  1. As all of you know, iCUE is our software that manages literally every CORSAIR product to date. I'm sure some of you are iCUE experts by now 😉 If you are new to our ecosystem, no worries! Check out this Pro-Tip for setting RGB lighting ✨! What iCUE lighting effects, macros, and profiles are your favorite and/or most used? Show us your configurations so others may use it too 😁 We wanna hear you! Do you have any iCUE suggestions that would make your experience better? Please leave your suggestions down below so we can read over them!
  2. So I recently built a new PC for Win 11 and reused some parts from my old system. One of the parts I reused is my H100i V2 AIO cooler. I was still using iCUE 3 on the old system so I decided to switch to iCUE 4 on the new one. iCUE 4 detects it and it's all working as it should, but when I started creating more profiles I noticed that I can only customise hardware lighting which is the colour it displays when iCUE is not running and this is not linked to your profiles anymore. In iCUE 3 I could assign a different colour for each profile but not in iCUE 4. Fine it's only a small single colour rgb corsair logo, but still, what gives?
  3. Game in a Whole New Light 💡 with Philips Hue and iCUE! Philips Hue lighting can now illuminate your game room in dazzling RGB ✨that is fully synchronized with our iCUE software and compatible products. Controlling Philips Hue lights right from your desktop via iCUE is incredibly simple and intuitive. iCUE recognizes the Philips Hue Bridge automatically – just switch the Philips Hue integration to “ON” in iCUE settings, and a new Philips Hue tile will appear on the iCUE homepage ✔️ From there, you can program and customize Philips Hue light bulbs, lightstrips, and other RGB lights, just as you could a CORSAIR iCUE product 😎 Philips Hue lights can be set to lighting scenes like Rainbow Wave 🌊 and Color Pulse 🌈, or configured to dynamically react to keystrokes or system temperatures, perfectly synchronized with the rest of your RGB setup. The lights can also react to your CPU temperature 🌡️, alert you to notifications 🚨, or react to in-game cues from a host of supported games. With iCUE and Philips Hue, you can create completely customized lighting conditions and add visual appeal to streams, video, and gameplay, all from a single interface. *Support for Philips Hue Play gradient light tubes and Philips Hue gradient Signe lights will be available soon. For more information about Philips Hue, please visit: www.philips-hue.com To download the latest version of iCUE, please visit: www.corsair.com/icue
  4. Having a PC in the room can be a bit distracting (aka it makes me wanna play games all day 👾) so to counter that do you have a separate game room/work office that you have your PC set up in? Or is your set up in your bedroom? Is it in the common room? How much RGB is lighting up 💡 your set up? If you use Philips Hue light strips, make sure check out the new Philips Hue x iCUE integration post to learn more about how you can spice up your set up✨! We would LOVE to see some photos so please feel free to show your space below!
  5. Hi all, Devices: K95 RGB Platinum XT keyboard Dark Core Pro SE mouse Current state: Both keyboard and mouse lighting are controlled by Wallpaper Engine This means my wireless mouse looks like a Christmas tree and drains more battery than it needs to. Brightness is basically an ON or OFF toggle in Settings, and turning it to OFF also turns off the battery indicator light which I would like to keep on. Desired state: Keyboard lighting remains controlled by Wallpaper Engine Mouse lighting controlled through iCue, so I can turn all zones off except except the battery indicator Is the above desired state possible!? Thanks, RaffScallion
  6. I've been using my Strafe MK2 since Christmas 2021 and just today I had to completely uninstall and reinstall iCUE 4 because it wasn't opening at all. Anyway, that's all going smoothly and then it comes time to turn off my keyboard lights before I go to bed. I press the brightness button once to turn off all lights as I've done since Christmas, but it doesn't entirely turn off the lights. I investigate a bit and every time the key backlights are off, the side lighting is on. When the key blacklights are on the lower 2 brightness settings, the side lighting is on which is correct. However, when I go to the third brightness setting for the key backlights, the side lighting turns off. So, how can I keep the side lighting on while the key backlights are on, but turn them off when the key backlights are off too? I tried messing around for a while, but there's no clear way to do what I've been doing for over 7 months as far as I can tell.

  9. We all have our preferred aesthetics when it comes to our setups, whether it be needing everything in your PC to be a certain color/pattern/brand (I'm sure yours is CORSAIR 😉) or just having peripherals that match. Since monitors are often unmentioned, do you prefer them to match with the setup or are you okay with whatever color it comes in? What monitor size and resolution do you prefer when you game as opposed to when you work 🖥️? How about your PC? Are you just a specs person, someone that doesn't care about RGB and only focuses on getting the best BANG for your BUCK 💸 Personally, my setup and PC are all white and I care a bit (a lot) about the aesthetics (I even put vinyl on the bezels of my 2 monitors so they can match the rest of my setup). And yes, my PC is RGB decked out, BUT it is also a powerful machine that can game, work, and stream flawlessly 😎 Lets hear your opinions down below and show off your set up!
  10. I recently upgraded my motherboard, ram and cpu to the ASUS B450M Aii, Corsair Vengeance ddr4 3600 RGB PRO, and Ryzen 5 5500, which lead to another problem. My DEEPCOOL Matrexx55 ARGB-W case, with mounted LED strip(5v), and 6 CF120(5vARGB) fans will not work with the 12v RGB header on the mobo for RGB control. The Commander Core XT looks like the route I would prefer to go, since I already use iCue for my K55 Keyboard, Void Elite headset and the new Vengeance Pro RGB ddr4 3600 ram. When I initially build out the case, having all branded products seemed logical, especially with the RGB controller built into the case. While I can still use the case for lighting, I would much rather use software and have more control over the RGB. After determining that the 12vRGB header on the mobo isn't compatible with the ARGB fans, I found a DEEPCOOL 12v-5v Transfer hub. That didn't solve the problem either, as ARGB and RGB don't work the same. I am using 6 DEEPCOOL CF120 fans, 3 mounted in the front, 2 in push/pull on a Coolermaster Hyper212 EVO and one for exhaust in the rear. I would be much happier to control everything with iCue instead of using the case mounted controller. Is there a connector/adapter to use my DEEPCOOL products with the Corsair Commander Core XT to control the lighting in my case? 11. Hi Y'all. Just upgraded my pc with a ton of Corsair products, and am really enjoying the new iCUE and lighting options that come along with the new build. On the old version, I was able to set a profile indicator color on my Strafe RGB MK.2 color profile button (shown in attachment), such as transparent for my all-transparent profile, blue for my rocket league profile, etc... How can I do this in the new iCUE? Understandably, any Google search containing the keywords "iCUE", "Color Profile", "Keyboard", and "Profile Color" in any combination is only yielding in-software profile icon advice. Thanks for any help!
  12. Hello friends, I am having an issue with my K68 RGB Keyboard and my Harpoon RGB Pro. The color setup for my keyboard/mouse is static white when I login. However, when I window lock my screen (windows key+L), it changes to static green. I have been searching and searching through countless posts/videos and none seems to work. I have tried everything in the hardware lightning and none is working... Has someone experienced this issue?
  13. Is there any way to set a button to change scenes? I'd like to have a dark scene I can apply without it changing anything else but it appears that can only be done by opening icue itself
  14. Hello, I've been looking through internet for a solution but sadly I couldn't find anything. I tried reinstalling iCUE, updating it, disabling SDK but nothing seems to work. (I'm not using anything else for lighting control either) Why is this happening? I thought this was an issue from years ago that would have been solved already with a new update for the program? I hope someone can help me with this, it's bothering me. My keyboard has been working fine for years and out of nowhere I get 1 red light I can not change.. Sorry in advance if I did overlook a post on the forum on this. Thought it might be easier to post something myself. (I'm using a Corsair STRAFE RGB Gaming Keyboard)
  15. So appearently, I saw that my headset turned to static light blue. Re-attaching the dongle works but is temporary. The light probably lasted on the effect I wanted for like 5 minutes, not more. I can't really determine the problem, help will be pretty useful, have a nice day. (This does not effect the sound quality or something about audio at all.)
  16. So let me get this straight. iCUE previously had lighting link for the K55 keyboard which worked with other corsair products such as the Harpoon mouse. Corsair decided to update the software and remove the K55 keyboard from the lighting link. Now Corsair are working with 3rd parties such as Asus to get lighting link working with their motherboards, such as my X470i. Yet, the K55 has still been left out and not allowed to integrate with lighting link. Even though its a Corsair product? Your options are simple. Either use the old software with lighting link features on both keyboard and mouse (no motherboard). Or use the new software with mouse and motherboard lighting link integration (no K55 keyboard). Or there is a third option. Use old software, get K55 keyboard into lighting link settings, then update software to most recent, which will also include the Asus motherboards. This glitch method allows for all three to synchronise with lighting link, but iCUE starts acting up and crashes occasionally this way. Q1. Why did Corsair officially remove K55 keyboard from lighting link? Q2. On a separate note. Why is your iCUE software acting like bloatware, eating up all the memory? I did raise this issue with Corsair customer support, but they lied and told me to uninstall and re-install new iCUE software again, which is load of nonsense. If I knew this before purchasing your products, I would have stayed well away and not purchased to begin with. In future I've made a decision not to purchase from Corsair. Look forward to hearing from you.
  18. I started having an issue where certain keys would change color on the keyboard to something they aren't set to, and it wouldn't show up on the utility engine. Sometimes the lights change to what they should be, sometimes they flicker to a different color. The color depends on the color they are set as. http://i.imgur.com/p3aYtOZ.png The error keys are B, H, Y, 6, F6 and Page Up http://i.imgur.com/jXPmQOw.png Does this mean it's broken or is it a software/firmware problem? Both of them are up to date and I've already tried uninstalling the USB drivers from my computer and installing them again.
  19. Hey guys, so I used to be able to close iCue, lock my computer, or turn it off and "wake" up my devices by moving the mouse or something of that matter, and it would display whatever lighting profile I assigned to it. But now, when I close the app or lock my computer, all iCue devices go to the rainbow colors rather than the lighting profile I have selected. Any ideas on how I can keep them on the profile I chose?
  20. Hi, Recently I have been having issues wherein the lighting of the fans and RAM will be stuck on static white. The issue resolves itself if I launch iCUE. All software and firmware is up to date. How can I fix this? Thanks!
  21. Hey folks, brand new to the forum and also brand new to Corsair software. I just bought a brand new Lenovo Legion 7i that came with Corsair iCue installed to run the RGB lighting on the laptop. I am not running any other peripherals, no mouse, external keyboards etc. When I open the iCue software it seems to be working fine. I can click the tabs at the top and get to dashboard, instant lighting etc. On the home tab I see the laptop as a device and when I click on it I get the keyboard layout and I can select lighting effects just fine. The problem comes when I try to do anything with Profiles. If I click the add profile button, or even just click the “Default” profile tile, iCue locks up immediately. It just goes to “iCue not responding” and never recovers. I have to kill it with Task Manager, restart the Corsair.service, and then I can open the program again. As such, I can not actually save any lighting profiles. I have installed the latest updated version of iCue with no change to behavior. Tried running it in compatibility mode, and tried deleting profiles from the plugins folder. Nothing has fixed this crashing problem. Any insights would be appreciated.
  22. Hi. I want to premise this by saying I know jack about computers and programming. I've had a K95 RGB Platinum XT keyboard and Scimitar Pro RGB mouse for 2-3(?) years, and have been using them with the iCue app since I got them. This problem started a couple of weeks ago. I would start my computer, and the lighting settings I had in iCue for different profiles wouldn't work. My macros were fine, and it would still switch between profiles properly, but no lighting. For a week, I was fixing this by just repairing the app [through Window Settings], but now even that won't do anything. How do I fix this? Thanks x
  23. Hi all, Just a little Quality of Life suggestion. Could we get the ability to create sub-folders for the ACTIONS and ACTIONS LIBRARY, and the LIGHTING EFFECTS and LIGHTINGS LIBRARY, these rapidly get out of hand when creating custom mapping zones and complex lighting effects. I think this would greatly help everyone create awesome profiles.
  24. Is there a way to have one input action start lighting on one or more other devices? For example, one my profiles for my Nightsword RGB mouse, I have a timer action bound to one of thumb buttons. When the timer starts, I'd like to also kick off a lighting animation on my keyboard to visualize the timer. Or even vice versa (press a key on the keyboard, start lighting on the mouse, or any other iCUE device). Is this possible? I feel like I did something like this years ago (in regular CUE), but I can't figure out how to do it now. In certain actions, I can see a Lighting dropdown, but it's completely empty.
  25. As the title says 7 out of the 12 LED in the outer circle does not light up. I just finished building my new computer a few hours ago and everything looked great, but after maybe one hour i noticed that 7 LEDs had stopped working. I've had other problems with corsair rbg not showing the correct color so i thought that it was just a software problem or something that i could fix myself but after trying restarting my computer uninstalling ICUE messing with the settings updating all the drivers for my motherboard and ICUE I also tried to reinstall the AIO cables as i read that some people has issues with the sata cable and the 24pin connector. I tried using different sata cable from the same PSU. I even tried using a different windows installation but that did not work either. So im not sure how to proceed after trying everything i would think could fix the problem. Any tips or help is much appreciated.
