  2. Hello, can someone please help me and explain something about this fan, i intend to buy only one of these puppies , i want to use it as my 140 mm rear vent, and i have question about RGB. Can i connect this fan directly to my mobo x570 gaming strix argb header, have one free, or can i hook it up directly in my hub that i use for all my other argb fans to control RGB via icue ? I don't want to buy commander node for just a single fan. Are the rgb wire same as any other 3 pin 5v or is there a different pattern, asking this because i know that ASUS partnered with corsair on icue and aura sync and everything is working. I use this in my case for all my other rgb fans (5V RGB Splitter Hub with Case and for ASUS/MSI 5V 3Pin LED Controller ) Thank you.
  3. Hi Nick, we are already working on that, got in touch with escalation team,new psu is in transit, i hope this time everything goes smooth with customs,that is now my main concerne.

  6. i had completly brand new PSU , and i did got sealed brand new PSU.I didn't know if psu will be new or used, but since i bought new i was expecting new as well. i got mail that was forwarded to escalation team,and at this point i just don't care anymore. Since i got new build and psu was only thing that i'm missing.

Hello, so where to start with this thread...After 50 mails and 30 days i got the psu from us warehouse and imagine this, it's the same as old one i did send to RMA to corsair. this is highly outrageous and unprofessional for CORSAIR , ok if it was some low s*** company but corsair c'mon guys,don't know what changed but this is not old corsair as i remember , since i'm using your stuff more than 12 years at least. I got the hx 1200 with serial that is in lot range 2030-2041 , mine was 2039 , so i took advanced rma and i was hopping for a quick response and change, that is why i took advanced RMA , and after that the show starts.   9. my psu is 2039xxxxxxx and on Z390 strix-E manifested on first boot, then it worked for 3 days and after that it was hell, no way to boot at all. On x570 strix F worked for one day good, no problem with boot and after that problem just randomly came back. So it could manifest one some sunny day,so yeah just change it while you can, and good luck with RMA it is really a pain to deal with that since i'm still waiting for ADVANCED RMA after one month of mails and it's still stuck on customs.
  10. same thing, there is no RMA on invoice proforme ,commercial invoice, it needs to say ddp proforme or commercial with some value plus CPT to your town and then you are completly free of charge... For now handling expenses are 30 dollars , after that when you pay you get another bill for customs fee and taxes that i don't know.I mean is it mine fault there was no PSU in EU in my case, i bought brand new PSU.
  11. i just hope i can be done with all this, or i'm just gonna buy something from seasonic and be done with it... Got myself complete new build and i'm running on old PSU hx 1000 modular that is like 12 years old, not a single problem ever with that old psu...

After one month of messaging finally my PSU is sent back to corsair new hx 1200, and i got another one sent to me that arrived today, and now the problem is at customs,and there is million things now,have to pay for customs fee that i shouldn't, so i'm waiting for a reply again from corsair...it's just so painful to deal with this things...

  14. Hello, i'm from Croatia in EU and would like to know if someone could clarify me about RMA. I'm having a defective unit that is in range of SN that i should replace and i have problems with turn on/off with PSU that is brand new. I have been approved Advanced RMA but corsair said to me there is no more PSU in EU warehouse so the replacment unit will be shipped from US warehouse. I really wanted to know about taxes and fees,customs will i have to pay additional charges because is coming from US and not EU.I got the prepaid label as they said, but i can't get clear answer about Incoterms DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) as my courier said ( DHL ) that if sender didn't specify and pay i guess that i will personally have to pay for all other charges when it arrives in EU.
