  1. You can switch drivers using Device Manager. Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > Right click Corsair VOID > Update Drivers > Browse >Let me plck... > USB Audio device.
  2. Try changing the high DPI settings for iCUE under Compatibility. iCUE.exe > Compatibility > Change high DPI settings.
  3. @Coolmatter and Felipe669 It will be best to submit a ticket to Corsair requesting instructions for a 'hard reset' with the ISP file to update the firmware to 3.21 as well as any other concerns you may have with the keyboard. https://www.corsair.com/ww/en/support
  4. Delete the existing file "firmware.bin" and then copy "Freya_Isp_Bld_v3.3.9_App_v3.21.28.bin" to the CRP_DISABLED. Once you have done that, unplug the keyboard and plug it back in.
  5. Are you able to get CRP_DISABLED showing in Windows Explorer? I've attached some screenshots that may help for step 5.
  6. Disable SDK under settings and see whether lighting control returns.
  7. It is fine as the second USB plug powers the USB pass through. The original requirements only applied for the first generation RGB keyboards (K95/70 RGB).
  8. You can access CRP_DISABLED like a USB drive, You would delete the firmware.bin file from it and copy the file attached to it.
  9. You will need to set the microphone to be mute for each profile separately or use the mic mute button on the headset.
  10. Does restarting the iCUE service under settings resolve the issue?
  11. If you have the K95 RGB Platinum. 1. First button (Looks like a Person) is profile switch for software/hardware profiles. 2. Brightness switch 3. Windows lock key.
  12. Perform these steps, this should resolve the issue.
  13. 1. Download the attached file 2. Unplug the keyboard 3. Locate the pinhole under the right leg. 4. Plug the keyboard in while pressing the pinhole button. 5. Copy the .bin file to CRP_DISABLED. 6. Unplug and replug the keyboard. Freya_Isp_Bld_v3.3.9_App_v3.21.28.zip
  14. Follow these instructions and see whether that resolves the issue. http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showpost.php?p=965620&postcount=10 If it does not, You will want to contact your retailer and see whether they can replace the mouse for you. Otherwise request an RMA with Corsair. https://support.corsair.com/
