  1. I got this to work by uninstalling Icue, reinstalling the same version, and do the update again. I am still not happy with this because I would like to know why it failed in the first place. I did not change anything on my end, disable any software, or move the dongle to a different port etc... There's nothing in the windows event log recorded for this update failure. It's like it never happened.
  2. What a mess. An update should be tested prior to release, and not brick a bunch of systems. I got mine to finally work by uninstalling and reinstalling icue software, latest version.
  3. Got this to work, somehow. Mine was stuck at 50% during the update process, and showed "failed". I ended up doing the following: - Uninstall Icue using apps and features under windows 10. - Reinstall Icue again (latest version in both cases). - It updated the mouse, but now the USB dongle was stuck. (yellow download icon on the USB receiver, nothing happens.) - Unplugged USB dongle from USB port and plugged it back in. Everything is working again. What a bug ridden update process... Would also be nice to know what actually was fixed with the firmware...
  4. Mine does not work wireless anymore, only wired. Great stuff, good testing before releasing firmware.
  5. Same here, stuck at 50% and fails to go past that. Does not say why, just that it failed.
  6. Installed the older version, same problem. Also did a reboot after installation just to double check. Same issue with the slider. I am wondering, could it be a conflict with another piece of software that controls the lighting functions of the keyboard (from another manufacturer)?
  7. I am not able to change the brightness using iCUE 3.34.161 on a Dark Core RGB Pro under device settings (In iCUE). If I slide the slider it either goes completely off or stays completely on. The slider also goes all the way to the right when it's completely on, or completely to the left when it's completely off. the 50% mark on the slider seems to be the point where it switches from on to off. I was expecting to use the slider and slide it to where I wanted the brightness to be, and leave it like that. Mouse is connected using USB cable, but it also has the same issue when connected wirelessly.
