  1. Hey there, as c-attack mentioned go into Lighting Setup for the Commander Core XT and follow the Setup Wizard. It should get this working for you.
  2. C-attack is correct that there isn't LGA1700 mounting for the v2, and I do recommend something newer like the Capellix for Alder Lake for sure!
  3. Hey there, sorry to hear that. I suggest shutting down your system and making sure the drive is well seated in the m.2 header. If you have another spare m.2 header you can also try swapping to the other header. If this does not help, please submit a ticket so that our support team can assist you.
  4. Hey there, I am sorry to hear that. I would start by checking that the pins on your motherboard's USB 3 header aren't bent or dirty, and that the connector is fully seated in the header. Lot of pins in this connection so it is fairly easy for one to get bent and not make a good connection. If that isn't the issue, we can look into sending a new front IO. If you could please submit a ticket so that our support team can assist you.
  5. Hello, I am sorry to hear about that. Have you made a ticket yet? If not, please submit a ticket so that our support team can assist you.
  6. That works, let us know how that goes and if you have any questions!
  7. If you choose to buy new fans, the SP RGB Elite will work as mentioned, but the ML RGB Elite will work as well!
  8. Hey there, sorry to hear that. This is a false report as the cooler believes the pump is not spinning due to the 0rpm reading. As C-attack said try shutting down the system and reconnecting each of the connectors. Push the 20-pin connector firmly into the port and ensure it snaps all the way in. If it still doesn't work, please create a ticket so we can further troubleshoot this.
  9. Hey there, can you make sure your Chipset Drivers are installed and up to date? Also, what happens if you connect the Core XTs to each other on a USB Header on the motherboard, and then have everything else on the NZXT hub? The insufficient system resources typically indicates that the hardware of your system (motherboard) lacks the ability to communicate with so many USB devices at once. If this is a software issue it is resolvable by ensuring the BIOS, Chipset, and ALL other drivers are up to date. You may also want to reach out to Asus as it could be a faulty USB controller on your board. Could you make a ticket with this information for us so we can look into this further for you?
  10. Hey there, the Pro XT can't operate off the passthrough of the Commander Core XT, as the Pro XT needs both USB channels, and the Core XT only passes through a single USB Channel. So that explains that. However, the Commander Core XT should be able to connect to the passthrough of the other Commander Core XT without issue. Can you connect the Core XT one at a time and force a firmware update? There likely won't be an update but re-flashing can often resolve some odd issues. Does the AIO Pro XT show in iCUE, but have no control, or does it not show at all? Could you make a ticket with this information for us so we can look into this further for you?
  11. We can't say if it will work for sure. I suggest swapping the connections on the Hub as that one port could be defective, or your motherboard can't handle the multiple devices connected to the one hub.
  12. Hey! Please do open a ticket if you have QL fans showing bad LEDs, we will gladly warranty them for you and get your system back to where it should be. We have revised the fan to prevent the issue from returning.
  13. This issue has been addressed and replacements are showing great promise. I am sorry you have had this experience! Elgato has the Wave and Wave.3 Mic. Not RGB, but has every other feature you would want 🙂
  14. It appears that they are trying to hide too much of the cable and aren't allowing enough cable to allow the cable to bend before entering the Cable cover. Most people will use this area for fans/radiator but I can see where this could be an issue for some. The White version of the 7000D has a lighter/clearer glass, but the dark tint makes RGB more diffused for dark builds and looks pretty great once completed. Currently there is not a clearer/lighter tint for the black case. I can let our case team know there is a demand, and if there is enough demand they might look into a future update. Who knows?
  15. Hey there, we would have to take a look at the invoice to confirm warranty status. Could you create a ticket, and we can look into it for you? https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000397351
  16. Hey there, the fan cable with the single wire goes to the CPU_Fan, not all 4 wires need to be populated as it is just there to report the pump speed so the motherboard knows there is a cooler installed.
  17. RGB will be controlled through the Corsair iCUE software. Armory Crate won't be able to control them, sorry!
  18. These numbers look perfectly within range, and the load for your CPU looks pretty good too!
  19. If we cannot get the cables to clip into the power supply, we can look into replacing it for you. As for the cables not being flexible enough, I am sorry they do not meet your expectations, and for the less-than-ideal experience you have had. We will take any suggestions into consideration for future power supply designs.
  20. Hey there, thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, EATX isn't a standard, and you can grab 20 different EATX boards and they will all have different dimensions. I would suggest routing the 24-pin through the second cutout, should allow proper routing. Also, the unit comes with 2x 4x2 Pin CPU EPS Cables. The cable will break into two 4pin for you to plug into that Aux CPU 4pin header. The cables are made robust so that anybody that builds will get the performance they desire. Many these days will buy custom sleeved cables if they are looking for the highest level of style and cable management though. For performance though, you won't find better than the stock cables. The clip should be able to clip in. This is an odd issue, and shouldn't exist. Try pulling up on the cable as you slide it in, it may just be that the plastic clip is catching before it snaps in. If it continues, we can look into replacing the unit. Air540, while an amazing case does, follows some older design cues. Newer cases take a different approach and follow more modern build practices. I am sorry to hear that you had a poor experience. I am passing your experience, concerns, and feedback to the Power Supply team on your behalf.
  21. Hey there, try increasing your fan speed, see if the coolant temps drop. Also, what does your coolant temp get to when the side panel is off? This may be a temp probe being bad, as coolant temp that high should yield worse CPU temps as well, but they look well within range.
  22. Hey there, sorry to hear of your experience. I am creating a ticket for you so that I can get that firmware to you.
  23. Hey there, sorry to hear that. With some configurations you will need to get either extensions, or our sleeved cables that are more flexible.
  24. If anybody has lighting issues like this, please do not hesitate to create a ticket and reach out so that we can look into a replacement or possible troubleshooting to resolve your issue!
  25. Hey there, the larger cable on the bottom is your USB cable that will connect to an internal USB header of your motherboard.
