1. I opened a ticket with corsair to solve my problem: I had some key entries registered twice sometimes. They gave me the hard reset solution with a firmware, now after I used their new firmware binary file. Everytime I plug in my keyboard I keep getting the CRP_DISABLD drive, and my keyboard is completely out of comission now.... My ticket number is #2003668708
 2. I was in the process of updating the firmware on my k63 using iCue. However the update failed due to an unknown reason and now whenever I plug in my k63, I am greeted with a windows drive with a title "CRP DISABLED" with a single file in there called firmware.bin. The keyboard also doesn't light up. Is there something I can try?
 3. About a year ago I got myself a Corsair Strafe The none RGB red light one. I've had it for a year with no problems, till on Sunday I woke up and turned on my computer and the keyboard didn't work only the lights showed up. So the keyboard starts acting like a boot device I guess? and as the title says, it's called "CRP Disabld" I made a ticket to corsair on their support forum and I got a reply today but they are asking for my receipt to validate the warranty of the keyboard, but I bought this a year ago from when I went to America so no way in hell did I keep that receipt since I never thought this would be a problem and I never return stuff anyway. I've checked all on the internet every source I could find and most people say its stuck in bootloader mode and I need to get a new firmware from Corsair, but I literally can't because they probably won't give it to me if I say I have no receipt, so I don't know what to do, any help is appreciated thanks.
 4. :D finally after months of annoyance, I got upset enough to enter the corsair files and found where each button is defined, tinkered around until I got Left click able to be remapped, imagine it would apply to other corsair models as well. 1. go to : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Corsair\Corsair Utility Engine\devices" 2. open the xml of your device in notepad, for me "profile_scimitar.xml" 3. near the bottom is the line <protectedKeys size="dynamic">
Mouse1
</protectedKeys> 4. remove the line Mouse1 to create <protectedKeys size="dynamic">

</protectedKeys>
 5. Hello Corsair community, I recently bought the Corsair VOID PRO and the Corsair HS70 Headsets. I have tested the VOID PRO for some days now and decided that it is time to start using the iCUE software. I tried to make it so that i can hear myself talking. I am able to switch the feature on via my headset, but the sidetone slider in iCUE is greyed out and I cant move it. I have tried restarting my PC, updating iCUE, changing the slider without a headset connected and tried to create a new iCUE profile and change it there. Nothing worked, it was always greyed out. Some things I noticed are, that the volume slider is also greyed out, if I create a new profile the sliders appear to be movable for a split second before going grey again and that my two headsets are somehow linked. Linked means, that if I change the equalizer settings for one, the settings for the other one change as well. I would be very glad if someone could help me, as for everything else the headsets are great! Also, sorry for any formatting or spelling errors. Be free to remind me of those. Thanks, Flash3r01 Edit: Problem has been solved. Tried it only with the HS70. But for the VOID PRO it worked fine.
