  1. If one PSU works and the other doesn't, then it's probably the PSU. Were all 3 drives on the same cable? What's the PSU model?
  2. What's the part number of the keyboard? It's on the back.
  3. @c-attackIt's not at the top anymore, but it's still in the footer. https://help.corsair.com
  4. Hi @Jerrywp, this forum's for Corsair branded items. For Elgato products, you may want to check out their sub-reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/elgato/
  5. There should be a part number either on the bottom of the mouse or on a tag on the cable. I'd suggest adding that to your ticket. CH-xxxxxx format.
  6. https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058142592-iCUE-4-compatibility-list Scimitar PRO RGB, Scimitar RGB Elite are both supported by iCUE 4.x, whereas the plain Scimitar is not. I'd suggest contacting support at https://help.corsair.com for further assistance with your mouse.
  7. Thanks for bringing this up. We'll look into it.

  9. @Conver @Leviathan1usa @P.B. Saarland @tbt100-user Try now. Something with the system spec application's conflicting with a recent update, so I've turned the system specs off for now.
  10. Don't worry, we get real errors on the back end 🙂 Thanks for the report, we're looking into it.
