  1. Have you tried reflashing it via CUE? Does it change anything? From my experience, The one time its happened to me, The led seemed to fix by itself randomly. So it may be best to wait as Corsair will be closed.
  2. Unfortunately, the MM800 cannot store lighting profiles so it will not be possible to turn off the lighting effect that plays when CUE is not running.

  4. If the headset is in bootloader mode, Windows will detect it as a Avnera device under Devices and Printers.
  5. Have you tried recording your own voice? Is the recorded volume also low?
  6. @Jake If you have the VOID Wireless headset, Make sure the USB dongle is also connected to the computer.

  9. Could be a faulty keyboard. Have you tried the keyboard on another computer? Does it work fine?
  10. If the keyboard show no signs of life e.g. no lighting, not seen in the UEFI, Windows wtc, it will be best to return it for a replacement and consider purchasing a UPS to avoid damage by blackouts in the future.

  12. Have you tried moving the polling switch to BIOS mode? Does it do the same thing?

  14. Could be a bad I/O panel. You can put in a ticket with Corsair and see what they say.
  15. As EpiSmurfy mentioned, Try the ehadset on another computer and see if the headset work fine.

  17. Can you try the keyboard on a different computer? Do the media keys work fine? Have you tried restarting the HID service? Latest chipset/Third party USB controller drivers, Windows updates, etc?

  19. Most likely its because you flash a firmware for the K40 instead of the K30. You will need to contact customer service and see if they can provide you with an firmware updater or to RMA the keyboard to replace it. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
  20. Is it only the volume scroll wheel and mute button not working? Do the media keys (Play,Pause,Next,Previous) work fine?
  21. Sounds like there is a weak connection from the dongle to the headset. Do both InfoMic leds start flashing as well as the dongle led when it occurs? Do you have any wireless devices near the headset and dongle? Have you tried a different USB port?
  22. Reflash the firmware by force flashing it via CUE. Does it help? Have you tried a different USB port for the dongle? Do you have a lot of wireless devices near the headset and dongle?
