  1. Hi Ash, If you open a ticket with support, they can attempt to do a firmware flash with you as a first step. Unfortunately though it sounds like the moisture may have caused a short in that LED. If you have experience soldering PCB, you should be fine to replace the switch, but we don't officially recommend it -- generally the switches aren't designed to be user-replaceable in our keyboards. That being said, it is per-key lighting, so if you replaced that switch, it would probably fix the LED issue.
  2. Hi Tom, Generally speaking, the firmware update notes are not available to the public -- apologies for any lack of transparency there. Firmware updates are required however, as these keyboards support complex per key LED lighting profiles, as well as per-key macro binding. These need updates for bug fixes and compatibility with new versions of iCUE on occasion. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns, and thanks for choosing Corsair!
  3. Hi Kev, If the mouse is working via BlueTooth on other devices, then the mouse itself is fine, it's something with the driver or software interaction. Let's try a repair of your iCUE installation -- follow the steps on this article starting where it says Repair: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044638712-How-to-Fix-unresponsive-macros-and-remaps If this doesn't help, please open a ticket with support for further assistance.
  4. Hi Ed, It sounds like you might just be stuck in BIOS mode. Try this: Hold Winlock + F1 for 5 secs If that doesn't help, please create a ticket with support for further assistance.
  5. Not without knowing how to do some programming and write your own program along those lines for iCUE to reference, unfortunately. That's an interesting idea though, I could see where it could come into use making a whole actionbar rundown in WoW or something along those lines. I'll definitely send this suggestion to the iCUE team for consideration!
  6. Hey Shanedlm, K55 actually does have some built-in hardware lighting modes you can cycle through -- try pressing FN+1 - 7 and testing the results while booting / iCUE is disabled. This youtube video (not directly associated with Corsair that I am aware of) has a great rundown of these modes: [ame] [/ame]
  7. Hi John, This is definitely not the designed behavior for that mouse's LMB. There should be a setting under Performance for Lift Height, but that really controls pointer movement on lifts rather than button presses. This is more likely a hardware issue, so I would go ahead and do the return/exchange with Amazon and get a replacement that should be problem free.
  8. Hi Spiky, It sounds like you have the mouse binds/actions set up for Hardware mode, but not for iCUE itself. Select the Scimitar icon at the top in iCUE, then select the Actions tab on the left, not Hardware Actions. You can now assign binds for the side buttons here, and they will remain for that profile with iCUE running. If you need specific guidance on this, please open a ticket with support and they will be happy to assist.
  9. Hi Trigeminal, That Winlock + F1 for ~5 seconds to get the flashing Scroll Lock is definitely how you toggle BIOS mode for that keyboard, which should give you the namesake ability of using the keyboard in BIOS, you are correct. Try enabling it in Windows specifically before rebooting and attempting to enter / utilize BIOS. If that doesn't help, please open a ticket with support for some further assistance on this issue.
  10. Hi Gardenah, Have you checked out the Dark Core SE yet? Dedicated side sniper button + forward and back buttons, and Qi wireless charging -- I think this might be along the lines of what you're looking for. https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Gaming-Mice/DARK-CORE-RGB-SE-Performance-Wired-Wireless-Gaming-Mouse-with-Qi%C2%AE-Wireless-Charging/p/CH-9315311-NA
  11. Hi Salty, Sorry if you're having issues catching support. They generally need to see the back information panel of your keyboard to send the correct firmware version. We do apologize for any delays, and if you let me know your ticket number I can inquire about it for you.
  12. Hi Redblood252, I would try a quick soft-reset as a step here if you are still waiting for support to respond -- https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025465031-How-to-Reset-your-keyboard
  13. Hello Skenshee, This is very likely related to wireless interference. Check out the tips and tricks for wireless devices here: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=174791&t=174791 If this doesn't help, please open up a ticket with the support team.
  14. Hello Luxu, Please see my response on your other thread: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=200786
  15. Hi dun, This is potentially a bug with a remapping/macro configuration. Please try the steps below, as I think it could be the fix here, as it 'unbinds' these and starts a device fresh: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044638712-How-to-Fix-unresponsive-macros-and-remaps If this doesn't help, please create a ticket with support who will be able to provide further assistance.
  16. Hello, Unfortunately, the Dark Core RGB Pro SE is not compatible with any iOS device. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  17. Hi Luxu, You should be able to just by setting your static hardware profile -- this is what the keyboard should default to when iCUE is not enabled, i.e. on a console. Check out this forum article: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=183355 Hope this helps.
  18. The latest version of iCUE, 3.34, fixes some of the CPU usage issues, and should get your Nexus working a lot cleaner -- try doing a clean reinstall of 3.34 https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE-
  19. Clicking both the left side buttons simultaneously and holding for 10 seconds should switch the mouse to "Left handed mode" and make it default to those corresponding buttons on the right side(doing the same on the right side buttons will switch it back). There is another iCUE related workaround as well, detailed somewhat in this thread: https://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=188920 Hope this helps.
  20. My bad - one digit typo https://downloads.corsair.com/Files/CUE/iCUESetup_3.32.80_release.msi
  21. Hi Xozus, Absolutely. If you go ahead and open a ticket with support and tell them you need to do a firmware flash on your device, you should get "hard reset" instructions and firmware sent to you as a first reply, most likely.
  22. Hi Lancets, I'm so sorry you're having this experience. If you let me know the ticket number, I will forward this to support and have them send you different firmware to see if that resolves the issue!
  23. Hi Vanadiel, I haven't personally heard of that issue happening yet with 3.34, so this is potentially a newly discovered bug. We recommend you downgrade temporarily to test if this solves the issue. Please perform a clean install using the 2 links below: https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025166712-Perform-a-clean-reinstallation-of-the-Corsair-Utility-Engine-iCUE- https://downloads.corsair.com/Files/CUE/iCUESetup_3.33.80_release.msi
  24. Hi no0va.bhamade, Try a surface calibration with the device. If no luck here, please open a ticket with support.
  25. Hi Ramka, I'm sorry you're having a negative experience with our product here. Go ahead and submit a ticket with support, and they will see what they can do to assist here.
