Can I reuse the H60 backplate
Corsair Mordred replied to weekend's topic in Build Hardware Troubleshooting
The back bracket uses the same screw sizes; absolute worst case you'd only need swap that out with a new motherboard due to different mounting holes. Glad it worked out for you!- 4 replies

Hey Pavman, Sounds like it might just be a single stick failure. Try a CMOS reset, and testing one stick at a time in the primary slot A memtest (copy/pasted below) will also highlight if the kit might be faulty or not Please run memtest86 from a bootable USB to test the RAM Downloadable from https://www.memtest86.com/ Full instructions can be found on the site.

Scimitar Pro RGB Double Click
Corsair Mordred replied to tbkizle's topic in Gaming Peripherals & Audio Troubleshooting
Please ensure that you have updated your mouse firmware; and forced the update when prompted. If that does not resolve the issue please reach out to our support team at https://help.corsair.com -
We do not recommend mixing separate memory kits as it can often cause stability issues. Memory with the same speed, timings, and voltage would net your best chance of not having a stability issue. As Infin1tum said; your best bet in the vast majority of instances is to use a single kit, rather than mixing.

Little problems with front pannel Corsair 1000D
Corsair Mordred replied to Pezhan's topic in Build Hardware Troubleshooting
Hi Pezhan, Send me a PM with the ticket ID and I'll follow up on it. You can find the serial on the back of the case; but the part number itself won't be printed on the case. There's only a single variant of the 1000D I wouldn't worry about the PN too much. -

Hi nesteater On the off chance that it's air bubbles - try resting the computer on its side to force the air into the radiator instead. It may also be a slightly loose bracket - see if you can screw it in a little tighter (don't go too nuts)

H100i V2 Odd/Consistent Noise
Corsair Mordred replied to ryanw7196's topic in Build Hardware Troubleshooting
As LeDoyen said - tilting the computer can release any air bubbles that may be stuck in the pump mechanism. If you really can't get the bubbles shifted, drop us an email at https://help.corsair.com and we can look into other options. -

Fans colors are really weird
Corsair Mordred replied to Ariss's topic in Build Hardware Troubleshooting
Hi Ariss, Try hooking up each LL fan to slot 1 on the LED Hub. If this doesn't cause any unusual behaviour, leave one fan on slot 1 and test the remaining fans on slot 2 Repeat on further slots until you run out of fans - but always make sure to fill up the slots in order (starting from 1) as they are wired in series. This will highlight if a fan, or the LED Hub is at fault; isolating where the fault is located if the hub is at fault. -

Little problems with front pannel Corsair 1000D
Corsair Mordred replied to Pezhan's topic in Build Hardware Troubleshooting
Hi Pezhan, Send us an email at https://help.corsair.com And we can troubleshoot it and/or provide a replacement piece as necessary -
Hi Ocelot There should not be any customs fees or additional costs related to the shipping of the unit. These fees for RMA replacements should be either exempt, or covered at Corsair's expense. If you have any issues related to this, please PM me immediately - and I will have it fixed. We're only anticipating issues such as this in relation to the UK border right now, so you shouldn't be affected in Croatia. Regarding your US unit - please ensure that you keep hold of your EU power cord, as the replacement will most likely come with a US one. (power cord is the only difference) ~ Mordred

Advance RMA payment server down
Corsair Mordred replied to Benny Kee's topic in Warranty and RMA Questions
Hey Benny, From what I can see, the payment portal is definitely up and running. What device are you using to connect? Mobile devices don't always work terribly well with it -- so please use a PC/Laptop if possible. ~ Mordred -
You would need an additional LED Hub to control the 7th fan. That being said, assuming that you're using either a Commander Pro / Lighting Node Pro -- you would only need the accessory below, of which you can connect 2x This would save a little money compared to ordering yourself a 3 pack! https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Water-Cooling-PC-%7C-Water-Cooling-Kit-%7C-CORSAIR/Accessories/CORSAIR-RGB-Fan-LED-Hub/p/CO-8950020 ~ Mordred

Hi pth614 No, unfortunately the CORE would not be able to, as the connectors are different. You might have some luck with a Lighting Node Pro, but you wouldn't get full functionality in that configuration. I'd strongly recommend that you use the controller provided in the Starter Pack. ~ Mordred

Malwarebytes is causing the slow MP600 random rw
Corsair Mordred replied to PeiXi's topic in Build Hardware Troubleshooting
Hi PeiXi It would be good for us to gather some more information on this matter Please email us at https://help.corsair.com so that we can gather some system specs and look into the matter further. ~ Mordred -
Hi Ironmadman, You would need to connect the SP and LL fans to different LED Hubs or Commander Cores, as mixing them can cause issues with the RGB. As for the PWM, you can attach them to any suitable controller - although I would strongly recommend that you choose some that run from the same control software if you intend to control the RPM from Windows. ~ Mordred
