Hello, Do you have another computer you can test these devices on? Offhand, this sounds like it is more related to a USB power-from-sleep issue, which would be controlled by the motherboard. Test these peripherals on another PC, and if the issue persists, please submit a ticket to our Tech support team for analysis.
