Instead of changing the setting in iCUE, you can try adjusting the setting in Windows. Search for mouse settings, and this button will open up the old control panel interface, which allows you to change how fast it takes before a double click is registered. Moving the slider closer to "Fast" will make Windows less likely to register accidental double clicks. Use the folder icon to test the double click speed.
If that still doesn't work, you can create a cludgy workaround by lowering the polling rate in iCUE. This will fix issues with a failing mouse switch. It means your clicks will take slightly longer to register, but lowering the polling rate will prevent a double click if your mouse switch is starting to break. Move it one increment lower, then play for a while and see if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't, keep lowering the polling rate until the random double clicks start going away. It's not a great solution, but if it fixes the problem, it's cheaper than buying a new mouse.
