  1. Hey everyone, I just noticed today that one of the LED's on one of my QL120's are not working correctly. I have rebooted the computer, tried to change the LED colour and it's still not going to the correct colour. I'm going to assume the LED is defective at this point. Is there any hope of fixing it? or is it RMA if possible?
  2. Hey Corsair Community, I seem to be having a problem with my Corsair QL120 Fans. I have them set to all white in iCUE and it's been working perfectly until one day one of the fans had a LED stuck on purple. I tried everything that I could to fix it but couldn't. I RMA'd it for a new one and that was a success. Now another two of my fans are now having the same issue. Has anyone else got this problem? Would anyone know a fix or am I looking to RMA the fans again? See attached photos. Thanks, Beauzinga
  3. Heyyo, I've really wanted a new keyboard for quite some time, and having RGB is a near-to must for me when it comes to computer accessories nowadays. Seeing how within my budget the K55 was as well, it was the perfect buy! The keyboard has been working far beyond my expectations, until last night. All the LED's at the topright stopped working, though the functions themselves worked (CAPSLOCK and NUMLOCK, specifically). I tried installing CUE and clicking around on mostly everything with no progress, leading me to uninstalling it as I saw it as unneeded software (but, is there a way to fix the issue using that software, i'll be glad to install it again). On a good note, reconnecting the keyboard seems to have fixed the LED's, but on a bad note, this is not issues I want with a new product, about a day into use. I've also had to do this twice so far. Should I bite the bullet and plug in my good old Logitech G110 and take this back to the shop first thing tomorrow, or are we rather looking at a firmware/software issue? I've seen people have similar problems, but do we yet have a "waterproof" fix or are we still lost on that? For what it's worth, it seems to happen when I use fullscreen applications, or at the very least, I've seen it happen whenever I sit playing Watch Dogs. But I guess it may, or may not be a coincidence. I've very recently updated my Bios and Chipset drivers for my motherboard (ASUS Z87-K), ensured that I've got the latest windows updates, and "force reinstalled" the generic keyboard drivers via Windows own device manager (following this guide). Thanks a lot in advance! EDIT 1: I NOW HAVE THE CAUSE OF THE ISSUE! (Though not the solution). When I unplug any other USB device, then plug it back in (for example, my headset charger), the Capslock and Numlock LED's freeze. Nice having the issue pinpointed, now for a solution. Anyone?
  4. Hey Guys, When I use sleep mode on the windows, The cabinet's Power button and Sail logo on the front side blinks but the Corsair text and logo on the side turns off instead of blinking. When I wake the system light turn on again without any issue. Any idea why it's not blinking like the front side logo and powerbutton. Thanks
  5. I bought 2 2x8gb kits from Newegg (CMW16BX4M2D3000C16) They look beautiful. However, "dim 1" which is in slot 3 from the CPU socket seems to have a dead LED in at the very "bottom" of the stick. Ill attach a photo. Is ive tried to reseat the ram and it's seated all the way in. Is it even worth trying to replace the stick as Ill most likely have to replace both sticks from the kit? The issue isn't all that obvious on some lighting options. Thanks in advance
  6. Hello, I would like to share my project that I had been working on. Some of you who are interested in AI might have heard of the term "Clustering" This project is simple. All the pheperials react to screen colours using clustering. By using my PyPheperials project, it would be possible to set LED colours whether it is Corsair or Razer. Here are some demos. (Might need some time for loading...) Demo #1 : Night Vision Demo #2 : Flash Bang Demo #3 : Blood I am quite new to this forum. So, if my post violates any of forum rules, please let me know. I will modify as soon as possible. Contact me via my email : edina00@naverDOTCOM If, you are interested , please check my GitHub. https://github.com/gooday2die/pypheperial
  7. Hi. This is my first post in this community. I am trying using iCue to set the LED on my RTX 3090 Founders Edition. However, it is not showing the correct color when I set it to white. It should be a pure white, but instead it appears blue and does not even match the other lighting section on the GPU (which is permanently white). I'm certain that this is a problem with iCue because I can set the color by using EVGA Precision X1, and that sets the GPU to the correct white. Has anyone else faced this issue? I've already submitted a ticket to corsair directly, but Idk how effective that will be.
  8. Is there a setting in icue that lets you change the color of the status led (the one right behind the mouse wheel)? I often leave my mouse tethered, resulting in the status led shining bright green. I know it can be controlled as the product image on the corsair website shows it as blue and the product video shows it as matching the pink theme of the rest of the mouse. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Gaming-Mice/Wireless-Gaming-Mice/DARK-CORE-RGB-PRO-Wireless-Gaming-Mouse/p/CH-9315411-NA
  9. I've only had the H100i RGB Platinum SE for about a year now and when I select static white the leds give off a yellowish color. I'm not sure if this is a common issue or not...
  10. Hello guys, I recently bought an M65 pro RGB and downloaded iCue to set my profiles. All seemed to work perfectly, apart from the fact that the upper led stating the different dpis levels, returns the wrong colors. For example: I set a dpi profile as Red and the led shows up Yellow Same thing for green etc while blue and violet seems working fine. So i thought one of the rgb microleds was broken, until it randomly came back to normal and showed colors, then randomly did the issue again. Any thoughts? Anyone had the same problem? Let me know, best regards :)
  12. TLDR; Three QL120's connected to Lighting Node CORE then to Commander Pro, not showing up in iCUE PRODUCTS -Corsair Carbide Spec-06 White Case -iCUE LS100 Starter Kit -H100i AIO Cooler -QL120 RGB Fan Kit (Contains Lighting Node) -Commander Pro -RGB Hub SETUP Firstly I have fitted the LS100 kit inside my case, with two of the 250mm strips internally and one of the 450mm strips replacing the LED's that came in the front of the case as they were not iCUE compatible. These are daisy chained and connected to LED Port 2 in the Commander Pro. I took the two LL120 fans from the H100i and mounted them inside my case. These both go to the RGB Hub which is then connected to LED port 2 of the Commander Pro. For my H100i I have mounted 2 QL120 fans to it (Because the LL120's face the wrong way so the lights would be pointing at the radiator and the front of my case is covered). The third QL120 is below the radiator. All three of these fans go to the included Lightning Node CORE, which is connected to the Commander Pro via USB port 1. All accessories are lit using a Lighting Link mode. PROBLEM The QL120's cannot be found in the iCUE software. When connected to the Lighting Node they simply light up white. There is no option for selecting the Lightning Node in the software, even through the Commander Pro. If I connect one to the RGB Hub and tell it I have 3 fans then the connected QL will display the test LED, but because the RGB Hub is set up for the LL120's, I cannot connect all the QL's through the Hub as they have more LED's and they will not light up correctly. EXTRA While extremely unlikely to be related, I recently replaced my PSU and Motherboard. I'm 75% certain that the RGB in the QL120's were editable through iCUE before this. I did not unplug anything relating to them except the fan control to the AIO pump, which is now connected again.
  13. As the title says 7 out of the 12 LED in the outer circle does not light up. I just finished building my new computer a few hours ago and everything looked great, but after maybe one hour i noticed that 7 LEDs had stopped working. I've had other problems with corsair rbg not showing the correct color so i thought that it was just a software problem or something that i could fix myself but after trying restarting my computer uninstalling ICUE messing with the settings updating all the drivers for my motherboard and ICUE I also tried to reinstall the AIO cables as i read that some people has issues with the sata cable and the 24pin connector. I tried using different sata cable from the same PSU. I even tried using a different windows installation but that did not work either. So im not sure how to proceed after trying everything i would think could fix the problem. Any tips or help is much appreciated.
  14. Just added these 2 x LL140 fans to the top of my case (they are the only things plugged into my node pro). I just downloaded icue for the first time, it is recognizing the LEDs on my motherboard (RoG Strix x570), but it is not recognizing the two new LL 140s. I find it interesting that the fans are spinning and glowing white on white, but I cant find them in icue. I bought the Corsair CRYSTAL 570X RGB Mid-Tower Case and I am using the node pro that came preinstalled in the case that were working with the 3 front 120mm fans, but I have since removed. Anyone know what the issue is? Thanks!
Vielen Dank schonmal HantigGrantig
  17. Hello all, I just recently join and i do believe im posting in the right area, apologies if im in the complete wrong area as I cant seem to navigate this website well at all lol, I have a computer that i built myself running onm a lighting node pro with 5 HD120 fans connected to one channel and 8 LED strips connected to the other, I am aware that a single channel can only support 4 LED strips but I had seen a user comment a work around by setting the lighting channel to thinking it was LL series fans in order to light up all 8 strips and that worked for me up until yesterday, i had to disassemble the pc for some upgrades (vertical gpu mount, cable management, cleaning, ect)and I had not touched the lighting node outside of disconnecting it from the 4 LED strips connected to my desk outside of the pc while the other 4 are inside the case. After finishing up I had reconnected the cable to the outside LED but the node pro no longer lights any of the strips and will no longer do so regardless of anything ive tried. Has anyone had any experience with this and can tell me what im doing/ what might have went wrong? Thanks to anyone who can shed some light on this
  18. Hi, I’m so angry, furious and disappointed by this 200 € keyboard that i’ve to write to you to claim that I will NEVER buy any Corsair product again. Not for me or not for all the people I made configs for. Few years ago, I spent 200€ on a K95 RGB and I had so many problems with it that it is incredible…Have to say I always take care of my items, and no liquid, drop or whatever was done to this keyboard. P/N CH-9000221-FR S/N 1295165284** First of all, after only one month of usage, I encountered double key strikes, still occurring sometimes and it really a pain in the ***, especially while coding. Then after a few months, some LED were dysfunctioning on some RGB colors. No more red on 12 keys. It ran me crazy. Few months later I discovered on reddit it was a well common and known problem on this keyboard and I should have RMA it but it was too late, just passed the two years warranty. I was already disappointed by this ****ty 200€ keyboard, but it was still working... And finally yesterday, after the installation of the 3.27.68 release of ICUE (have to tell also how this software has always been horrible to use) my keyboard is now not recognized by ICue anymore. Of course I have tested all what is possible to do during 4 hours (Disinstalling Icue, cleaning Registry, Appdata, changing USB ports, testing on other computers, retrograding to Icue 3.24.52., etc…) Nothing worked. So that’s it, my K95 is now unconnected forever, will go to the trash bin and I will be back with L*g*t*ch buying a G*15. Incredible how mad this f******g keyboards ran me. How could it be so many defaults on a 200€ high end product ? So that it corsair. You had the nicest Logo, your products are good looking, but so creepy hardware and unergonomic software. Bye Bye. PS: Regards to the persons who are reading that, I know you aren’t guilty for this, but I hope this will be forwarded to who can take note of another customer disappointing by so many problems.
  19. Hello there, just earlier today, the fans on my H110i randomly revved up to 2800rpm so I checked out my Corsair Link and it seems at first that it was downgraded for me. I was no longer able to edit any of my fan speeds or change the LED on my pump to change according to CPU temp. My configure page doesn't show my H110i anymore and it only says that I have 3 "MB fans" instead of listing my radiator fans. I updated my software to the latest version which changed nothing, so I completely uninstalled and reinstalled but to no avail. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong? Should I unplug and replug in my Link cable on my motherboard? Thanks for the help :)
  22. Hey folks. So yeah I bought the LS100 Starter Kit aswell but am I the only one who think that the colors are looking wierd some times? Made a simple test with 2 different colors of red 1. one pure red (255, 0, 0) the 2. one was a slightly darker red from a Red Dead Redemption 2 Wallpaper. The 1. is fine like it should. The 2. one on the other hand was almost pink...? https://imgur.com/a/pKGDWYS Other colors are way off aswell. Orange for example is basicly yellow. Did you guys experienced some thing similar?
  23. They call it D-RGB on the EKWB AIO I just received. The RGB connector is a three pin, ARGB connector, that is, four positions, but only three openings. My motherboard, which is older, only has four pin 12v RGB headers, no three pin ARGB headers. I do have the Corsair Commander Pro with the three pin LED port for the lighting strips. The AIO also has a VDG connection which is three pin. Can this be connected to the LED connections on the Commander Pro for it to control the RGB of the AIO? I have also found some RGB to VDG cables. Otherwise, I don't know how I would be able to do anything with the RGB on the AIO. I did find a converter which allow for connecting 12v motherboard header then outputs a couple of 5v RGB connections. It's by DeepCool. https://www.newegg.com/deepcool-rgb-convertor-black/p/1W8-00JK-00030 This might be a possibility, but I don't know how well it works or how safe it is. If it works I could use it for a couple of things in the build.
LG Finn
  25. Hi Guys, I have a wonderful new build that works great. I am attempting to utilize 3 daisy-chained Corsair 10 LED strips. I am connecting them via one extension cable to channel one of my Commander Pro. Channel two is occupied with the cable from Corsair RGB hub for all RGB fans. The problem is, when I do this only the first LED strip lights completely and the second lights only the first two LEDs. I have tried every possible combination of these strips and also new strips with the same behavior. If I connect each strip separately to CP, they work. If two strips are connected directly into CP, the issue with first one lighting and just 2 on 2nd lighting occurs. In iCue, I have channel two set to RGB strips and have tried all quantities of strips with no change. I have also tried to list them as fans of every type with no change. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
