ChenchoRP
I love the color scheme!!! I don't know if this is allowed or not but if we have a commander that comes with the case and we add the H150i that comes with its own commander, wouldn't it be less clutter or less parts to run the chassis rgb to either one? Hi bud.  given the amount of fans this case is designed to take and how its presented in iCue. it makes sense to have the Sata powered chassis lighting hub for the Case RGB. Which is plugged into the only 3 port RGB header available. the AIO controller (Commander Core) only has 6 RGB headers which are 4 pin for fans. the supplied Commander Core XT with the 5000T has the same but also the needed RGB header. due to the limits of the Sata power connector on the Commander devices and the fact that they need to power 6 fans and also light them as well as power MCU's. nothing left for the case lighting.. hence the Sata powered chassis lighting hub.. SteveDZL
Can anyone tell me how dark the glass side panel is on the black 5000T? It looks darker than the white version. I dont see the sense in having tinted glass hide the hardware and bling on the inside. Also is there an option to buy a clear glass replacement panel? Thanks! SteveDZL
So it does have a slight tint? or is it darker? And is there an aftermarket or replacement part from corsair for a clear side panel? Thanks!
Zotty
yes has a Tint.. and no i dont think its too dark. dark enough to make the internals a bit mystery when the system is off. but ass soon as its on and RGB comes into play (wouldnt buy that case and not have RGB i figure) its more than clear enough imho.. and no not as far as i am aware. Corsair have never really done clear glass.. tints are the norm afaik
LeDoyen
the 220T has clear glass if it hasn't changed, but that may be the only one i've seen like that tbh
SteveDZL
Thanks.....as long as I can see in it clearly i'm good. I was afraid it was too dark.
cnsbarry
If anyone with the 5000T could check this for me please - what is the measurements from the back of the case legs to the front of the case legs? trying to work out if i can fit it on my current desk until i get my new desk. I'm guessing that the feet of the case are slightly shorter than the whole width of the case. Thanks!
