  1. Hello, I am having an issue I have seen posted here but with no concrete answers. I am having to constantly switch the Virtuoso headset back to 2 Channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz format in Windows as the 8 Channel format does not work well with games that require stereo audio like Hunt: Showdown. Not sure why it resets as it did halfway through a game once. Auto Audio Re-positioning is OFF. I have updated Windows, iCue and firmware. I have uninstalled iCue and drivers and reinstalled the drivers Windows automatically installs. This actually fixes the issue as the headset sounds and functions fine without iCue and no pesky 8 channel format. But I need iCue for fan and RBG control. As soon as it is installed it redownloads the drivers and the 8 channel mode pops up. Any ideas?? Thanks!
  2. So today I updated iCUE on my laptop and after the update the audio started stuttering. (it was still v3) I uninstalled the software with IOBit to perform a clean installation. Downloaded v4 and installed, the issue was there again. I did the tests with my Corsair VOID Elite Wireless headset, a pair of Xiaomi earphones and without any headset, the stuttering was always present. To people that may have the same issue the fix is: Open the iCUE installation folder and locate "Corsair.Service.CpuIdRemote64.exe" Kill the Corsair CpuIdRemote process with the task manager or any process manager Quickly change that file extension to anything you want, for example "Corsair.Service.CpuIdRemote64.exe.dumb", this will prevent the service from restarting Enjoy Waiting Corsair to fix this...
  3. hi corsair i have had my corsair virtuoso rgb wireless se for about a year and a half now. there have been discussions about the reverse audio problem. i am having the same issue for the last 6 months on the same laptop. it is an Asus ROG Strix Scar III G731GW laptop. i must turn of the wifi, disconnect/reconnect the usb dongle and then turn the headset back on to fix the issue. any suggestions?

Hace unos días compre los corsair void rgb elite wireless y todo perfecto, pero que pasa. de manera muy constante (Lo suficiente para llegar a ser muy molesto) se escucha un sonido tipo (Tu - tu) como indicando que estuviera haciendo algo, pero realmente no hace nada. Ocurre mientras estoy escuchando música con normalidad, jugando algún juego o cuando no estoy haciendo nada y solo los tengo puestos. Alguna posible solución? o alguna forma de desactivar todas las alarmas de sonido que tenga para ver si con eso podría acallarse ese sonido molesto
  5. I bought the Corsair Virtuoso RGB Wireless Headset recently. (CA-9011185-NA) I unboxed it and plugged it in. It was an awesome experience, for about 10 minutes. After which I was prompted by iCue to update the firmware. Immediately after updating the firmware with the headset and dongle plugged directly into the USB on my system, my headset and dongle started blinking red. Now they will not work. Since this, I have tried numerous fixes from this forum as well as the FAQ and across other forums. I submitted a ticket with support as well. All I can find are articles where the author is looking for a fix and Corsair contacts but never resolves or they never contact and the author ends up giving up and returning the product. I don't really have a lot of confidence this is going to be resolved for me. If anyone other than Corsair customer support can reassure me or has encountered this and knows what to do, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.
  6. Hola que tal, les comento mi problema. Resulta que al usar el auricular en modo Wireless el sonido se escucha mas bajo que en la forma contraria, con cable, a lo cual se me resulto demasiado incomodo este problema, ya que mi uso diario del auricular se basa en Wireless y este defecto resultante molesto, alguna solucion posible? Quiero aclarar ademas que el auricular lo tengo desde hace 3 meses aproximadamente, anteriormente tanto en formato inalámbrico que con cable se escuchaba a la misma intensidad, esto me esta pasando desde hace 2 días. Muchas gracias.

Hola buenas noches, tengo un problema con mis audífonos HR75 XB, son una maravilla de equipo, pero hoy que los quise usar no encienden, ayer por la tarde funcionaban de maravilla, no es un problema ocasionado por la falta de batería pues se quedaron cargando conectados a la misma consola, y hoy no muestran señal alguna de vida pues ni siquiera enciende el Led indicador, si alguien me pudiera ayudar seria genial. De antemano muchas gracias. PD: los audífonos no tienen mas de 6 meses de uso y no son usados de forma intensa por eso me extraña que presenten problemas tan rápido.
  8. Hello, I recently purchased a Virtuoso headset to match the rest of my Corsair equipment (that I have never had an issue with). However, I am having an extremely distracting issue with the headset. When giving iCUE control over the headset, it seems to enforce its own kind of loudness equalisation, making listening to music or anything with dynamic volume levels very irritating as it continuously fluctuates. I have tried both Stereo and 7.1 Surround modes and Auto Audio Repositioning but nothing makes the issue go away. Now I have no choice but to use Windows Spatial Sound with a third party EQ software and sacrifice the 7.1 Surround support, which is incredibly frustrating as it is a primary reason I purchased this headset. I recently picked up the corsair HS50 Pro Wireless headset and installed the iCUE program and I cant for the life of me get it to sound like my other headset did for warzone, footsteps are getting blended in with the horrific sound of enemy gunfire and teammates too, it just sound like a cheap headset and I would really like to figure out how to fix it as it cost me a pretty penny, the only preset that i have had a little bit of success with was the default "pure direct" setting, but even then i don't even hear the footsteps until they are right beside me or I'm dead, also the static noise and hissing that this headset produces is awful, i will probably get another headset if this persists and i cant find a good balance for audio.
  10. I'm in desperate need of help. Does anyone have good EQ settings to hear footsteps in Warzone?! I just bought these headphones two days ago and I've tried several random EQ settings I found online, nothing works. These headphones have already cost me a tournament. All audios comes in fine but, the footstep audio is very faint until about 20 m away! Any input would be amazing.
  11. bonjour hier j'ai acquis le casque hs70 bluetooth le probléme vien du faites que le casque quand il est en bluetooth j'ai que les son qui marche le micro ne marche pas mais quand il est branché en usb avec le cable de charge la y'a pus aucun soucis c'est exactement pareille sur Icue le logiciel ne detect pas le casque en bluetooth mais en usb y'a aucun soucis
  12. Hello Corsair Community! I am having this headset for around a year now, sadly the right speaker stopped working today and I cant figure out why since I didnt change a single thing. What I have tried so far: -switching from wireless to wired, unplugging everything, restarting the pc etc. -uninstall and reinstall the drivers -uninstall and reinstall icue + check for updates etc. -see if one speaker was turned off in windows settings (Headset Properties -> Levels -> Balance etc.) -some other stuff i found on forums But somehow I cant figure out why it stopped working. I hope someone can help me out :) Edit: I found a solution. For everyone else having the same problem: Try a soft reset: 1. Make sure your headset is powered on and unplugged. 2. Make sure your headset is in wireless mode. 3. Hold the Mute button on the headset down for about ~15 seconds. 4. Switch the headset off and then back on (turn the switch from Wireless to USB and back to Wireless). 5. Test your headset and see if the issue is resolved. I hope I could help someone, bye :)
  13. mis Virtuoso siempre que hay una entrada de audio meten sonido blanco, cuando pauso un video o música este se va, pasa de igual forma cuando hablo por discord cuando alguien habla se mete un ruido blanco y cuando se deja de hablar este se va. Tanto de manera alámbrica como inalámbrica, llevo con ellos apenas unos días y no lo había notado hasta hoy.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe das gleiche Problem wie im Thread "https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=205409&highlight=hs70" dazu gab es keine Lösung. ich habe es an zwei Computer mit Windows 10 64bit ausprobiert, dazu habe ich den Bluetooth 5.0 Adapter von Aplic (Mod.-Nr 304747). Das Problem: Mein Computer kann beim nutzen vom Headset HS70 Bluetooth das Mikrofon per Bluetooth nicht vom Headset erkennen nur die Lautsprecher, aber per Kabel am Computer wird Lautsprecher und Mikrofon erkannt genau wie beim Handy. Dazu habe ich iCUE 3 und 4 genau und auch Treiber neu installiert, Bluetooth Adapter Port gewechselt. Ich bin am verzweifeln, ein Ticket habe ich auch geschrieben :( Würde mich über Hilfe freuen vielen Dank Gruß Lösungssucher
  15. The other day my headphones broke so I decided to treat myself to a nice pair of headphones that were wireless. As I have bad experiences with Wired headphones I decided to instead get a wireless pair and saw the HS70 Pro's advertised as crystal clear audio which was very visible when you listened through the iCUE sidetone. But after I took apart the box and logged into a Discord call with some friends they noted that my voice sounded very low quality, I did the test and true enough it sounded awful. At first I thought it was just discord (Which was the thing that was advertised to be crystal clear) so I tried it out on Teamspeak, it was still bad, so I moved onto Audacity, still bad, so I moved onto Windows Recorder, still bad. The only software I have tried so far that seems to output the audio decently is iCUE and Streamlabs OBS. What I'm getting at here is that for some reason the audio that is output by iCUE or Streamlabs OBS sounds better than the stuff the hardware was advertised for. I really want this thing to be fixed cause I love the quality of the output and the battery life, especially since when I tested it on iCUE, I assumed that my outputs for all other systems would sound similar and have therefor disposed of the box and cannot return if it doesn't work. #Note: I've already went from Sub-Reddit to Sub-Reddit, to different forum posts and have tried everything such as uninstalling the audio driver, setting the quality to DVD Quality or placing the connection into a different USB Port

  17. I'm getting regular audio cracking since installing Icue which cease to occur after uninstalling Icue. The cracking happens across all audio outputs. I can't imagine that 8gb memory can't process audio and Icue at the same time.
  18. I have a problem with the corsair void elite wireless. When I leave it charging it and the light turns in green which means the battery is fully charged. Icue show me a percentage between 91% or 93%. If I start charging it again the battery can reach 100% but the light keeps in ambar. Does somebody knows how to fix it or it's a battery issue?
  19. I have had the Corsair Virtuoso headset for 24 hours and it was working fine yesterday. I got on my pc today and now when I plug the headset in, it will start charging normally for about 10 seconds then the charging light, corsair side light, and the mic light will change color and start blinking rapidly until the headset lights all turn off. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks.
  20. I bought some HS70s recently and I find that when people talk on discord other applications like web browsers and games lower their volume when they speak. I have the windows settings like 'Exclusive Mode' and sound settings 'Communications' setting set to 'Do nothing' also. Within discord I have voice settings' Attenuation turned off also. I'm wondering if it's a setting somewhere else within windows/discord or if it maybe a setting in iCUE. Any ideas?

Buenas noches , hace unas semanas me compro unos corsair hs 70 pro , pero e notado que se escuchan como chasquidos ,estática fuerte (cabe aclarar que no son del micrófono) , se siento muy incomodo estar con ese sonido cada cierto tiempo , hasta cuando se esta sin ningún música o sonido , se escucha ese chasquido . cosas probadas. -cambiar de posición el usb. -hard reset. -actualizar icue y audífonos. -cerrar el icue . -desactivar el micrófono. -en 3 pcs y una laptop. -mandar ticket y realizar lo indicado. y bueno , si alguien sabe como solucionar ese problema , ya que son unos audífonos muy bonitos cómodos con buen audio pero esos chasquidos me están volviendo loco. gracias.

  24. Hello, today I have run into a problem with the audio on my computer while trying to record videos. I know that ICUE is the cause because changing it back to stereo makes it go back to normal, but i don't like the sound of stereo noise. I tried getting a clip of a funny moment I had with friends and I played through it to see it again and it had a weird noise to it that was different from all of my friend's recordings. I recorded a 10-second clip that shows this weird problem.
