  1. I have the headphones a couple of months ago and at the beginning I had no problem connecting them via bluetooth, but from one day to the next they no longer connected to any device via bluetooth, I tried updating the drivers in the iCUE even forcing the update, but no it worked. I also tried "Factory Reset" by unplugging and plugging the dongle from the computer, but that didn't work either. I have tried with different cell phones but none manages to find the bluetooth headphones. And in the bluetooth led of the headphones when I turn it on it shines purple for a second and then it stays blinking red, it never shows the blue light that it should show to pair it by bluetooth. Please help. :c
  2. I hold the MFB and I never see the blue light, or anything different show up. I've tried to force update the firmware to no avail. Flipping the switch does nothing for when holding the button. I dont seem to see any other reports of a problem like this, usually with a red blinking led, but I have no indication at all. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
  3. Buenas, tengo mis auriculares Virtuoso XT recién estrenados.
  4. Hi there, new here since today. I have a question regarding the Bluetooth incapability between the corsair Bluetooth mouses and the iPads (old and new). I have read a few topics about this so far; a lot of users are disappointed about the mouses not working with iPadOS. You, as Corsair, keep stating that "the Bluetooth mouses are not supported, so they won't work". I was wondering whether this is going to change in the near future, and if so when about this would be? Could you please elaborate on this disadvantage of your peripherals? I am very much enjoying my new hardware, but I am afraid I have to swap it for something else because of the lackings, it would be a shame 😞
  5. Hello, I'm trying to pair this mouse up to a Bluetooth receiver on my desktop PC running Windows 10 however I'm having a bit of trouble connecting it. The Bluetooth version is reported to be HCI 6.12576 / LMP 6.8891, which is Bluetooth 4.0. Unfortunately it was bought without the wireless USB receiver, so I am not able to connect it that way. On the PC I have tried to add a Bluetooth device by going to Start > Settings > Devices > Add Bluetooth or other device and selecting Bluetooth (Mice, keyboards, pens, or audio and other kinds of Bluetooth devices). The instructions say that I need to hold the PROFILE UP button, then power on the mouse to the BT position while still holding down that button. The LED is flashing blue as expected, but never turns solid blue as I am unable to pair successfully. I am able to connect the mouse via a USB data cable and the PC is able to detect it. I have also installed iCue, but I think that's only for using it with the wireless receiver. I have enabled Bluetooth discovery in the Bluetooth settings by selecting the checkbox 'Allow Bluetooth devices to find this PC'. I have also proved the dongle works by sending a file to my PC from my phone. I have also proved that the Bluetooth is working on the mouse, as I was able to pair it with my phone and I am able to see a cursor on my phone screen and move it around. Is there anything else that I may have missed here?
  6. Hello everyone, I've been using a commander pro with 3 Ll120's for a couple of months now, now with 3 additional QL120. I've been getting the USB disconnect issue as a lot of other people did, read: https://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=189344 which appears to have been fixed by the NZXT Internal USB Hub. Sadly, I also seem to have an issue where my commander randomly loses voltage and in connection the fans. The RGB works fine and a restart of the iCue service helps, albeit temporarily. Example images: https://imgur.com/a/tv9Gxcb So far I have contacted the corsair support via ticket, although I haven't got a response yet. I also have done the following: - reset the commander pro via reset button - tried iCue 3.31, aswell as 3.36 (current version) - deinstalled both versions normally aswell as with registry cleaner tools - deinstalled HWINFO, HWMonitor (and temporarily MSI Afterburner + RTSS) - tried all USB headers my motherboard offers - tried all USB headers the NZXT Hub offers. My rig in question: - ryzen 5800x - x570 ASUS strix-e gaming - 32gb ram 3600cl16 - zotac 3080 - rm850x - h150i pro xt (which does not have any problems.) I've read that asus and corsair do not like each other that much, at least on x570, hence the nzxt hub. It does work, but I do get the odd bluetooth sound without any following issues. Hopefully someone can pin-point me into a direction in which I can remove this issue. Thank you all! Also happy new year. Edit: also uploaded 2 logs. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YxyIZfrXw9GU1nU-YWMEAey9l9oWrlYO?usp=sharing
  7. My Dark core RGB se shows paired in windows Bluetooth settings but doesn't connect. I tried uninstalling all drivers and then reinstalling all drivers but doesn't fix this issue. i also resetted my laptop and my mouse then also unable to connect. Also tried uninstalling Icue and then reinstalled still didn't fix this issue. The only way I can use is by using USB receiver or by wired. But I like to connect by Bluetooth only. Also, I can connect other devices like headphone via Bluetooth etc to my windows laptop but not dark core SE. Has anyone experienced an issue like this before? Also strangely I am to pair my dark core RGB se in other laptops but not mine. Please help me fix this issue! Thanks in advance Also, my laptop Bluetooth works fine but can't connect my mouse.
