  1. Is Steam running in the background? if so, try closing it and plugging a peripheral device in. Does CUE still crash?

  5. I don't have a reference list for the error codes, so i'm not sure what 1167 means. Have you tried the stand on another computer? Does it work fine? Tried a different cable?
  6. @xsidex You'll need the K65 LUX RGB ISP rather than the RGB one.
  7. Not that i am aware of. Most CUE related issues e.g. Device not detected, device disconnecting, effects not running are usually resolved when the device is plugged into a AMD/Intel controlled port rather than a third party one. If that is not available, you can try and update the drivers for the third party chipset and see whether that helps.
  8. If you have scaling enabled, try overriding it via the compatibility tab in Windows. CUE.exe >Compatibility.
  9. @Dylan Gunner Try a different USB 3.1 port that is controlled by the Intel chipset and see whether that helps. @jjs026 Make sure the zones are selected when assigning a solid/static colour.
  10. If you have not done so already, try turning off Window's volume reduction feature when communication activity is detected. Sounds > Communications.
  11. Is CUE running in the background, you can check via Task Manger's background process list.

  17. Tried a different USB port for the extender, Does that change anything?
  18. What version of CUE are you using? It's hard to say what the issue could be if the sliders do not change. Does it occur with other audio devices e.g. speakers, earphones, etc.
  19. Make sure the drive is safely ejected before turning it off and unplugging the drive. Otherwise, Check the condition of the HD as there might be a problem with it.
  20. If i recall correctly, It was something to do with Cloud Sync.
  21. There has been one report of 2.20 not opening cmd correctly, Revert to CUE 2.19 and see whether the issue still exists.
  22. What version of CUE are you running? Tried running CUE as admin? Confirmed the batch files still work?
  23. Unfortunately, i don't think there is a way to mute specific tabs via a macro. You can enable Chrome's tab mute feature though, which would allow you to mute a tab instead.

  25. Could be a faulty headset or dongle instead. Have you tried the headset on another computer? Does it work fine? Does it disconnect with the charging cable connected? Contact Corsair and see whether they can help. https://support.corsair.com/
