  1. Exactly... I "assumed" it did also - like the other manufacturer's LCD AIOs with readout that I am aware of - ASUS, MSI, etc. Seems like a huge (and very odd) missed opportunity for Corsair.
  2. So if I wanted to run 8 fans - 3 front, 2 rear, 3 that are on the AIO water cooler... And 4 RGB strips... What is the best way to do that...? The 1000D comes with a Commander Pro already. Thanks!
  3. What is the maximum number of fans (regular black, non-RGB) and RGB light strips a Commander Pro can handle...? Thanks!
  4. Hoping someone with the 1000D can help me out with some inner dimensions... I have attached a pic to show the 4 red boxes in need dimension help with. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
  5. Hey, thanks! Unfortunately, looks like this thread is dead...
  6. Is there a reason the LCD can only show ONE computer parameter (temp, voltage, fan speed, etc...) and not cycle through 5-7 that you choose - like almost every other manufacture's new LCD AIO coolers...?
  7. Is there a reason they are not new 16-pin ready - like almost every other manufacturer's new power supplies...?
  8. I was hoping that the front of the case was not made out a plastic... Really cheapens it... 😞
  9. Can anyone with the Corsair iCUE 7000X RGB case tell me how much of the case is made of plastic...? And where it is...? Thanks!
  10. Or, I wonder if any of the cut out PSU shrouds in the newer cases (5000, 7000, etc.) would work in the 1000D...?
  11. Not sure if Masher76 is still around... But anyone know exactly how he cut a hole in the shroud... and get it to look so good...? And, anyone know what he is using for the surround to make it look like it's OEM...?
  12. Hmm... 7 months and no posts... Is there a "better", newer case everyone is flocking to now...?
  13. +1! :D: +1 This is really the only "problem" I have left in figuring out my build (this is my first build) - cabling for the fans/LEDs, etc...
  14. I am trying to find a riser cable set up that I can screw into the PSU cover so the graphics card is a little further away from the glass door.
  15. So less than 1/2 inch... I am planning on using an ASUS ROG Geforce RTX Strix 2070. https://www.asus.com/us/Graphics-Cards/ROG-STRIX-RTX2070-O8G-GAMING/
  16. Nice! Can you tell me how far away your graphics card is from the front glass door...? 1/2 inch...1 inch...?
  17. Did you use the case's lower right two-slot graphics card vertical mount for your graphics card?
  18. Yeah, and give it the bottom stand of the 1000D and not the legs of the 500D!
  19. Wow... I guess that is both good, and bad, news. Good that it is selling like that - bad that parts are so hard to come by...
  20. This is a 28" tall, 12" wide, 65 pound, $500 case. They aren't flying off the shelves. The fact that Corsair can't keep up with the relatively small parts demand is quite concerning...
  21. Thanks for the reply. Don't you mean the 4 x 120 fan tray? And then either leave the first or last fan tray empty...?
