  3. Hello there people. 3 years ago a friend bought me a psu to start my PC MASTER RACE machine and all went well, until 6 months ago 2/2022 started making me some numbers of drawback of power and shut downs. So i sent it for RMA through the purchased store. Took one month to return the goods , it was fast, but corsair gave me a refubrished one. they told me that the guaranty will still be valid and so i accept it. A month later it started humming when i was gaming or i was video editing, my mind never went to the fact that a expensive psu from corsair whould do that, so i changed everything else. From ssd's and hdd's i went to full nvme, changed the 32gb ram , the AIO cooler, and then when i changed the pc case i just swap the psu and i was devastated that my beloved psu was the source of this problem. The company which the psu bought tells me that "if it works we cant get it for RMA, the noice you hear is the power going to the harware" what unswer is that? So i just dont know what to do? Corsair help? i have an expensive for me psu and i cant use it because i dont want to make a mess with the other expensive for me hardware. Sorry for the long post and excuse my english. Regards Nixx.
  4. I recently bought the Corsair Harpoon RGB Pro, but when i plugged it in to my pc everything worked fine, except the actual mouse cursor. I could right click, click, scroll, but I could not actually move the mouse. Please help.

  7. Problem: About a month or so ago maybe, when I did the most recent updates for the headset and dongle on my PC (windows 10 and latest iCUE version 4.x.x) and also having done slipstream pairing both my corsair dark core SE and my Virtuoso SE to the Virtuoso dongle... I realized it created 2 different playback devices (see attached files/pics). When I have my cable plugged in and I switch back and forth between wireless and wired modes, they don't automatically switch in windows anymore. I noticed this happen when I was playing games (about a month ago maybe?) and chilling on a discord call when all of sudden the audio just seemed to break and then I noticed that there was the 2 playback devices now instead of the 1 after trying to figure out what was wrong. Everything works fine still except for the seamless transition between wired and wireless where I have to physically click to change the playback device for either the wired or wireless. It's even more annoying because I have to switch it in discord because it seems discord doesn't pick it up either unless I switch it in discord settings. Things I have tried: I tested this on my other gaming laptop (windows 10) iCUE version 3.x.x legacy except on my laptop it only shows 1 pair of input and outputs in device manager and only 1 playback device and works with no problems switching back and forth. iCUE versions are up to date on both my PC and laptop also all the way up to date with windows updates. Resetting my PC erasing all files and apps and it still seems to set up the same way with playback devices and in device manager. Uninstalling the Corsair Virtuoso devices showing in device manager, unplugging the virutoso, restarting, uninstalling iCUE, restarting, re-installing iCUE. Nada. Conclusion: I'm not really sure what the issue is. If the firmware was the issue wouldn't it be affecting my laptop the same way? Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks in advance. Versions: Windows 10 (latest up to this point) VIRTUOSO SE WIRELESS RECEIVER Firmware v.5.7.115 (latest up to this point) VIRTUOSO SE Firmware v.5.3.70 (latest up to this point) TL;DR: My Corsair Virtuoso no longer seamlessly switches back and forth between wired and wireless without me having to go to windows playback device and choosing the corresponding wired or wireless version. Everything else works fine. Any advice much appreciated.
  8. Hello 👋 I have a Corsair HS60 PRO headset Suddenly, without warning, I was playing Valorant. Suddenly the speaker sound disconnects for a minute or two and then suddenly comes back, but the sound is weak and there are problems and strange sounds. I checked the ICUE program, the program did not show me the headset, I deleted the program and reinstalled it, but the same problem and within the Windows settings writes to me that the headset is not known As HS60 pro, I decided to remove the shunt and use a 3.5mm wire. It works without problems, but when connected via USB, the reputation does not appear in the program and does not work Note that I sent to support via e-mail and no one responded to me. Please support as soon as possible. Thank you
  9. Hello I'm french, I bought the st100 rgb. Every day it asks me to update. It does not work, and the st100 disappears from Icue (v 0.4.106)
  10. I recently bought a K70 RGB MK2 and I noticed that you cannot change the color of three small white LED indicators for num lock, caps lock, scroll lock. they default to white. but upon closer inspection I found out that the indicators are actually RGB, after tinkering through icue software for hours, I could not find any possible method to change their colors. today weirdly when I turned on my pc, the indicators turned cyan (the color I've set for other keys) which means the indicators are RGB. Does anyone know how to customize those 3 indicators?

  12. Right now there are dual monitor and single monitor modes, and they're exclusively set to: Single Mode 4 Strips in Video Mode Only one Monitor Dual Mode 6 Strips in Video Mode Only for Two Monitors I bought an extension kit to use on my superultrawide You can't use 6 strips on a single monitor, which really kills my new 32:9 ultrawide setup... Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm also having issues with Free Sync flickering input lag and incorrect colors, they also seem really dim compared to the regular Node Pro strips
My HX850i burned ! How I Can contact corsair for warranty ?
  15. Hi Y'all. Just upgraded my pc with a ton of Corsair products, and am really enjoying the new iCUE and lighting options that come along with the new build. On the old version, I was able to set a profile indicator color on my Strafe RGB MK.2 color profile button (shown in attachment), such as transparent for my all-transparent profile, blue for my rocket league profile, etc... How can I do this in the new iCUE? Understandably, any Google search containing the keywords "iCUE", "Color Profile", "Keyboard", and "Profile Color" in any combination is only yielding in-software profile icon advice. Thanks for any help!

  17. I bought the Corsair HS35 and i cant make the microphone hear, i have audio from everything except the microphone, my headpohe jack and microphone are combined. help.
  18. Hi everyone, Just purchased a new Pre-Built PC and i am having trouble with the Corsair Elite Capellix h100i and with the ICue software. It randomly keeps disconnecting and the lights on the Capellix h100i pump and fans change back to their own colour and in turn not matching the other 7 fans and sometimes even just go dark or no rgb. I have narrowed the problem down to bluetooth. The "Corsair ICue Commander Core" Keeps connecting and then disconnecting randomly in settings/bluetooth and other devices. I sat in settings watching it connect and then disconnect. I am at a lose as to what to do to resolve the problem. I have gone as far as a fresh install of windows and it did nothing. Its very frusrating. I am wondering if it could be a fault with the commander as all other bluetooth devices work fine. If anyone has a possible fix or any information i would greatly appreciate it. Thanks Andy
  19. Hello there, After installing my new ICUE H100i Elite Capellix I noticed only the LED on the pump was lighting up. I thought that it was weird that the fans didn't light up but I went to the ICUE application hoping it was a setting I needed to adjust. After learning how to use the ICUE application, I did the "Lighting Wizard 4-Pin Setup" and to my surprise no fans were detected. Luckily I had another fan handy and tried to use it through the controller that came in the box with the H100i, and it worked! The fan was detected and I was able to use all the controls including the LED controls. So that leads me to believe that something is wrong with the LED's on the fan it came with. So to recap here is everything I tried: 1) Using a different fan 2) Uninstalling IQUE and reinstalling 3) Using an older version of ICUE 4) Plugging only one fan in at a time 5) Using a previous version of windows 6) Disabling ANYTHING that could be effecting/monitoring the fans 7) Switching around the order of which the fans are plugged into the controller To my knowledge I installed everything correctly considering the fact that I used the video on how to install it from Corsair's website. It's super frustrating and sad that I've had nothing but problems when it comes to Corsair's LEDs. I had a three pack of Corsair fans a few years ago and it was the worst thing ever. My PC is almost ready for a full rebuild and I was going to go full Corsair but if I can't get these LED lights to work I might as well but from elsewhere. There are a ton of good products out that the LED's actually work on them. The worst part about the whole thing is that I've been trying to fix it for hours now and I feel as if I've done everything humanly possible and it still fails to work properly. If anyone has a solution to this or has a faced a similar problem please help me! Also, something I forgot to mention... When in BIOS no fans that are plugged into the controller are detected. Just the pump shows up under BIOS but in the ICUE software I can see all fans that are plugged in. Could it be a problem with USB that's plugged into the motherboard from the controller itself? So confused and lost here, Ill add some pictures if that helps, thanks for reading if you made it this far!
  20. I recently bought this keyboard last Saturday and this morning, the space bar started registering 3-4 key presses in only a single hit. I already tried hard-resetting the keyboard, plugging into a different port in my PC and restarting my PC as a whole with no luck. Anyone else having the same problem? What are the chances of this getting fixed without having to go through the hassle of sending it back for RMA?
  21. Following will solve the install issue of the latest iCUE application and fixing the random command programing the G macro keys. Excellent product, but........ iCUESetup_4.16.194_release.msi installs without completely but does not launch, does not create a start or functional icon to start the application. Solution: Uninstall Corsair Icue application . Reboot. Install an older version of 4 series. (Corsair-LINK-Installer-v4.9.9.3.zip is good) (Not the 3 version). reboot.. Now install the lates version. In my case I installed iCUESetup_4.16.194_release.msi. Application works but does not install the Corsair K55 keyboard functionality G key programing. A pop up will instruct to install the following Stream Deck driver. Install Stream_Deck_5.1.1.14737.msi according to the iCue instruction (or manually install) in order to gain functionality with the ICUE application using the keyboard G macro programable key. Do not use the keymapping of Stream Deck.. Go into the ICUE application to map the G1-6 keys. ALL above installs originated from the an ORIGINAL problem with my Corsair out of the box. Random keystroke output when programing G keys. The mapping of the keys programmed from keyboard (with no computer application) produced a bunch of RANDOM key strokes that caused multiple running of all types of strange application on my windows screen when ever a G key was programmed. . With the iCUE application/Stream Deck, all the mapping works great. Both the keyboard and iCUE application has some careless code/firmware that does NOT work with all the computer. Took me a few hours to figure out the solution. My computer is not special. Just a Dell I7 processor running Windows 10.
Merci beaucoup.
  23. Hi, I bought the Corsair SP120 RGB PRO kit that comes with 3 RGB fans and one lightning node core. I have an MSI X-570 Motherboard with 2 RGB 4 pin 12v and 2 A-RGB 3 pin 5v. The lightning node core connects to the motherboard using a 2.0 USB connector. Then, it works fine with iCUE software, however, it is not recognized by Mystic Light as I'm not using either RGB or ARGB motherboard headers. Is there a way to connect the fans RGB lights to the motherboard's A-RGB or RGB headers so I can sync using Mystic Light?
  24. Did you know Corsair has an internship program for Undergraduate and Graduate students? It’s a summer program that is a total of 12 weeks. It’s a fun and challenging experience and I encourage everyone looking into getting into the industry and wanting a hands-on experience to be on the lookout for the 2022 internship and apply next year! I made many lasting friendships and networking relationships. I hope you will consider it next year too! Corsair Angie
  25. I recently built a PC and don't have much experience with using fans as it is the first time I have ever done such a thing. For some reason my back fan is running at max speed and I am unable to change it through the icue software app. The fan is currently plugged into a controller along witht the other 5 fans i have. I have tried plugging it into the motherboard but the same issue remains but it loses its RGB. The fan having the issue was a separate fan (2 are part of the water cooler and 3 came with the case) so im unsure if the fan itself is fauly or if it is another issue. Any help would be appreciated.
