  1. There's no built-in speaker in the CORSAIR ONE. You will need to connect a speaker or headphone in order to hear sound from the computer. The CORSAIR ONE itself has a sound card for you to connect audio devices to. It's on the back of the unit, where the USB ports and everything is.
  2. 1. It doesn't matter. But obviously you will need to control the fans via the motherboard BIOS/software if you connect the fan to the motherboard. 2. Yes that's correct. 3. I have none.
  3. You can purchase a kit of TYPE-4 cable (that's what your SFX psu uses): https://www.corsair.com/us/en/search/?text=type+4&type=all
  4. Sorry to hear that. It does sounds like a bearing issue with the fan. You will have to get the psu replaced. To start an RMA process, simply create a ticket on our support website and attach your proof of purchase. Here's the link: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us
  5. Sorry to hear that, but it may be too early to pin it on the PSU. If you haven't already, please try the following: 1. Use a single module of memory at a time and see if the system start. 2. Check for any debug LED code if your motherboard has one and reference the manual for the meaning of said code. 3. Make sure you have connected everything correctly. It may sounds basic, but we have to be sure and I have to start somewhere. Thanks.
  6. We currently do not offer the type of coolant you are describing.
  7. Thanks for this tip! I do want to look into this issue at the production level. Would it be okay for you to provide me your unit's part number and serial number? Thanks again!
  8. Sorry to hear that. Which model of Corsair One do you have exactly? Please create a support ticket with us as well please.
  9. you should be able to pursue a normal RMA procedure where you send your defective unit first before receiving a replacement. do you have a ticket number? I can get someone to help look into it.
  10. Sounds like the fan blades may be out of balance. You probably should replace it.
  11. You simply need to unplug the SATA power cable that supplies power to the LED (:
  12. i would configure those bottom fans as intake.
  13. if you ran out of fan header, you will need to buy a fan hub or fan splitter to make it work.
  14. Yes, you will only need 1x Commander Pro. However, since you have a total of 9 RGB fans, you will need 2x RGB Fan LED Hub and both LED ports of your Commander Pro will be occupied.
  15. You might be able to fit the H115i on the top IF your motherboard and memory doesn't have tall heat sink. You will have an easier time with a 240mm instead of 280mm size AIO.
  16. I have built and re-built 3 total systems in my 280X, so you can imagine how many times I have taken the glass panel off. I'm not sure how you could strip the screw hole... In any case, my condolences. You can try wrapping electrical tape around the screw for the stripped hole, that should work if you do it slowly. as for the broken screw, well you will have to buy the accessories kit.
  17. It's possible. You should be able to fit a 240mm size AIO on the top of the spec-05.
  18. 1. You will have to be more specific, I'm not sure what you mean by "creaks". From the sound of it, it sounds like you are trying saying to say the side panel is vibrating? 2. 200mm fan is no longer relevant. We have no plan to renew that size fan at all. Sorry.
  19. hi there! the internal layout on the 2nd gen of Corsair One indeed changed. However, the motherboard and drives location are shifted to the opposite side of where they used to be in the 1st gen but everything else should be the same. Meaning, once you open the left side panel, you should be able to access the HDD. (NOT the M.2, only the HDD.) Please contact our Corsair One support if you have any further question.
  20. Hey there, unfortunately that's not possible. They are not interchangeable.
  21. what type of device are u trying to use with the front panel? Are both ports dead?
  22. I would recommend creating an RMA ticket with us just in case an exchange is needed.
  23. we have no comment on this particular topic.
