PRAETORIAN_ Posted September 6, 2018 Share Posted September 6, 2018 Pretty much every time I update the Corsair utility engine the forward/backward buttons on the side of my mouse stop working. What I did was I uninstalled iCUE and reinstalled an older update, this is what I did this before and it works but I would just like to be able to use the newest update. Apophis3 Posted September 13, 2018 Share Posted September 13, 2018 The iCUE install also includes the drivers for the mouse, which one of them is for your side buttons. You probably just needed to do a repair install of iCUE to fix. Why they have so many different HID entries for the mouse, I don't know. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Tyberious Posted May 7, 2019 Share Posted May 7, 2019 Just updated mine, can confirm this is a problem. I have to make button remaps to remap the buttons to their intended functions...
