  1. Hey everyone, With the summer heat around the corner, we're bringing a new cooler to make sure your CPU stays chilly ❄️. Sporting new fans and a radiant lighting aesthetic, the iCUE RGB ELITE coolers are making their presence known. Here’s a few quick highlights: Features 16 individually addressable RGB LEDs and a contemporary pump head design that'll highlight your build with its unique luminescence. Equipped with our new, sleek AF120 ELITE fans, providing absolutely powerful cooling performance to keep your Intel or AMD CPU running at peak performance. Keep noise to an absolute minimum with these coolers' specialized cooling modes in iCUE, which enable Zero RPM fan and Variable Pump Speed modes when your system is running at idle or light work loads. Click on the following for more information: H100i (240mm), H115i (280mm), H150i (360mm). We’ve put together a quick FAQ below. Q: Is this cooler compatible with Intel's 12th-gen CPUs? A: Yep! The LGA1700 standoffs, along with the Intel mounting bracket, are included in the packaging. Q: Can I swap out the fans for RGB fans? A: Sure. The fans themselves will connect to the cooler's fan harness, while the RGB connectors would require a separate lighting controller such as our Lighting Node CORE or COMMANDER CORE XT. It is also worth noting that swapping fans out may affect cooling performance. Can't wait to see you guys build with this cooler! Let us know what your thoughts are or if you have any questions!
  2. Try not to focus on my artistic skills, the non-existent attempt to scale things according to real-life, and the fact that I didn't put the fan cables side-by-side. lol ML refers to ML140 Elite fans. Could be QL140 too. PINK for RGB cables and slots. RED for fan cables and slots. YELLOW for USB cables and slots. TL;DR: Will everything work fine if I follow the illustration above? I'm getting myself some new fans and light strips as soon as the Lian Li O11 Air Mini is available in Brazil. I have no idea where I should begin when it comes to the accessories needed to achieve my goal, so any help would be appreciated. I already have two ML140 Elite fans from my H115i Elite AIO and I think I'll buy another 4 because they seem to be more durable than something like an LL140 or QL140. I might change my mind and get 4 or 6 QL140. I'll have 2 front intake, 2 bottom intake, and 2 top exhaust fans (for my radiator), all 140 mm. I'm not counting the 120 mm rear fan because I'll use a discrete non-RGB fan there, or maybe even an LCD monitoring screen instead of a fan. As for the light strips, my plan is to set an LS100 450mm strip at the top and the other at the bottom, so that's why I wouldn't daisy chain them. I have the Commander CORE that came with the AIO, but not the Commander PRO. I guess I could get a Lighting Node PRO instead, but the Commander PRO would allow me to add extra fans if I ever need to. These are the main questions I have: Would the LS100 Expansion Kit 450mm strips work without the LS100 Starter Kit? Corsair's website says the LS100 Starter Kit is required for some reason, but I'm hoping they will work with the Commander PRO alone since I don't really need 4 strips and another controller. Can I connect the Commander CORE USB cable into the Commander PRO USB slot? If so, is there any difference between this and connecting each controller into a different USB 2.0 slot in the motherboard?
  3. It's been a while since I've done a build. I haven't ever done a RBG as part of one either. Basically I need to know if I am on the right track. I have the following: - 10 QL 120 RBG fans (8 front and 2 exhaust) - H115i Elite AiO (w/ 2 ML140 fans) - 1 x iCUE Commander CORE - 2 x iCUE Lighting Nodes - 1 x iCUE Commander Pro - EVGA SuperNOVA 1000 G5 PSU - ASUS ROG Maximus XII Extreme all in a 1000D case. I'd like to keep the fan setup separate from the AiO if possible. I think the schematic attached will work (I hope it makes sense). Any input?
