additionally, what other parts are needed, if necessary? I currently have a Commander Pro, a Commander CORE (included with the AIO), and 2x RGB lighting hubs (included with each 3pk of RGB fans), as well as the pre-installed PWM on the rear/backside of the Airflow 5000D. I have searched for hours trying to find some sort of video explanation or guide, but the only mention that I have located seems to require splitters. Is there no other way to make this work without the use of additional splitters? At the end of this all, ideally, I would prefer that the iCUE lighting function works with all the fan as well. I'm not too concerned with costs of additional equipment if needed, I just need to know what is necessary and how to do so. Just for safe measure, these are my current specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950x 16-core CPU Cooler: Corsair iCUE H150i Elite Capellix Motherboard: Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Dark Hero ATX M4 Memory: Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 128GB (4x32gb) DDR4-3200 CL16 Storage: Corsair MP600 PRO XT Gen4 PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD 1TB GPU: EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti 12GB FTW3 Ultra Gaming LE iCX3 Tower: Corsair 5000D Ariflow ATX Mid PSU: Corsair AXi 1600w 80+ Titanium Certified Fully Modular ATX OS: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Fans: 13x Corsair iCUE QL120mm I appreciate any help on this matter and look forward to hearing your responses.   4. I am trying to copy some custom cooling presets of mine. When I copy the selected preset it makes a copy of a non selected preset instead. When I delete a selected preset it's deleting a non selected preset.
  5. Hello, I am new to all this but really needed to build a new machine to handle my workload in my production business. My understanding of building a computer is definitely new. I like many others I am sure also have a slight case of OCD. Here is my question. I recently had bought RGB ML Fans and a Commander Pro for my Lian Li Dynamic XL but realized that they do not look good in the intake position. So I used those in my old machine and ran out and got 10 of the RGB QL fans. However, I noticed that the setup is a little different. My question is if I plug the CORSAIR Lighting Node CORE (came with the QL 3 Pack) into the available USB hubs of my commander pro will that wok? Lastly, I have a total of 10 fans. I have 12 RGB ports via the 2x CORSAIR Lighting Node CORE, but commander Pro only has room for 6 Fans total? Can I use a splitter and run all 10 or should I get another Commander pro? Any help would be amazing. Thank you.
  6. Right, I have scoured the internet; watched videos, ready forum posts, spoken to people in fb groups, the lot! And nowhere can I find an answer to this and it’s so frustrating that it made me cry last night. A year ago I bought the 220t RGB airflow case. It had 3 RGB fans already in the front plugged into a lighting node. So I put the rest of my pc parts in the case and been working fine. However the fans are so loud and my previous case had sliders to adjust the fan speed so it was quieter. I wanted to adjust the fan speed and read online you need a commander pro for it. So I saved up for one. Also upgraded my psu so I got a commander pro recently and installed it all again. Everywhere online said you don’t need a lighting node if you have the commander pro as it does both for you. However, upon turning my pc on after finishing putting it all together I open my iCUE and the fan speed says 0 even though the fans are running as they always have been but also the RGB lights in the fans weren’t on. And even though I tried to turn them on in the iCUE nothing happened. Questions: Have I plugged it in wrong? If so how can the fans be running at all? Do I need the lighting node and the commander pro? If I do why do people online say you don’t? FYI: I have NO RGB light strips. Just the RGB fans that came already in my case. I keep seeing videos on YouTube explaining this situation but with RGB strips and extra fans but that isn’t my situation and doesn’t help. Please please please can someone help?
  7. Since the latest update, I can no longer control the Pump speed on my XD7. It shows and runs at the last setting, if I can disconnect it from my Commander Pro it runs at full speed as expected. All firmware is upto date. Anyone got any ideas?

Ils sont tous connecté à un commander pro qui aprÚs quelque minutes n'est plus reconnue par icue et disparait. A partir de ce moment la les ventilateur font N'IMPORTE QUOI les couleurs sont aléatoire et tellement rapide que ca vire au blanc a des moments. J'ai vraiment besoin d'aide car ca devient énervant je ne sais plus quoi faire . Merci d'anvance
  9. Hi all, I'm having some trouble getting iCue to recognise a newly purchased and installed H115i Pro XT RGB. The pump lights have lit up and are cycling through (what I assume) to be a standard rainbow cycle, the pump is cooling well after configuring it in my motherboard's BIOS and 2x Noctua NF-A14s I've attached to the radiator and Corsair Commander Pro are running fine. Cooling wise I'm pleased, however I cannot get iCue to recognise it in order to monitor pump speed and customise RGB. If it helps, here's my PC's spec [running latest Windows 10]: Ryzen 5 5600X Gigabyte Aorus X570I Crucial Ballistix 2x8GB 3600Mhz CL16 Sabrent Rocket 1TB NVME (TLC) [boot drive, various other drives for game and recording libraries] Corsair SF600 Platinum PSU PowerColor Red Devil Radeon RX 6700 XT Cooler Master NR200P (using vented side panel and horizontal GPU layout) Corsair Commander Pro, attached are: 2x NF-A12x15 bottom intakes, 2x NF-A14 side intakes (H115i rad) & 2x Cooler Master Sickle Flow fans exhausting up top. H115i Pro XT RGB in the USB 1 header Monitoring and controlling fan speeds and component temperature is fine through the Commander Pro in iCue. However, the H115i Pro XT RGB refuses to show up. So far I've tried: -Disbaled fast boot and XM-something hand off under USB settings in motherboard BIOS (following a post on Corsair forums), -Updated motherboard's chipset drivers to latest, -Reinstalled iCue 4 (per Corsair's clean install guide), -Installed the iCue v3.x on the H115i Pro XT RGB's product page under 'Support - Downloads', -Using USBDeview to try and locate H115i (no success, can see Commander Pro as only Corsair device), -Windows 10 Device Manager that reveals 'Corsair composite virtual device' which apparently has the latest/most optimised drivers - possibly Commander Pro? -No micro-USB cable on hand small enough to plug into the back of the motherboard to see if it's a Commander Pro compatibility issue. It would press against and possibly damage the RAM modules. Any further troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated. I have read this is a problem on AMD systems and if it requires an RMA I'd rather avoid it. Also other users who have experienced the same problem have reported plugging their case USB into the Commander Pro's USB header and pump usb directly into the motherboard has solved the issue - I'd rather avoid this due to further cable management and tinkering after squeezing the H115i into the NR200. The cooler is running seemingly fine and I'm content with performance. It would just be nice to see it in iCue and customise colour schemes - this is also why I went for the H115i over NZXT X63 (in my girlfriend's SSUPD Mesh system) and Cooler Master 280mm AIO due to already having the Commander Pro for 6 fans. At the end of the day I can't actually see the cooler behind the rad on the side bracket and am pleased with performance - lowest temps I've seen since building this sysytem, was previously using a Noctua NH-U9S which I've kept in case this AIO bricks. EDIT 1: I should mention the motherboard (Gigabyte Aorus X570I) has only 2 USB headers - 1 for case and 1 for other components. I've the NR200 front panel USB plugged into larger and Commander Pro plugged into smaller.

I am building with the following parts, and it'll be clear shortly why I only have 1 USB 2.0 header: - Asus Prime x570-Pro - EVGA 3080ti FTW3 - Ryzen 7 5800 - 1000 W EVGA G5 PSU - WD NVMe - RP-Link AX3000E Wifi 6 / Bluetooth card (*needs 1 of the 2 USB 2.0 headers for bluetooth) - Lian Li Dynamic 011 Dynamic Now onto the Corsair components I want to install: - H150i Capellix AIO (not using the included ML120 fans) - 9x QL120 fans I have the following Corsair hubs: - Commander Core (comes with H150i) - Commander Pro (bought separately) - 3x Lighting Node Core (comes with each 3-pack of QL120) So, the question is: how can I control all of these fans RGB and PWM using iCue with only 1 USB 2.0 header available? I have seen a graphic (below) where the Commander Core is plugged into the Commander Pro, but have read that if it is configured this way, then the Commander Core does not appear in iCue properly). I was then thinking I would need to plug both the Commander Pro and Commander Core into my mobo USB headers but I need one of those headers for the wireless card. I would appreciate any guidance on the best way to configure this, and whether or not I need any PWM splitters (and if I do, what I should know about using them so that I do not have any issues with the hubs, etc).   11. Hi All, I have a h150i elite cappelix, which I want the fans to be managed by the commander pro. Obviously I still need the commander core to wire up the pump. So see my design below. I have a 5000X case. What I did is: - removed the PWM fan controller included in the case --> wired it up to the commander PRO - Used the commander PRO as the FAN controller for the H150i fans - Connected all casefans and H150I fans to the RGB hub included with the case - Connected the Pump to the commander core So my concrete question is: Will the H150 elite cappelix setup work with this setup? Or do I have to connect the fans and RGB to the commander core in order to get it working?
  12. Hey Folks I'm new here but i've had a quick look and can't see anything that helps my problem. So i have the H100i CPU cooler and I've installed 2 further LL series lights. (1 intake at front of case and 1 exhaust at back) Ive connected the fans together for the h100i and connected the other 2 fans to the commander pro(CP). Ive connected the USB from h100i to the USB on CP. Ive then connected the RGB connections from the 4 fans(2 from the h100i and 2 on their own) to the RGB Hub and then connected this hub to the lighting node on position 2, ive then connected position 1 to the RGB on CP. ON icue ive set the CP to 4 fans as this is the only setting I can get the 4 fans to light up even though 2 of the fans arent connected in the CP as they are connected through the h100i. Sorry if I haven't explained it well enough. I will try get a diagram drawn up for it to show it properly. But onto my problem. So i have all 4 fans running, ive got all 4 fans running, 2 through the cooler and 2 through commander pro, and when I play any scene it runs through them fine....but when I run the visor scene now it runs through them all and once its done its sequence it goes black for a good 5-7seconds as if its trying to continue the sequence through some other RGB connections. Can anyone shed light on this as I want the visor to just keep running and going through the sequence instead of having ghost fans to light up Thanks
  13. Hi all, I have just finished my new build and decided to go with an h150i elite cappelix and 6 SP120 RGB Elite fans. The current set up uses the included RGB hub with a triple pack of fans, this is connected to the usb socket of a commander pro where the power for the 6 SP120 fans is also plugged in. The h150i is connected to the commander core that it came with, that is working fine with full fan speed control and RGB control. After following the steps on the FAQ page, I'm still unable to control any of the RGB on any of the SP120 fans. It's stuck on permanent rainbow mode. I am also only able to control the speed of three of the fans, once I installed the iCue software the other three fans stopped spinning and I'm not able to get them back on. If anyone has any troubleshooting tips or advice I'd love to hear it. Thanks
  14. I just recently installed ICUE 4 and have been trying to get everything set up, but am having issues with it picking up the fans on my commander pro. I have attached some screenshots (1-4 in chronological order as I couldn't upload a video), but what is happening is that the fans will show up for 1/2 a second, read a completely wrong rpm (11k+ rpm) then disappear from ICue again. The fans are running at a constant speed and I am able to control lighting ( ram, gpu & mobo through ICUE, but argb headers have to be done through armoury crate for some reason). I would like to reduce the fan speed as they are pretty loud, but running at a constant sounding rpm. I am unsure of what as I am unable to control them through ICUE and they are only connected through the commander pro. Thank you!
  15. Hey guys, I just installed a commander pro with 4 LL Fans and they keep fluctuating RPM, on quiet mode they range between 1000-1500 rpm. Is this accurate? Before I just had 3 LL Fans connected to the lightning node pro without the commander pro and they never were that loud, granted you can’t control the performance without the commander pro, I just don’t like how loud they are running now... I have a MSI Z390 Gaming Pro carbon motherboard as well. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I currently have a Corsair H100i RGB PLATINUM 75 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler, a Corsair Fan Controller Commander Pro to control the CORSAIR RGB LED Lighting PRO Expansion Kit and I also have an RGB panel that cam with my Corsair iCUE 220T RGB Airflow ATX Mid Tower Case that controls the 6 RGB fans for my case. Unfortunately, I have never been able to get the USB passthrough on the Commander pro to work to allow me to have all 3 of these USB devices connected? Not sure if this is a common issue or not but any help would be much appreciated otherwise I feel like I will either have to get rid of the RGB light strips or change my fans for Aura Sync as I know iCUE now works with that.   17. I am struggling to see the benefits of Corsair's system. Hoping that someone can help me out. I built my first ITX rig and have been unable to sync my H115i aio with/through a Commander Pro. Unfortunately my ROG Strix B550-I has only 1 USB header which means that I cannot have both aio interface and a lighting node (both require USB). So I thought I'd shell out for a Commander pro - after all it has 2 USB headers as well as additional fan power, right? Makes sense. But no. The H115i aio isn't seen by iCue if it goes through Commander Pro. Then the lighting effects are different. If I use the Lighting Node, the lighting effects are not as good as the Commander Pro (that I paid for). and doesn't seem to be able to light the LL fans I have. But on the plus side I can at least now sync with my H115i. Another point, why can you not configure the individual fans, i.e. I have both LL and SP fans on my system, and it looks like I need to have separate LED set up for each. Surely if the software can work out which channel is which fan, it can also work out if each fan is different? Finally, fans - the fans - why do the fans need to run at max RPMs all the time? Sorry for the rant, but I've spent several days trying to fix this. Any advice from those who know more and understand better?

If i plug them into the fan part of the Hub will i be able to control them in Icue to change and adjust the fan speed.   19. Good even, My Commander Pro now undetected in 4.11.274 and iCUE 3.38.61 when reverted back. Up until yesterday, everything was working great. Commander Pro has always remained plugged into a USB header on my ROG Crosshair VII Hero x470 mobo. 3 connected LL120 fans do spin, but very slowly and remain at a constant RPM. No LED channels work, no USB passthrough functional (they have never worked. Seems to be a gigantic problem for many. This really needs to get sorted). Steps taken: -Neither USB headers work with Commander Pro. Both USB headers work with other devices (e.g. Commander Core)H150I Elite Capellex. -When unplugged and reconnected, computer makes sound of USB device being disconnected/connected, but does not show up in iCUE or in USBDeview. -All firmware on other Corsair devices up to date. -Mobo BIOS up to date. Thoughts?

Hello so Ive been dealing with profiles not being able to import without ICUE crashing so i did a clean install, finally got the profile installed but when I went to change the case fans (SP120s) RGB to match the profile by clicking on the lighting node core in ICUE it defaulted to LL fans so only 1 of them lit up. I changed the fan hub to SP 4 fan hub and it was stuck on that 1 fan. I swapped out the lighting node core that came with the case with a lighting node pro that my fans came with and the fans lit up initially when the computer booted and i thought everything was fine but as soon as i loaded icue to set the profile they reverted back to only 1 fan lighting up. Any idea how to fix? Im running 4 SP120s through a lighting node pro to a Commander pro right now. any help is appreciated. Also when attempting to move the rgb connectors for the fans from the commander pro to the commander core, and removing the ML120s that my H100i came with and the fans still dont respond to lighting changes

Hello Everyone, I came here to look for a solution for my weird issue :( So I do have a build which is exactly like the photo I already attached but what I encounter is that my ICUE software doesn't detect my Commander core unfortunately therefor I can't control my AIO Fans rgb nor Fans speed also I can't even control my Pump rgb :( I did setup all my build as the photo. Corsair H150i elite capellix with 3 radiator ML120 Fans + 6xQL120 fans. 1xCommander pro 2xlightning node core (comes with the QL120 Fans) My Motherboard is Z390 asus rog strix gaming E. Case Lian Li 011 dynamic. It's really sad for me since it is my first build in my life :(. Any helpful comment would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
  22. Would it at all be possible to put in the following items, namely a flow meter speed and a level sensor? At the moment I have to use EK loop connect software to check my flow and coolant level, but would prefer if it was just integrated into the commander pro, or that the commander pro and the EK loop connect would talk to each other can you tell me if this is possible, and if you will look at incorporating the flow meter into commander pro?

Hi Leute Ich habe jetzt schon alle Foren durch ich blicke da nicht so durch ich hab ja das corsair 465x rgb da ist ja schon ein kleiner rgb hub verbaut jetzt möchte ich 3 LĂŒfter nachrĂŒsten,die ll120 werden dann an den RGB Hub angeschlossene zusĂ€tzlich werden die noch an den commander pro angeschlossene. Das heißt ich muss die drei LĂŒfter die ja schon verbaut sind vom mainboard lösen und mit an den commander pro Anschließen damit ich dann alle 6 LĂŒfter steuern kann. So jetzt kommt meine Frage bis dahin habe ich das noch verstanden aber was mache ich mit den AnschlĂŒssen von dem verbauten RGB Hub da sind glaube ich ja 2 am mainboard verbaut mĂŒssen die dann gelöst werden und dann mit commander pro verbunden werden weil der wird ja dann am mainboard angeschlossen. Muss dann der RGB Hub und der Commander pro beide am netzteil angeschlossen werden. Sorry fĂŒr die komplizierte Frage aber ich bin absolut unerfahren aber ich möchte das selbst machen.
  24. Hallo, ich habe folgendes Problem. Leider kann ich meine QL120 LĂŒfter von Corsair nicht die RGBs einstellen, da die iCue Software die RGB Hubs nicht erkennt, sondern nur den Commander Pro. Anscheinend laut Internet und ein bisschen Recherche liegt es an meinem Asus Rog Crosshair VIII Hero [Wi-Fi] Mainboard welches den AMD X570 Chipsatz hat. Kurz zu meinem Set-Up: Mainboard: Asus Rog Crosshair VIII Hero Wi-Fi CPU: Amd Ryzen 9 3900X 10x Corsair QL120 LĂŒfter 2x Corsair RGB Hub 1x Commander Pro Habe die Commander Pro's schon beide direkt per USB am Mainboard angeschlossen und da funktionieren beiden, jedoch habe ich nur zwei USB AnschlĂŒsse weshalb ich nicht den Commander Pro + 2x RGB hub anschliesen kann. In die LED Stecker beim Commander Pro sind CPU KĂŒhler + AuffangbehĂ€lter von Corsair angeschlossen welche logischerweise ĂŒber den Commander Pro ansteuerbar sind. Habe den neuesten Treiber von meinem Mainboard runtergeladen (ist eine Beta Version fĂŒr das BIOS) hat aber leider nichts gebracht. Nun ist meine Frage wieso die beiden RGB Hubs die ich an den Commander Pro angeschlossen habe nicht von der iCue Software angezeigt werden?
  25. Hallo Community, seit fast 1 1/2 Jahren hab ich schon Probleme mit ICUE. Im Sommer 2018 rĂŒstete ich meinen PC zu einer WasserkĂŒhlung auf. CPU und GPU sind zusammen gekĂŒhlt. Habe einen 360mm 3cm Radiator in der Front, einen 240mm 2cm am Deckel und einen 120mm 3cm Radiator am Heck. Habe eine D5 Pumpe. Zum AufrĂŒsten kamen 6x 120mm ML PRO LĂŒfter + RGB Hub + Commander PRO. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurde der Commander PRO als Unbekanntes USB-GerĂ€t im GerĂ€te-Manager angezeigt. Hatte aber keine Probleme. Fast ein Jahr nach dem AufrĂŒsten fingen die LĂŒfter dann an zu flackern. Nach mehreren Monaten wandte ich mich dann an Foren und spĂ€ter an den Corsair Support. Leider kam dabei aber nichts raus. Anfang dieses Jahres fing dann auch die LĂŒftersteuerung an Probleme zu machen. Nach einer zufĂ€lligen Zeit hĂ€ngt sich wahrscheinlich ICUE auf und die LĂŒfter drehen nur noch bei 300RPM. Durch einen Neustart konnte man das Problem beheben. An einem Tag bemerkte ich nicht nach mehreren Stunden, dass die LĂŒftersteuerung ausgefallen ist. Am Ende war die CPU und GPU bei 85 Grad, hatte ein Leck und mehrere PETG Röhren haben sich in den Fittingen verbogen. 150€ hat mich der Spaß gekostet. Musste den PC komplett auseinander bauen. Somit hatte ich die Möglichkeit die 6x LĂŒfter und den RGB HUB zum VerkĂ€ufer (Mindfactory) zurĂŒckzuschicken und auf SchĂ€den prĂŒfen zu lassen. Die Mitarbeiter von Mindfactory fanden keine Probleme. Den Commander PRO tauschte ich Wochen davor schon mal aus. Probeweise hab ich dann den PC aufgebaut und siehe da alles hat funktioniert, auch nach Stunden. Leider nicht nach Tagen. Am Samstag hab ich alles zusammengebaut und getestet. Alles hat funktioniert. An diesen Dienstag hab ich leider beim Rocket League spielen feststellen mĂŒssen, dass es vereinzelt wieder geflackert hat. Innerhalb von 5 min flackerte es exponentiell immer mehr, bis die LĂŒfter nicht mal mehr die Original Farbe (reines Blau) anzeigen konnten. Dann hörte man auch wieder die GerĂ€usche vom GerĂ€te-Manager der den Commander PRO immer wieder entfernt und wieder hinzufĂŒgt. Rocket League hatte ich schon mehrmals davor gespielt. Das Flackern taucht auch nicht nur bei dem Spiel auf. Bei allen Spielen, die ich öffne, fĂ€ngt es an zu flackern. Wenn es flackert, reagiert ICUE auch nicht mehr, ist wie eingefroren. LĂŒftersteuerung geht dann auch nicht. Wenn man die ICUE-Dienste neu startet, zeigt ICUE den Commander PRO nicht mehr an. Was ich bisher gemacht habe: - Windows zurĂŒckgesetzt - ICUE mehrfach neuinstalliert - aktuell die neuste Version installiert - anderen USB- Header auf dem Mainboard probiert - Commander PRO mehrmals zurĂŒckgesetzt. (selbst die ersten Farben nach dem ZurĂŒcksetzen sind nicht einheitlich weiß. Manchmal blinkt bei LĂŒfter 1 eine einzelne GrĂŒn. Ich bin wirklich am verzweifeln und bin genervt, dass man so viel ausgibt fĂŒr ein Markenprodukt und es macht nur Probleme. Vielen Dank an alle, die bis hier hin schon gelesen habe. Heck
