OhhChang
Have you been able how to figure out this issue. Mine is very similar but instead the update will stop at 3% and then will just fail and it will say that the update failed.
Apophis3
On my Dark Core, I had issues with updating the original firmware, and it turned out it needed a USB 2.0 port to succeed. Afterwards, the updated firmwares worked fine over USB3 ports for updating.
NChannell
Thank Apophis3, I'd never thought the USB would be an issue.
CptBrian
Nearly a year later, still happening despite updates. GIF: https://i.imgur.com/k6ypz6f.gifv It just loops forever at 0%. It has to be aborted, but it doesn't abort either so I have to kill the process. Will try USB 2.0. Edit: Nope. Using USB 2.0 isn't a solution. I also got a new mouse, same Harpoon model, same problem. Edited November 7, 2019 by CptBrian
hughjazz44
I can't update mine, either. Fails at 0% every time. I've contacted Corsair support, but they haven't been any help so far.
