I experienced the same Pump failure with the Corsair Elite LCD AIO Friday night after doing the latest firmware install. I purchased this product to be featured in my fallout game tribute PC build I'm sharing in stages on my Youtube channel.

*Shut down PC and shut down PSU manual switch, as per Youtube Influencer channel suggestions.

*Removed / Re-Installed Corsair Elite LCD CPU block.

*Removed / Re-Installed Corsair Elite LCD Screen.

*Unplugged, re-plugged all connections, check fitment of all AIO USB and Commander Pro cables.

*Install iCue Firmware v4.27.168 update.

This Corsair AIO Elite LCD unit with the "pump failure" error was purchased from BestBuy on 8/11/22.

I ordered new unit from Amazon Prime on 9/10/22 that arrived yesterday. I swapped the Commander Pro Unit from the Amazon Prime unit to the BestBuy unit and the Corsair Elite LCD "pump failure" was fixed. Everything works perfectly now.

@Corsair Nick any insight on these barcodes? I'm wondering if Best Buy warehouse is sitting on inventory with the bad Commander units. Is Corsair working with BestBuy to investigate if this is an early bad batch? corsair-aio-pump-failure-elite-lcd-upc-barcode-number-bestbuy.thumb.jpg.f725acdd9ac8de7c37045067a6168cb8.jpg

Good to hear you were able to get the pump back up and running.  Exchanging the kit is the final recommendation to all our customers if they have performed all troubleshooting steps and updated both the software and firmware on the unit.  Based on our testing, the symptoms customers are experiencing are not attributed to any one specific component apart of the entire kit, and can manifest from a number of scenarios.  All of our official statements are in the Megathread along with troubleshooting steps to help customers out.

Great, look out for my 5000T PC Mod arriving to your HQ!

Finally found time to edit and upload Part 2 of my Fallout / Vault-Tec Gaming PC Build & Case Mod. More progress on modifications to the exterior of the Corsair 400R case. I was able to find EVGA FTW RTX 3090Ti and all of my CRUCIAL pieces for our data access / storage arrive!

Ordered Montana Gold paint that I'll test first to determine if it's good match the familiar fallout game Blue & Yellow colors utilized for vault-tec boy. Hopefully these paint choices will be used for my fallout Gaming PC mod paint finish. I may test them on custom fallout theme fan or radiator grill first.

Here is the color palette I found for the fallout game,  https://www.schemecolor.com/fallout-vault-boy-colors.php

Thank you @Corsair Nick

I tolerate the Montana GOLD nozzle spitting cause their color selection is the best and Montana paint is very durable when it cures. Here's the case with wasteland Patina over the Montana GOLD Magic Blue and Easter Yellow colors. Next video I'll share some of the Weathered Paint tips. Note the PC's case front bezel round mesh grill does mount flush,  I didnt push it in all the way.

another quick way would be to get a sheet of kydex (there's tons of textures, colors and prints), measure, cut to size and bend it with a heat gun.

Different result, but it's a 5 - 10 minutes job and it's extremely sturdy ^^

I'd love to try that, where do you buy your Kydex? @LeDoyen I poured my heart and soul into this incredible custom gaming PC for Intel – an Alchemist's  Steamer chest come to life! I transformed cherry and oak woods, hammered brass accents, clad it in sweet leathers...and even sprinkled on some of the legendary magic from Potion Craft: Alchemist Simulator Game. Plus with its 12900k CPU coupled with ARC A770 LE techy stuff, you'd better buckle your seatbelt or else risk being hurled beyond Middle Earth by all that oomph! Comes complete with two LCD screens (whoa!), logo covered AIO setup AND big Panaflo L1A 120mm fans galore - so be prepared to rock whatever virtual world awaits!

phew.. i bought it eons ago on ebay i believe when i was making knife sheaths. That's actually where you may find it the easiest : knives shops, gunsmithing.. those two are the most likely to carry a selection of kydex in store for custom sheaths and holsters.

I'm doing a Green SLIME theme PC build for Nickelodean network, it will feature the Corsair Elite LCD. I could only find unit that was listed as "RENEWED" on Amazon. Do you know what element would have been renewed on this unit by the Seller?

I'm not in a product department, but I suspect that's not an item refurbished by us. The part number (CW-9060061-WW) isn't a refurbished part number ( /RF* at the end), and I can't say I've ever seen the term "RENEWED" ever used by us. Both items could just be typos / language choices by that seller however.

It does look like it's in stock in our webstore:
