Galmek
I have a H80 (11519402) installed not so long ago, so basically it started to make this weird grinding noise last Wednesday, at first it was not so loud but the longer the computer kept running the louder it got, I tried to do that firmware reset but it didn't seem to work, it is still grinding and the sound is just unbearable, even when I'm not in the room I can hear it grinding from the hall way =( Will try to return this unit to the shop Monday morning for a replacement =(

Galmek
I would suggest that you get it replaced via our RMA process. Use the link on the left to submit an RMA. I already replaced it via shop, but the new replacement is also grinding, so I had to install the fix from the overclock.net forum and it works fine now PS: also same lot number 11519402 on the replacement
