  1. I gave this latest version of iCue 5 a try. An install over iCue 4, the latest release version. The update seemed to go fine. All my Corsair products were recognized. Keyboard, H110 cooler, mouse and memory. The issue is that upon resuming from s3 sleep mode, version 5.0.XXX gives me a black screen every time. iCue 4, works fine on resuming from S3 sleep. Uninstalled iCue 5, reinstalled iCue 4 and the system resumes properly from S3 sleep.
  2. Listening? Why is it that changed yet ANOTHER defecting left click mouse, (3rd time this year M65 RGB Elite) is such a hassle. Why can you not just simply save your existing settings from your old mouse to the new, exact same model mouse? Why is your interface so messy and confusing with pop ups that tell you to save settings that don't save. Your program is as horrible as your mouse reliability.
  3. Useless cosmetic change making the interface even more confusing. Removal of support for products still being sold on shelves. Exact same bugs folks have been reporting for years. Why does clicking on my mouse in the app change the color on my KEYBOARD to 'Rainbow'. You know what I do, I install it to check for firmware updates for the devices. Then, I remove your POS software for obvious reasons. Holy crap, your software is crap and has been for years.
  4. Legacy products? My H110i? WTF. That aside, holy carp, if I had to use your software I'd be screwed. It blows.
  5. All I want to do is set a brand new K95 to simple solid color save to the device and shut the program down. Why is this an arcane mess that you have to guess at. I am so tired of wasting my time on this crap. Where did they put it this time?
  6. You know I changed from my RGB pro to the Elite because my middle mouse button died. Little did I know, what a horrible FU it would be from simply just having my mouse work with simple settings I could save WITH A SIMPLE GAWD DAMN BUTTON. What frack are they doing? It's stupid.
  7. I use a Razor fabric pad. The bottom of the mouse has sharp edges/burrs on the metal frame from the die punch. Also the sharp pointy tips on the bottom toward the front on each side of the cord, should be rounded as well. Anything more than slight pressure causes a drag/catching. Using a small diamond jeweler's file, I took about 5 minutes to deburr all the edges and round off the pointy tips. The mouse is now smooth as silk. It's a major difference.
  8. I'm tired from doing a complete clean reinstall of Windows 10 trying to get iCue to correctly recognize the H110. I've spent quite a bit of money with Corsair. I think I have the right for one big ***C YOU, fix your Goddamn software. Thanks. Edit...a miracle. This is the precise sequence of events that worked for me. With the latest version installed. I unistalled the USB hardware error entries in device manager. Make sure you select 'Show Hidden Devices' uninstall all that show an error or are greyed out. Then uninstall the software. Upon reboot, an 'Integrated USB Bridge' in now Shown in Printers and Devices. Now an install of the software shows the H110i correctly.
