Crayzgamez Posted October 8, 2023 Share Posted October 8, 2023 I recently moved my PC as I got a new desk and as I turned on my PC my mouse was not responding the lights were on and the dongle was in but I had no response I have had this mouse for a year now and never had a problem. I have tried repairing installing and reinstalling software and I changed the ports the dongle was in but nothing worked. The mouse works fine wired. I can also see both the mouse and the dongle in ICUE but when I put the mouse into wireless mode it just shows this. i can also not use Bluetooth as my motherboard does not have it.
