help RM1000e slight rattling noise on fan spin

Hi!

I noticed that my computer occasionally emits a faint rattling nosie and after a bit of tracking I narrowed it down to the PSU (RM1000e) fan. The noise is generated when the fan spins up and goes away quickly after. It's not loud enough to be immediately concerning, but it's pretty annoying as it's clearly audible over my case fans when idling even with headphones on.

I'm curious if this is normal and something I just need to get used to, or if it's something that'd be covered under warranty. Alternatively if there is a way to disable the "zero RPM mode" and keep the fan spinning constantly that'd also help with making it a great deal less annoying. Unforunately I've found no such function in the manual.
