  1. Try to disable Fast Start Up. Helped me with ICue 5.5 problem.
  2. One suggestion if you don't want to go with 4th version. You can try to disable Fast Start Up in windows. This trick should work and probably solve your current problem.
  3. Hello. Numerous problems follow by recent Icue update. Not only you currently suffering from it. Unfortunately there are no older version, except 4th version of iCue that you can install. Corsair decided to make Icue 5 be with cloud installation these days so it doesn't have a big weight and there's no previous version like it was before.
  4. They won't put this on "wear and tear" as you mentioned. It's totally a production fault. Had same problem here, but since I already have used my warranty, I decided to put a soft glue and place them back. 😄 So no worries in making tickets and return these ears to them, so they can change. Unfortunately their answer isn't immediate, approximately in between 24 hours.
  5. You can create a ticket to Corsair and ask them if they can change without bill or receipt. But I honestly doubt. I used to change mine HS80 once and we had a long talk with sending all documents that I have in order to continue my return and exchange.
  6. Greetings, Corsair bro's. Recently I found out a new bug related to Corsair ICUE (yeah I know that ICue has plenty of issues) . Current one is more about connected receivers and fast start up ON. Recently I purchased an Xbox PC controller that comes with wireless dongle, after connecting it to PC, Icue started to act quite weird. Crash on start ups, HS 80 receiver got unrecognizable by USB controller and same goes to Sabre Pro WL. Tried to solve the problem by disconnecting some unnecessary USB stuff, connecting USB to Corsair Peripheral. Didn't work out. USB Controller drivers also has been updated. Probably not fresh news about trying to turn off fast start up, but after completely turn FS off, this did the magic. Crashes disappeared. Currently I'm checking stability. By far everything works fine. Will update in the future. If someone has an issues with 5.5 , try to disable this windows feature, that seriously can cause a lot of troubles sometimes. Despite the fact that Fast Start Up is cool speeding boot times , it can also be annoying driver stability and functionality wise. Have a great day!
  7. As it is. Unfortunately. This release is a big mess compared to the previous ones. Already described my personal situation in "suggestions" topic. I'm not complaining, tho 5.4/5.3/5.2 were very stable updates. Only if Corsair could at least do some beta testing on their icue before releasing. Because we're not testers, we are users with final product on hands. Or just create beta downloads before a final release at least.
  8. One big suggestion. Make rollback option in icue. So if there is a faulty version , you can easily go back on previous version. Because latest update 5.5 is literally horrible optimisation wise. HS80 receiver turns on or off randomly ( nothing like that happened before on any of icue) . Sabre Pro Wireless receiver also got some bug with disconnections. Icue starts now very fast on start up, in result it often crashes in 5.5 . Since there's no way to go back to 5.4 or earlier versions with all online/cloud install , the only solution right now is to install 4th version of icue. Sadly.
  9. I must agree. Latest update is literally broken . First time I experienced an issue with HS80 receiver connected to st100 stand. Never ever had this before. Same story goes with Sabre Pro Wireless receiver. Disconnects and reconnects. Icue crash on start up. Never had this one on all previous 5th versions. Best one so far was 5.2 Great implementation I think from Corsair would be to make a rollback button or fix. Because from now on it's impossible to install previous version. Only way was to downgrade to 4th version of icue. Thanks Corsair
