  3. Wish you could witness the display in person - the resolution is far from low ๐Ÿ˜…. Fair criticism on the VESA mounting! We wouldn't offer the ability to adjust the curvature if it wasn't safe - there will be measures in place to ensure you don't overdo it. The stand contains the components/brains for the monitor. Typically, these are packed behind the monitor panel, but we couldn't do that since we're providing the ability to FLEX the panel. ๐Ÿ˜Ž As always, appreciate your input! The larger panel height would just have the monitor encroach on TV aspect ratio territory, which IMO isn't as suitable for a desktop monitor. My optometrist would probably scold me, too. We hope everyone will be able to witness the XENEON FLEX in-person! With all of this feedback regarding mounting, I do want to say we are looking into a mount for this monitor. That feedback is heard loud and clear.

  5. Please provide support with the firmware versions of your VIRTUOSO and its USB dongle - that may be the cause of the issue. If it is, our support will be able to provide the appropriate firmwares for manual updating.
  6. Currently, European countries to receive the VOYAGER are UK, Ireland, Germany, France, Denmark, Sweden, and Norway. We would love to expand the list, but that is currently TBD. I would check with your local retailers about potential availability!

  10. Thanks for confirming. If the issue does return, please let us know. I am also curious to know whether any of these settings in Discord are conflicting with NVIDIA Broadcast. For anyone still experiencing issues, please let me know if disabling any of these settings below provide any improvement.
  11. Thank you. Could you guys try performing a repair on the NVIDIA Broadcast integration via iCUE to see if the issue becomes resolved? You may do so by navigating to iCUE's settings (the cogwheel at top right) > Integrations > Repair If that does not help, curious to know if uninstall and reinstall will help.

  16. Hi emeredith, Could you try forcing a firmware update to the cooler? The option is given via the vertical "..." that populates after checking for updates.
  17. Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue, Teku1998. Have you tried performing a clean installation of iCUE? If that doesn't help, it would be worth updating your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version available, as some AMD chipsets have been known to be less cooperative USBs.
  18. Can you try creating a new profile to see if the lines disappear? If that doesn't remedy it, please get a ticket open with our support so they may look into this and help troubleshoot. The Arc lighting effect should only be offered in Hardware Lighting.
