The teams involved are fully aware and working to resolving the issues mentioned. Your frustration is understood. I ensure you we want to make sure everyone is taken care of - the LCD coolers and upgrade kit is backed by a 5-year warranty. If you feel like a replacement is necessary, then please contact our support here. Based on some feedback in those threads, a replacement was the solution.

Three is correct. Two in front (one PCIe 4.0, one PCie 3.0) and one on the rear (PCIe 4.0). If you decide to install an additional m.2, you may imagine you'll need to be extremely careful and delicate during the process. Any mishandling (ex. damaging radiator, fans) or wrongful installation will void the warranty. The front m.2 slots are much easier to access - avoid the rear unless absolutely necessary.

The SP RGB ELITE fans here would be compatible. They are the successors to the SP RGB PRO fans.

Hey everyone, Please update to iCUE 4.23.137 - you may now boost microphone volume via your HS80's Device Settings. This feature is also provided for our other headsets.

If you'd like iCUE functionality or utilization of the two USB 3.0 ports on the XENEON 32QHD165, yes. A USB-C cable is provided with this monitor's packaging.

iCUE with XMP Manager Preview can be downloaded here - just need to type "XMP" into the search bar. This feature is currently only compatible with DDR5 Gigabyte and ASRock motherboards. We are still progressing on the feature. 🙂

The Load Balancer is designed for use with our PSUs. It is currently available in certain regions. What region are you located in?
