  1. If the unit you have is the same that you linked, then you'll need Type 3 SATA cables for your PSU. You can purchase stock replacement cables through the following link if you need a replacement: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Accessories-|-Parts/PC-Components/Power-Supplies/Ribbon-Style-SATA-Cable-with-4-Connectors%2C-Type-3-(850mm)/p/CP-8920113 We also have premium sleeved cables if that is what you are looking for. These are sold individually or as a set. The chart through the link below will help identify the specific types that are compatible with your PSU: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/psu-cable-compatibility Let us know if you have any other questions.
  2. Hi @HnyBear.bacon unfortunate to hear you haven't received a respond to your ticket yet. We've reached out to Technical Support and escalated the situation in their team. You should receive a response soon, but if you don't hear back in the next day or two, PM me please. We'll get you sorted out so you can get your system back up and running.
  3. Wanted to give you all a quick update. As you have seen we released iCUE 4.25.155 and 4.26.110 in the past couple weeks, and we've included some fixes and enhancements. iCUE 4.25.155 should improve functionality for most of you as it removed the Serial Number Verification which we outlined previously in the thread. This wasn't explicitly listed in the release notes, but it was included. If you are continuing to experience detection or error issues (Orange Triangle) after updating to the latest version of iCUE and going through the troubleshooting steps in the first post, we recommend that you contact support to begin the RMA process. You can submit a ticket through the link below and one of the Technical Support Agents can assist you with getting a replacement unit: https://support.corsair.com/ With iCUE Release 4.26.110, we've enhanced the functionality to allow customers to rotate custom images and gifs they have uploaded. I've brought up the suggestions from some of you about expanding this to the default screens to our internal teams to evaluate. If there are any updates, we'll be sure to let you know.
  4. Since the release of iCUE for macOS, both LS100 and LT100 ambient lighting products have not been listed as compatible or supported. macOS has very different standards from Windows in terms of capabilities and compatibility for devices/software. iCUE for macOS has to conform to these standards which is why these two products are still listed as not compatible for macOS. If this changes in the future, we'll be sure to inform the community. Our release notes are available at the top and will outline all changes to iCUE with each release.
  5. I've reach out to our Support team and one of the agents should respond with the firmware files. Let us know if you have any other issues.
  6. Thank you everyone that brought this to our attention. Looks to be a caching issue, but we have not resolved it, and you should be able to update through the iCUE app as intended. Let us know if you run into any other issues with the update.
  7. We have a new version of iCUE (v4.25.155) that will be available for download shortly. Please be sure to update through the setting button in your existing app or visit our download page. Release notes for the new version are available through the link below: https://forum.corsair.com/release-notes/icue/

  9. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback @rvzuwn, and we'll take these points into consideration. As you mentioned, the LCD and the Commander Core do communicate with eachother, however the issues are not necessarily directly related to firmware. During the initialization and start up of iCUE, there is a step where screen Serial Number is resolved. Working with the community, we've identified this as an area where we can improve the user experience, and will be removing this step tentatively in iCUE 4.25.x. There are more details throughout the thread below about common experiences users are seeing, and steps to resolve them. We are updating the OP with more information as we release it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
  10. Thank you for the additional details. Those are the correct and most up to date firmware versions for your specific units. Prior to swapping out the motherboard, did you perform BIOS updates on the EVGA? I didn't see it in your comments. There have been some widespread reports of USB related issues on the X570 platform in general, and recent BIOS updates have improved it.
  11. Great observation and feedback on your experience @Salsiccia with swapping motherboards. Some motherboard models have varying bandwidth performance differences between the two available USB headers. This is why we recommend switching and plugging the LCD directly into headers for our initial troubleshooting steps. That is correct, if you have the LCD connected, you should see two firmware options in the Device Settings menu on the homepage. If you don't mind for reference, what version is displayed for both? The enhancement Shocksim referred to is not included in the current public release version 4.24.193, and will be apart of a later release. We will make sure to post an update once fully confirmed. Our software and validations teams are working diligently to get these enhancements implemented and tested before releasing out to all of you.
  12. Thanks @Randall C. Reed for your feedback about the current documentation for the iCUE software and Dark Core Pro RGB mouse. With the nature of iCUE being an ever evolving platform that accommodates our growing product lineup, the ICUE How-To Videos and Support Knowledge Base currently serve as the main tutorial resources for their flexibility to be updated. New tutorial videos are published on a regular basis as product specific features and ecosystem enhancements are implemented. If there is a specific topic or tutorial you feel the community would benefit from, we're open to suggestions that can be presented to the content team to review.
  13. Main post has been update. All devices that were labeled as Legacy are now supported in iCUE Release Version 4.24.193 and later. The latest version is available for download in the link below: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/downloads We will now be locking the discussion.
  14. As mentioned in the post above, we're still actively working on a update to iCUE which will improve the logic of how the LCD is detected by the software. I don't have any firm dates, but it is in the process of being implemented and tested internally before being released to the public. If you are concerned about post-sales support, I would recommend speaking with one of the support agents by putting in a support ticket as they are more familiar with the policies in place. You can do so through the following link: https://support.corsair.com/
