  1. Hi Daedalos, You could create the first profile - with colours and keys And then clone it, change the name, and change the colour.
  2. After you've set the DPI values, are you also setting the default DPI setting? Each set would have 3 values, and one default. Make sure to double check that each DPI profile uses the same default.
  3. Hi Drew224 There's no such functionality. You'd need to use absolutes.
  4. Hi GenomeSoldier I see that Notepad already suggest you check the Sidetone option I'll reiterate that you should double check it, or simply disconnect the microphone to see if the microphone (or the software integration of the microphone) is the source of the issue - which would be confirmed if removing the mic stopped the sound. I'd also strongly recommend that you contact our support team at https://support.corsair.com so that we can gather some more detailed info to track down the exact source of the issue
  5. Try testing the fans alone on slot 1 of the controller. Does the issue replicate for both? If so - controller If not -fan Assuming that they're under warranty etc, we can look into further options if you reach out to support at https://support.corsair.com
  6. Whilst we can't guarantee the efficacy of third party products such as that - in theory, yes a motherboard USB header hub should work in that capacity. The main restriction on the USB headers is bandwidth - which should not be a concern for this particular scenario.
  7. Hi rehsd, The PSUs will default to the out of the box performance profile if you are not using iCUE. They do not retain the software profile after they are disconnected
  8. Hi Ashpool, Sorry to hear about your experience on this matter. Human error does on occasion happen - as the firmware issue seems to have proven. I am glad to hear that the agents offered a resolution to that issue ASAP! It does sound like a case of a simple dead LED - feel free to PM me with the ticket ID if you have any further issues with support. Please note that their response turnaround ETA is ~48h for emails.
  9. Hey KalenTec Have you tested the splitter with any other fans? Are you connecting only the PWM fan power connectors to it? It is a possibility that the splitter itself is faulty - especially considering you've verified that the fans are otherwise working fine.
  10. Hey Kent1969 Always great to hear some positive feedback! I'll make sure to pass your words on to Demetrius :)
  11. If you could also PM me with the ticket ID - I can get this looked into for you ASAP
  12. Hey Daevith, It sounds like you might have the LED plugs connected in the wrong order on your motherboard Front IO header. Take them all out - and double check in your motherboard manual for the pinout diagram so that you can connect all the IO wires to the appropriate pins
  13. Hey guys These definitely shouldn't turn pink! Please send us an email at https://support.corsair.com And then we can look into some options to help out!
  14. wakeup after sleep is a USB power setting, and not limited to the K100 Send us an email at https://support.corsair.com and let us know the specific model of your motherboard, and we can run you through some USB power settings in the BIOS that may help.
  15. Just so we're clear - this works just fine on the USB ports on the motherboard panel, correct? If so - check that the Front I/O cables are connected to a 9pin USB header on your motherboard, and that the port on your case is USB 2.0 or higher
