  1. So I have had my H150i Elite Capellix AIO running fine in my custom build for well over a year now with zero problems. Now, all of a sudden, one of the fans has been running like a jet engine even at startup. I was really confused at first as to why my system suddenly got so much more fan noise until I checked my iCUE and saw what was going on in my image. As you can see, Fan #5 is running at over twice the speed of the other two, with no apparent reason. I checked for any kind of blockages on that fan, and I don't see anything wrong. Is this fan possibly dying, or is it something else? Again, it is at these elevated speeds even at startup from a completely shut down system. Also, it doesn't seem to change when I put it in quiet mode, but it will stop if I put it in zero RPM.
  2. Hi All, I hope this is in the right place and that someone is able to help me. I have had my H150i AIO cooler around 6 months, it installed fine and for around 4-5 months worked perfectly. One day I turned on my PC and after around 45 mins the pump light changed itself to red. I quickly took my headphones out to listen to see if the fans had accelerated their RPM, no.. So I looked on iCUE and the pump was working as normal, CPU temp was cool, pump was working at it's regular rate and so were the fans. I know the constant red light usually means pump failure but there is no failure here? The PC continues to work fine and every so often the red light goes to the default rainbow wave and then switches back to the red. One thing that may be useful is that when it is red I can change the colour to either blue or green but nothing in between such as cyan. The BIOS also looks as I would expect. I tried forcing updates on the AIO and it didn't fix it. I also uninstalled and reinstalled iCUE which fixed the issue for maybe a week and then it started again. Hopefully someone is able to assist me with this. I have attached a picture of the pump and iCUE at the time of writing this. Thanks :)

  4. It's been a while since we released the iCUE ELITE LCD Coolers, for those who have one, what do you put on your AIO LCD screens 👾 (gifs, pics, or temps)? Reminder: please be mindful of what you post on the internet 😅 If you don't use an AIO with a LCD screen, what kinds of wallpaper do you like to run as your monitor background 🖥️ (animated or idle)? Do you keep the same wallpaper on forever or like to change depending on setups/current hyperfixations 🤩? Since I use dual monitors I try to find animated wallpapers that fit on both screens. I have an extra 7 inch monitor inside my PC as well as an LCD cooler. All are animated character gifs from the anime Jujutsu Kaisen! (I really recommend this show🤞) Let us know down below!

  6. I am on my second brand new unit of this AIO and have had the exact same issue. A persistent loud buzzing noise almost like a chainsaw. When I tap the cooler it stops momentarily. My first unit went a month before it started making this sound, this one lasted a day. Does anyone know what the cause of this is and how to remedy it? Dear community, Dear @c-attack, @DevBiker, @Corsair Nick, @Corsair Albert, @Greybeard, I'm super frustrated which makes me try different approaches to finally get rid of my issue with iCUE and my Elite Capellix. The issue appears almost every time I use my PC. I'm in contact with Corsair regarding this issue since July 2021 without any fix. Let me make it clear from the start: I love Corsair products and I love iCUE and all its possibilities. From my point of view Corsair provides the best ecosystem (hardware/software) for RGB. Corsair went silent in most of the topics without providing any more support which makes me think if the issue might be a hardware flaw/general incompatibility. As of now I'm still believing the root cause is a software/driver issue. This completely kills the fun I'm supposed to have with my PC. All my efforts (reseach, support tickets, replacing hardware etc.) already took lots (days!) of my personal time I am providing debug information and logs to Corsairs support for months now without being asked a single question or feedback from their end Corsairs replies were always very generic and high level which gives me the feeling that my problem is not being taken seriously I offered Corsair my help to identify the root cause and to provide more information in order to get the issue sorted together with their experts but I didn't get the impression that my information are being looked into by the right people There have to be low level debugging possibilities to identify the root cause of the issue. And overheating systems due to faulty cooling are a serious issue for cooling solutions. This is my final approach, I'm tired of being quiet about this. Any further help is appreciated. Intel Core i7-12700K and Asus ROG STRIX Z690-A GAMING WIFI D4 RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 32GB (2x16GB) GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER 4GB Phoenix OC SSD: Samsung 980 Pro series 1TB M.2 (MZ-V8P1T0) HDD: Seagate Ironwolf 4TB PSU: Corsair RM750X V2 AIO: Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX top mounted FANS: 3 x Corsair ML120 PRO in the front + the included 120mm chassis fan in the back Will this FAN/AIO setup work or is there a better configuration using Corsair components?
  9. I have two AIOs and dont know which to choose. The AIO will be topmounted in a Corsair 5000D Airflow case. Corsair iCUE H150i RGB PRO XT 3, 120 mm fans (ML120, no RGB) Only pumphead RGB 9 months old Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX 2, 140 mm fans (ML140, RGB) RGB all over 1 month old My priorities are evenly split among: 33% Cooling performance 33% Noise 33% RGB Which AIO should i use and why? My setup is as follows: House: Corsair 5000D Airflow MoBo: Asus Rog Strix Z490-f gaming CPU: I9 10900K RAM: 4x8gb Corsair Dominator GPU: RTX 2060 (will be upgraded asap after the GPU shortage) PSU: Corsair RM1000i
  10. Howdy! Just got a new build, and with it a few questions and concerns. I was getting some odd temps, so set bios to default, in the event it had been changed during the build by PCS. And now, the temps are a little lower, but relative to the load they're very high. All fans are blasting at max from what I can see. Help? :) What info can I give to help this support process :)
  11. Hi I’m having a problem with my H100i RGB Platinum AIO cooler. I bought it mid May 2021 and it was running fine in my PC. I recently replaced my PSU(RMA) cause it had some issues. Got a new one and booted the system up. On first bootup the cooler ran fine. 40C temps just like it was before. I shut down and rebooted the system and then the cooler pump wasn't working anymore(I did uninstall the iCuE software before I shutdown). Right now the AIO pump has RED light on and the pump isn’t running. Within 2-3 minutes of the PC being on, the CPU reaches temperatures of 80-90°C. Also the two fans plugged into the provided PWM splitter run at full speed. I tried resetting BIOS and re-installing the cooler twice. No changes. I did reinstall iCuE and it isn't detecting the cooler.
  12. Hello, this is my first post, it will be a big one. I have the H80i V2 AIO cooler. It is a thick 120mm that features a stock push-pull configuration. I tested two setups: One as the default, using 1.) Corsair stock fans (~3000 max RPM) under the push-pull configuration. The second setup, using 1 single 2.) Noctua pull (~3000RPM fan). As you can see from the data, there is no temperature change: Here is a picture of the Corsair Link im talking about. First off, I do not know even what sensor I am looking at. Whether it is the pump temp, or the liquid temp. Never the less, the problem is that the pump itself gets obscenely hot, it exceeds the 45C warning in the Link program and the Pump itself turns to RED :mad:, yet while everything else is fine in temps. I have tried different push-pull configurations but it does not seem to change. Is it defective? 1.) Corsair stock fans 2.) Noctua config Can anybody think of why this is causing this? For anyone curious my GPU runs "cool" at max 76C at load. Here is a pic of my pc (excuse the bad cables management): Here is my PC 3 in-take, 3 out-take. Currently the pic has only the 1 Noctua fan because I like the quieter setup since the fan temps are almost identical as seen in the data pastebins.
  13. Hello, Im building a PC soon and will be using the Kraken X73 AIO cooler. I will have 3x Corsair QL120 to spare, and i'm thinking about using them instead of stock fans in the X73. This AIO will be mounted in a Lian Li PC-O11D XL, top exhaust, cooling a i7-11700K. Ive seen alot of builds using QL120 instead of stock X73 fans, I've also read that QL120 isn't meant for AIO. I've googled the question and seen similar threads regarding QL120 on the X73 but none gave the answers I was looking for. I'm hoping someone with this setup can share their experience with the performance difference in temps, RPM, noise with stock X73 fans vs QL120 in the following setups: 3x Stock fans pushing 3x QL120 pushing 3x QL120 pushing and 3x Stock fans pulling I usually don't do much OC, so I don't think i'll need the perfect conditions in terms of OC, i'm looking for the sweet spot between performance and looks. I have been having issues with my iCue4 ecosystem as it keeps punching in and out (USB disconnect/reconnect sound goes off and I get major lag in game; keyboard/mouse/headset disconnect for a good 10 sec, as well as fans/pump/lights blinking on and off) and there seems to be a link with when iCue detects BY MISTAKE a ''Thermal Probe'' and prompts me if I want to start the Set-Up Wizard for Hydro X... Its all wrong. This can happen every 15-20min at its worst. I have the following iCue related equipment: - H115i RGB Platinum AIO w/280mm RAD w/2x ML140mm fans (connected on their own cables with the pump, however pump USB is in a Commander Pro) - 4x Pro RGB Strips Connected in a Lighting Node Pro (LED #2) - 2x RGB Fan LED Hub (1x for 1-3 Front SP120mm fans connected in NoPro LED #1 and fans 1-3 in Commander Pro; 1x for 2 Top ML140mm/1 Back ML120mm fans connected in Commander Pro LED #1 and fans 4-6 - 1x Commander Pro with connections already explained - 1x Lighting Node Pro with connections already explained - STRAFE RGB MK.2 Keyboard where Headset and Mouse connect with Virtuoso SE Dongle in Keyboard USB slot - IRONCLAW RGB WIRELESS Gaming Mouse - VIRTUOSO RGB WIRELESS SE High-Fidelity Headset I have tried numerous updates, and restarts but I need help from you guys. WHAT I WANT: For iCue to stop dropping in and out, so I can have a smooth gaming experience without losing games dues to my PC (always blame the parts, never the player HAHA!) Thanks in advance

  16. Hey, everyone. I'm new to the forum and I had a specific question about the Obsidian 500D RGB SE. I'm planning on doing a new PC build this year (or possibly next year if PC parts don't go back down in price or come in stock) using an Obsidian 500D RGB SE. I was curious if anyone here has done a build with that using an AIO liquid CPU cooler and - if so - whether a front-mounted 360mm unit or top-mounted 240/280mm unit provides better ventilation. I've seen photos on PC Part Picker showing a front-mounted 360mm in an 500D RGB SE both with the included radiator fans on & off. Is using only the three front-mounted 120mm LL RGB fans (the ones that come with the case) with the 360mm radiator enough, or does having the radiator sandwiched between those and the radiator's fans provide better cooling (despite how bulky it is and if the motherboard can support 9 fans in total)? I am looking for a slimmer build, so I am leaning toward a top-mounted 280mm cooler and using its included fans until I can afford to replace them with 140mm LL RGBs to match the 500D RGB SE's included ones; additionally, having a top-mounted exhaust seems like it'd provide better ventilation than a front-mounted intake unless you are going to add both a 120mm rear fan (which I plan on using as well [an LL120 to complete the set]) and two 120/140mm top fans.
  17. Hello. I have purchased a H60 hydro cooler a month ago and the pump has this constant buzzing, louder than my 3 fans in the system. I am aware of the fact that it has an operating noise, i just don't know if this buzzing is normal, it quite annoys me. I have tried to move the radiator but it doesn't help. If this noise is normal i'll just accept is, it is my first. With no fans operating, i measure the noise at around 40dB.   18. Hey, folgendes Anliegen habe ich. Es soll der AMD Ryzen 5950X, mit dem H80i v2 als Kühler, auf einem ASUS Pro B550M-C/CSM Board gekühlt werden. Asus kennzeichnet hierfür ja die Anschlüsse für die Pumpe als "AIO_PUMP connector", welcher dem genantem Board aber fehlt. Ziel: Die Pumpe soll ausreichend und Garantiekonform laufen, möglichst lange halten :): und das ganze ohne Software, da das System nicht für mich ist und ich sicher sein will, dass die optimalen Specs der Pumpe eingehalten werden. Bisherige Infos: Meine Erfahrungen beruhen auf Luftkühlungen und komplett selbst verlegte Wasserkühlungen. Das FAQ Wasserkühlungen und verschiedene weitere Beiträge hier habe ich gelesen und finde es Plausibel das die Pumpe nicht ständige Lastwechsel mag. -Was ich nicht eindeutig gefunden habe: Speziell bei der H80i v2, muss diese immer auf 100% laufen? Oder läuft sie lieber unter xx% und geht nur ggf. auf 100%? Ideen von mir: A. Pumpe mit einem 12V SATA => 3-Pin Lüfteradapter direkt ans Netzteil? - Regelt die Pumpe sich dann alleine richtig? Ist es optimal wenn die Pumpe immer 12V hat? B. Pumpe mit einem 12V SATA => 7V 3-Pin Lüfteradapter direkt ans Netzteil? C. Extra Pumpensteuerungshardware: Aqua Computer poweradjust 3 USB? (Bin für entsprechende Corsair gegenstücke dankbar, aber aktuell gibt es keine Corsairregler, an die die H80i v2 kann, oder?) - Hierbei könnte man einen Temperatursensor am Radiator befestigen da der ja Temperaturträge ist, würde die Pumpe nur langsame Lastwechsel haben. Für weitere Ideen, die die genannte Kombi an CPU, Mainboard und natürlich der H80i v2 ermöglichen wäre ich offen. Vielen Dank vorab. PS @Admins: Bevor ich mich ins Thema eingelesen habe, öffnete ich Supportfall 2004123591, der aber teils noch von falschen Annahmen meinerseits ausging. Vermutlich ist die Lösung am Ende ein Zweizeiler, die die FAQ Wasserkühlung ergänzen könnte, damit alle von der Info profitieren.
  19. Hi there, I installed my Corsair H150i RGB Pro XT last night. Selected hardware specs for reference: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B550M-PLUS Micro ATX AM4 Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory Case: Lian Li PC-O11 Dynamic ATX Full Tower Case Power Supply: Corsair RMx White (2018) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply I swapped out the supplied Corsair ML120 fans with three Noctua NF-P12 1700 PWM fans I already had. These were confirmed working in other builds and my choice was mainly down to aesthetics. The radiator is top mounted as an exhaust with the fans in a push configuration. I also have 6 Arctic P12 PWM PST fans as intakes, all of which are connected to a SATA-powered fan hub. While all the Noctua fans on the radiator are spinning, I can’t seem to control them in the iCUE software. No matter which profile I apply, including custom ones, the fans stay at the following RPM: Fan 2 is too loud at that RPM. I’d like to set them all to roughly 800-900 rpm. I have confirmed the following: The pump is connected to the USB header on the motherboard Each 4 pin Noctua fan is connected to the fan splitter coming off the pump The 3 pin connector coming off the pump is connected to the CPU fan header on the motherboard The product is connected to a spare SATA power cable Can anybody help? My first thought would be to retry with the supplied Corsair ML120 fans. Please let me know if there is anything else I can try! I have never attempted to control fan speeds through the BIOS. Thanks!

I'm running the following; i9-10900k at 4900 across all cores h150i elite capellix - top mounted exhaust 3 140mm fans on front as intake 1 140mm fan rear exhaust The computer was always running at a good temp never going above 60c but in the last few days the cpu at load will climb to 90c and the temps on the h150 quickly climb to 45c or higher where as before it never got over 38c. I've tried to change the profile on my cooler to extreme with no help. The pump and fans are all working, what could be the issue? The entire system is only 4 months old. I've never had a problem like this with corsair before so I have no idea where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated.

First timer here :D So my issue is that I swapped my Noctua air cooler for a Corsair Hydro Series - H100x (240mm) and according to specs with my case it says 240 rad can be mounted on top: https://www.corsair.com/corsairmedia/sys_master/productcontent/CARBIDE_SERIES_275R_QSG.pdf Even the site show the rad top position as available: https://cwsmgmt.corsair.com/responsive/img/275r/stand_alone_radiators-1.jpg Now when I tried to place the Rad/Double Fan combo on top, my 2 RAM sticks are in the way; and by a good margin, it's not like 3-4mm away, I cannot see the screw holes at all... My RAM : Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR4 2 x 8 Go 3333 MHz CAS 16 So my question is, am I ****ed for a top mount even though the case manual says it should go in, or I could try mounting it in front tube down even though my big *** 3090 will be in the way of the tubing ? Or maybe it is the ram sticks ? Is there sticks that are less high ? Thanks a ton!
  22. Hello Corsair community, So for a week now my AIO keeps disconnecting for no reason. Dont know if i had any ICUE updates or something. So the disconnects seem to be inconsistent because sometimes it doesnt disconnect at all, sometimes it disconnects after 20 minutes but bostly it disconnects after boot. I cannot control the Fans or RGB afterwards and the AIO doesnt appear in ICUE at all. I also just wasted a whole day for a Windows clean install and it didnt change anything.
  23. Hey there ! New to the forum, and I need some help. So, I have multiple Corsair RGB products to simplify my life with ICue and everything worked fine for 3 weeks (my setup is 3 weeks old) til yesterday. I don't know why my AIO do that but I do select my custom RGB lighting profile (which was used to work), ICue show me that my AIO is currently purple (color I chose) but in the case, the AIO is actually rainbow. No matter what I do (refresh, reboot, changing profile, instant lighting...) the AIO (with the 2 fans) still stay rainbow. The rest (case, fan, keyboard, RAM) are fine and follow ICue commands though... If you have any idea of why my AIO do that, that would be awesome! Thanks! NB: I disabled setting that could change the lighting such as SDK EDIT : Solution : run a repair install of ICue

Just search for a H100_Platinum on your C drive and you should a file like this: H100_Platinum(VersionNumber).hex If you have it, can you give me it please, i lost mine bur i wanna fix my AIO.
