  1. Anyone else running into an issue where the LEDs completely stopped working while in wireless mode? I can plug in the charging cable and the lights will turn on while the switch is off, but is will not light up when the USB is unplugged. I have had the headset for over a year and never had this issue until this week. I normally run the LEDs at very low brightness settings but i appreciate the LED on the mic lighting red when muted. now none of the LEDs work unless plugged in before turning on headset. just wondering if this is something that i should RMA or if it might be eligible or if there is a fix for it. Thanks!
Merci !

  4. I have a K95 that is a few years old, and a couple of the leds have died. I can't figure out what kind of smd led these use to get a replacement, as I can't send it in under warranty at this point since it's too old and I've already repaired some broken switches myself. Can anyone point me to the right part? I can fix it if I could source the exact part but it's been near impossible to find an answer from the searching I've done.
  5. I recently noticed that half of my LED strips are no longer lit. The only thing I have changed is adding a sensor panel to my PC, but that just uses one of the RGB headers and not linked to any of the Corsair accessories. I'm not sure if the strips had stopped lighting before or after installing the panel anyway. I've attached a diagram of how my Corsair products are laid out, as well as two images for proof that they used to work and now don't. The strips are laid out in a daisy chain of 250 > 450 > 250, and labelled on the Commander Pro as 6 Led Strips. I have connected them individually to make sure the LED's themselves haven't just died and they all work fine. Another problem I have is that for some reason my 2 LL120's only light up white, not with the colour set in iCUE. Although the LL120's aren't actually visible in iCUE. Any ideas on what may have caused this problem, and what the solution is? Even if it means purchasing a different controller/hub?
  6. Hi, I recently bought the Corsair Sabre RGB Pro Wireless Champion Series, and I have a question : Is there a way to trigger the display of the multi-functionnal LED (just under the wheel) in order to check the battery level ? Because it always disappear after like 3 seconds after a connection/disconnection of the cable. And the LED was not blinking red when the battery was low (or it was blinking but if it's displaying 3 seconds once I don't see the point of this function). Thanks
  7. Hey Corsair Community, I seem to be having a problem with my Corsair QL120 Fans. I have them set to all white in iCUE and it's been working perfectly until one day one of the fans had a LED stuck on purple. I tried everything that I could to fix it but couldn't. I RMA'd it for a new one and that was a success. Now another two of my fans are now having the same issue. Has anyone else got this problem? Would anyone know a fix or am I looking to RMA the fans again? See attached photos. Thanks, Beauzinga
  9. Just purchased and installed Commander Core XT. Brilliant as it removes 4 SATA powered devices from my system to 1! However, when it comes to connecting RGB, on the 3 PIN connector, why can I not daisy chain Hydro X products and LED strips. The hydro X allows pass through so why can I not connect multiple to this? Especially as the commander Core XT only has ONE 3-pin RGB connecter. I really dont want to have to connect a led hub in again. any help/explaination is welcome. Cheers,
  10. Hello there, After installing my new ICUE H100i Elite Capellix I noticed only the LED on the pump was lighting up. I thought that it was weird that the fans didn't light up but I went to the ICUE application hoping it was a setting I needed to adjust. After learning how to use the ICUE application, I did the "Lighting Wizard 4-Pin Setup" and to my surprise no fans were detected. Luckily I had another fan handy and tried to use it through the controller that came in the box with the H100i, and it worked! The fan was detected and I was able to use all the controls including the LED controls. So that leads me to believe that something is wrong with the LED's on the fan it came with. So to recap here is everything I tried: 1) Using a different fan 2) Uninstalling IQUE and reinstalling 3) Using an older version of ICUE 4) Plugging only one fan in at a time 5) Using a previous version of windows 6) Disabling ANYTHING that could be effecting/monitoring the fans 7) Switching around the order of which the fans are plugged into the controller To my knowledge I installed everything correctly considering the fact that I used the video on how to install it from Corsair's website. It's super frustrating and sad that I've had nothing but problems when it comes to Corsair's LEDs. I had a three pack of Corsair fans a few years ago and it was the worst thing ever. My PC is almost ready for a full rebuild and I was going to go full Corsair but if I can't get these LED lights to work I might as well but from elsewhere. There are a ton of good products out that the LED's actually work on them. The worst part about the whole thing is that I've been trying to fix it for hours now and I feel as if I've done everything humanly possible and it still fails to work properly. If anyone has a solution to this or has a faced a similar problem please help me! Also, something I forgot to mention... When in BIOS no fans that are plugged into the controller are detected. Just the pump shows up under BIOS but in the ICUE software I can see all fans that are plugged in. Could it be a problem with USB that's plugged into the motherboard from the controller itself? So confused and lost here, Ill add some pictures if that helps, thanks for reading if you made it this far!
  11. Hi, I've been searching and apparently seems that QL led's are subject to some issue, here is mine also. Being a 150$ kit, well this shoudn't happened Do someone else have sorted out how to fix it (I've already open a ticket with support); I wasn't expecting this lack of quality control from Corsair on a "premium" devices
  12. Hey Guys, When I use sleep mode on the windows, The cabinet's Power button and Sail logo on the front side blinks but the Corsair text and logo on the side turns off instead of blinking. When I wake the system light turn on again without any issue. Any idea why it's not blinking like the front side logo and powerbutton. Thanks
  13. Hey everyone, I just noticed today that one of the LED's on one of my QL120's are not working correctly. I have rebooted the computer, tried to change the LED colour and it's still not going to the correct colour. I'm going to assume the LED is defective at this point. Is there any hope of fixing it? or is it RMA if possible?
  14. Heyyo, I've really wanted a new keyboard for quite some time, and having RGB is a near-to must for me when it comes to computer accessories nowadays. Seeing how within my budget the K55 was as well, it was the perfect buy! The keyboard has been working far beyond my expectations, until last night. All the LED's at the topright stopped working, though the functions themselves worked (CAPSLOCK and NUMLOCK, specifically). I tried installing CUE and clicking around on mostly everything with no progress, leading me to uninstalling it as I saw it as unneeded software (but, is there a way to fix the issue using that software, i'll be glad to install it again). On a good note, reconnecting the keyboard seems to have fixed the LED's, but on a bad note, this is not issues I want with a new product, about a day into use. I've also had to do this twice so far. Should I bite the bullet and plug in my good old Logitech G110 and take this back to the shop first thing tomorrow, or are we rather looking at a firmware/software issue? I've seen people have similar problems, but do we yet have a "waterproof" fix or are we still lost on that? For what it's worth, it seems to happen when I use fullscreen applications, or at the very least, I've seen it happen whenever I sit playing Watch Dogs. But I guess it may, or may not be a coincidence. I've very recently updated my Bios and Chipset drivers for my motherboard (ASUS Z87-K), ensured that I've got the latest windows updates, and "force reinstalled" the generic keyboard drivers via Windows own device manager (following this guide). Thanks a lot in advance! EDIT 1: I NOW HAVE THE CAUSE OF THE ISSUE! (Though not the solution). When I unplug any other USB device, then plug it back in (for example, my headset charger), the Capslock and Numlock LED's freeze. Nice having the issue pinpointed, now for a solution. Anyone?
  15. I bought 2 2x8gb kits from Newegg (CMW16BX4M2D3000C16) They look beautiful. However, "dim 1" which is in slot 3 from the CPU socket seems to have a dead LED in at the very "bottom" of the stick. Ill attach a photo. Is ive tried to reseat the ram and it's seated all the way in. Is it even worth trying to replace the stick as Ill most likely have to replace both sticks from the kit? The issue isn't all that obvious on some lighting options. Thanks in advance
  16. Hello, I would like to share my project that I had been working on. Some of you who are interested in AI might have heard of the term "Clustering" This project is simple. All the pheperials react to screen colours using clustering. By using my PyPheperials project, it would be possible to set LED colours whether it is Corsair or Razer. Here are some demos. (Might need some time for loading...) Demo #1 : Night Vision Demo #2 : Flash Bang Demo #3 : Blood I am quite new to this forum. So, if my post violates any of forum rules, please let me know. I will modify as soon as possible. Contact me via my email : edina00@naverDOTCOM If, you are interested , please check my GitHub. https://github.com/gooday2die/pypheperial
  17. Hi. This is my first post in this community. I am trying using iCue to set the LED on my RTX 3090 Founders Edition. However, it is not showing the correct color when I set it to white. It should be a pure white, but instead it appears blue and does not even match the other lighting section on the GPU (which is permanently white). I'm certain that this is a problem with iCue because I can set the color by using EVGA Precision X1, and that sets the GPU to the correct white. Has anyone else faced this issue? I've already submitted a ticket to corsair directly, but Idk how effective that will be.
  18. Is there a setting in icue that lets you change the color of the status led (the one right behind the mouse wheel)? I often leave my mouse tethered, resulting in the status led shining bright green. I know it can be controlled as the product image on the corsair website shows it as blue and the product video shows it as matching the pink theme of the rest of the mouse. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Gaming-Mice/Wireless-Gaming-Mice/DARK-CORE-RGB-PRO-Wireless-Gaming-Mouse/p/CH-9315411-NA
  19. I've only had the H100i RGB Platinum SE for about a year now and when I select static white the leds give off a yellowish color. I'm not sure if this is a common issue or not...
  20. Hello guys, I recently bought an M65 pro RGB and downloaded iCue to set my profiles. All seemed to work perfectly, apart from the fact that the upper led stating the different dpis levels, returns the wrong colors. For example: I set a dpi profile as Red and the led shows up Yellow Same thing for green etc while blue and violet seems working fine. So i thought one of the rgb microleds was broken, until it randomly came back to normal and showed colors, then randomly did the issue again. Any thoughts? Anyone had the same problem? Let me know, best regards :)
  22. TLDR; Three QL120's connected to Lighting Node CORE then to Commander Pro, not showing up in iCUE PRODUCTS -Corsair Carbide Spec-06 White Case -iCUE LS100 Starter Kit -H100i AIO Cooler -QL120 RGB Fan Kit (Contains Lighting Node) -Commander Pro -RGB Hub SETUP Firstly I have fitted the LS100 kit inside my case, with two of the 250mm strips internally and one of the 450mm strips replacing the LED's that came in the front of the case as they were not iCUE compatible. These are daisy chained and connected to LED Port 2 in the Commander Pro. I took the two LL120 fans from the H100i and mounted them inside my case. These both go to the RGB Hub which is then connected to LED port 2 of the Commander Pro. For my H100i I have mounted 2 QL120 fans to it (Because the LL120's face the wrong way so the lights would be pointing at the radiator and the front of my case is covered). The third QL120 is below the radiator. All three of these fans go to the included Lightning Node CORE, which is connected to the Commander Pro via USB port 1. All accessories are lit using a Lighting Link mode. PROBLEM The QL120's cannot be found in the iCUE software. When connected to the Lighting Node they simply light up white. There is no option for selecting the Lightning Node in the software, even through the Commander Pro. If I connect one to the RGB Hub and tell it I have 3 fans then the connected QL will display the test LED, but because the RGB Hub is set up for the LL120's, I cannot connect all the QL's through the Hub as they have more LED's and they will not light up correctly. EXTRA While extremely unlikely to be related, I recently replaced my PSU and Motherboard. I'm 75% certain that the RGB in the QL120's were editable through iCUE before this. I did not unplug anything relating to them except the fan control to the AIO pump, which is now connected again.
  23. As the title says 7 out of the 12 LED in the outer circle does not light up. I just finished building my new computer a few hours ago and everything looked great, but after maybe one hour i noticed that 7 LEDs had stopped working. I've had other problems with corsair rbg not showing the correct color so i thought that it was just a software problem or something that i could fix myself but after trying restarting my computer uninstalling ICUE messing with the settings updating all the drivers for my motherboard and ICUE I also tried to reinstall the AIO cables as i read that some people has issues with the sata cable and the 24pin connector. I tried using different sata cable from the same PSU. I even tried using a different windows installation but that did not work either. So im not sure how to proceed after trying everything i would think could fix the problem. Any tips or help is much appreciated.
  24. Just added these 2 x LL140 fans to the top of my case (they are the only things plugged into my node pro). I just downloaded icue for the first time, it is recognizing the LEDs on my motherboard (RoG Strix x570), but it is not recognizing the two new LL 140s. I find it interesting that the fans are spinning and glowing white on white, but I cant find them in icue. I bought the Corsair CRYSTAL 570X RGB Mid-Tower Case and I am using the node pro that came preinstalled in the case that were working with the 3 front 120mm fans, but I have since removed. Anyone know what the issue is? Thanks!
