Hey Tachyon1, It appears that the battery on your VOID is defective. Please submit this in for an RMA and provide me with the RMA # so that we can bring this unit back in for a failure analysis. Thanks!

Buttons on the VOID headset
Corsair Chris replied to Antares004's topic in Gaming Peripherals & Audio Troubleshooting
Create a thread and get tons of views and responses. That way if popular enough I can bring it up with the Product Manager and we'll take another look at this just as we did with double shot keycaps. -
Buttons on the VOID headset
Corsair Chris replied to Antares004's topic in Gaming Peripherals & Audio Troubleshooting
Hi Antares004, Currently we do not support that function. It was a feature we thought about but ultimately decided not to go with because... how often would you use a macro in games since it would require that your hand leaves the keyboard or mouse to activate. With that said, if there's enough demand for it, we can always take another look. -
Hi all, we are aware that the auto-shutdown isn't working on certain systems. We need a little bit of information to help with the investigation. If I don't already have your system specs, could you PM it to me along with which OS you're running and which games did you notice this happening on?

VOID mic volume
Corsair Chris replied to Gregathor's topic in Gaming Peripherals & Audio Troubleshooting
Could you guys provide which software you're using for your calls? Since it seems like it's only affecting Win10 users, I'll try to see if it could be replicated. -
H100i not displaying correct led color through CL
Corsair Chris replied to rickyarnold999's topic in Corsair Link
It's possible that the blue LED is defective if you're unable to get the blue or white working on SIV. All we can do is suggest that you RMA your cooler. -
Hi everyone, thank you for reporting this and for your patience. Corsair James and I are looking into this issue again but we need a few things. Can you try to enable audio notifications to see if you hear the voice notification regarding auto-shutdown? Could you make sure that the auto-shutdown happens every 10-11 minutes? Also try it without CUE running to see if the issue persist. I know it's not ideal, but we would like to find out what is causing this issue so we can address it.

Uninstall CUE and reinstall it, and let CUE update the drivers. You shouldn't have to search for the driver...
-
Wait... you didn't update the drivers through CUE the 2nd time? Could you provide screen shots on the exclamation mark that you're mentioning?
-
Hey DerrHans, First, uninstall CUE and make sure to check the "delete saved settings for all users" box. Go into your Device Manager in Windows, go under "Sound, video and game controllers" and find "Corsair VOID RGB Wireless Gaming Headset". Right click "Corsair VOID RGB Wireless Gaming Headset" and select properties. Under "Driver", click "Uninstall". Reset your system, reinstall CUE, reset your system again. You should have the correct driver allowing you to see your headset as a 8 channel device.
