  2. Hey there, you can rotate the pump if your mounting permits it, but it shouldn't make a difference. Mounting the radiator on top will make a much larger difference.
  3. Hey, have your friend make a ticket, our support team will figure out what's going wrong. https://help.corsair.com
  4. A credit card is not required for RMA, only for Advanced RMA. If you don't have a credit card we can go with a Standard RMA.
  5. This could be a few things, such as a conflict with another program, or setup error. Make sure you have the Lighting Setup for the Lighting Node Core set to QL Series, and to a number of 3. Follow these two guides as well. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-#:~:text=%20To%20uninstall%20iCUE%3A%20%201%20Open%20Control,of%20programs%2C%20then%20select%20Uninstall%20.%20More https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044638712-How-to-Fix-unresponsive-macros-and-remaps
  6. Officially a 280mm Radiator will only fit with Low Profile Ram. On some motherboards, where the RAM DIMM slots are far enough down on the board, a 280mm may fit with other than Low Profile Ram, but this is very specific.
  7. Was likely one of the programs you updated. No easy way to know for sure. Let us know if anything happens in the future!
  8. We would recommend that you contact our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com
  9. Having iCUE minimized doesn't matter, running HWInfo at the same time can cause iCUE to lose control over fans and RGB. HWMonitor from the guys that make CPUZ tend to not have this issue, and I believe has the info you seek. If you continue to have trouble please don't hesitate to create a ticket so our support team can look closer.
  10. I do not recommend that. You only want to use cables made for that power supply. the connector on the power supply could be different and damage itself, or your components.
  11. You should not have a problem either way. It's a closed loop and they typically do not care. It will be fine in the cargo hold as well. They are often shipped this way to get to you.
  12. These temps on an H60 with an i9-10850k are pretty normal. My 10850k doesn't get much lower on a 360mm radiator. I wouldn't worry too much about upgrading your cooling though. 86c is quite safe.
  13. Hey there, can you show us the Lighting page for your cooler?
  14. I am sorry to hear that. Please create a ticket so our support team can look into this to see if we can find out what's happening.
  15. Try swapping the 2 node cores and where they are connected. Swap with each other. Even try swapping the fans. If the same one still doesn't show, its likely bad. If it does show, try connecting it directly. You can also create a ticket and a support rep will assist you futher.
  16. Sorry to hear that. Please create a ticket so our support team can look into this for you.
  17. Are you using the stock Ml120 fans that came with your unit? If so, where is your cooler located? Coolant temp of 55 is bad enough, but hitting 66 is not normal. Please create a ticket so our support team can assist you further. https://www.corsair.com/support?_ga=2.41611493.691744524.1623087163-1887614286.1622832222
  18. Hey I am sorry to hear that. So both cables are connected to the pump? Can you go into iCUE, and under the lighting setup choose ML Series fans? What happens if you set Lighting Link to a color, do they change then? If you continue to have trouble, please create a ticket so our support team can assist you further.
  19. Hey, check your thumb screws on your pump, if they are all the way tight, try unscrewing them about 1/4 a turn and see how they sound after that. It's hard to tell over the videos, but these appear to be fairly normal. that quarter-turn may help a little bit though.
  20. Just be gentle when flexing the cables, if you are slow and steady you should be fine.in the 303, top-mounted you are 100% clear of any air bubble issues.
  21. Hey there! Any Corsair power supply will work to fix this issue. May I suggest the RM750 https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Power-Supply-Units/Power-Supply-Units-Advanced/RM-Series%E2%84%A2-80-PLUS-Gold-Power-Supplies/p/CP-9020195-NA
  22. I am sorry to hear you are having trouble. Please create a ticket so that our support team can assist further.
  23. Try setting to 8-RGB LED, or trying ML Series. See if they react better. If that doesn't help, please create a ticket so that our support team can assist further.
  24. Hey, this looks like a software conflict possibly if you have already swapped fans and controller. Do you have HWinfo65, Aida64, RGB Fusion, or similar running? Try closing it and trying again. If that doesn't help, please create a ticket so that our support team can assist further.
