mero2247
Hello! I recently bought this product, it's so beautiful and stuff. After the first gaming session (about 12hrs battery lasted) I putted the headset to charge. I left it all the night, and the amber light was still blinking after 4 hours of uninterruptible charging. Im testing it right now, looking for a posible led bug or something like that. I use USB 3.0 for charging. I have a question, is there any software/hardware indicator to know the exact percent of charge? I looked over the CUE soft but i did not find anything :(. Thanks. Corsair Employee Corsair Henry Posted March 2, 2016 Corsair Employee Share Posted March 2, 2016 The battery level is displayed in CUE. Click on settings> Device and it should show your void wireless battery level. For your situation, it is most likely a LED bug.
Corsair Chris
Also, you can turn on "Sound Notifications" so that if your battery is low CUE will trigger a voice saying "Low Battery".

AGATwitch
ok I fixed both problems... simply unplugged the USB / BT dongle from my PC and plugged it back in. Indicator is now GREEN and it is showing back up in CUE.
