  3. I am not able to talk about products that have not been released yet. I am here to gather information and persuade PMs that this may be route we can explore, so the more people who voice their opinions the better.

  5. TBH I am not sure what names was explored, but I agree with you based on our keyboard history. STRAFE TKL or even STRAFE Mini will do. Not to mention we also released our RGB rubber dome keyboard call the K55. So the assumption of K series being only aluminum chassis is no more.
  6. Putting double shot keys on K63 would drive it up to the same cost as the STRAFE. However, we will have doubleshot keycaps soon so you can put them on whatever keyboard you like
  7. Thank you for the explanation and using our gear. While do we try to accommodate most requests, it all comes down to demand. Hopefully you will be able to find your ideal keyboard soon. I am not saying that we will never create one, but it's unlikely at the moment.
  8. This is a long shot. We will probably have a better chance releasing the super limited RGB blue switch again before this happens. Do you currently use a ergonomic keyboard? If you do, what changes would you make the to current one and why? Are you a gamer?
  9. Hello Everyone, We are working on replicating this issue still. For those of you who are experiencing this, please make sure to fill out your system specs. Better yet, send me a PM with your system specs so I can get this to our team. Also, does updating to firmware 1.01 address the issue for you?
  10. Are you guys plugging it into usb 2.0 or 3.0? What is the firmware you are using? Please submit a RMA and provide me with the RMA number. That way we can replace it and have your unit sent directly to me for an analysis.
  11. Reinstall CUE again and see if the issue reappears. Please do the same. A few of us is trying to replicate this issue with no luck so far.
