  1. If one PSU works and the other doesn't, then it's probably the PSU. Were all 3 drives on the same cable? What's the PSU model?

  4. There should be a part number either on the bottom of the mouse or on a tag on the cable. I'd suggest adding that to your ticket. CH-xxxxxx format.

  12. How exactly is the forum login flakey on Chrome? I'm on the latest 64-bit version (92.0.4515.131) and haven't had any issues.
  13. If you used guest checkout under the same email address as your mail order, it'll show up in your order history. If it was a different email address, you can create a login under that email address and it'll show up on your account within a day. Otherwise, you'll have to contact support using the email address you used for the guest order and they'll be able to pull it up.
