Corsair One i164 Bluescreens
Corsair Caliente replied to llhell's topic in CORSAIR Pre-Built Systems Troubleshooting
For the time being, we suggest you guys request an RMA or repair if you're experiencing BSOD issues related to WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Seems like swapping out the SSD has resolved the issue for a lot of people which is something we can do for you. -

Sorry that you're experiencing this issue. We're having trouble replicating the error but are looking into it. I'll have one of our agents reach out to you. We'll most likely push for an RMA. -

Corsair one boots back up after shutdown
Corsair Caliente replied to Jackloco's topic in CORSAIR Pre-Built Systems
Hey Jackloco, I was going to suggest temporarily disconnecting the PWR_SW pins in case the power button was triggering the start up after shut down. You power up the machine, disconnect the PWR_SW pins, then boot it down and see if it boots back up. -
Hello Nyr, This is out of the ordinary. I would suggest talking to support and pushing for a repair rather than an RMA. Since we're able to isolate the problem the repair depot will have a better idea what to replace. Afterwards they'll test it and send it back out to you. If you'd like to return it instead then you should reach out to support also.

Case fan making grinding noise on start up. Help?!
Corsair Caliente replied to Dine's topic in Build Hardware Troubleshooting
Could you specify how many fans have this issue? Does it only happen when the fan is mounted in a certain position? It could be hitting something but if the problem follows the fan then that could be an issue with the bearing. -

Corsair one boots back up after shutdown
Corsair Caliente replied to Jackloco's topic in CORSAIR Pre-Built Systems
Hey Jackloco, So after it shuts down it immediately boots back up? Maybe there's a short on the PWR SW pins or the button itself. How comfortable are you with opening up the system? Have you already reached out to support? -
Hey Nyr, If we rule out software then the issue is either the fan or the main CPU pump since that's what communicating with iCUE. See if support can try sending you a new fan. If that doesn't work I would try to initiate a repair since it sounds like just swapping out the pump should take care of it.

PUMP PROBLEM H100I CAPELLIX
Corsair Caliente replied to RODRIGO EMMANUEL's topic in CORSAIR Pre-Built Systems Troubleshooting
Hmm... are you able to go into Settings and then attempt to update the firmware? -
Hey Nyr, The guide to uninstall iCUE are as follows. It does involve removing registry files. Open your computer's Control Panel. Open the Programs and Features options. Select Corsair Utility Engine in the list, and then select Uninstall. Press Window Key + R to open the Run command. Type %appdata% and press Enter. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. Return to the Run window and type %localappdata%. Delete any Corsair folders in the window that pops up. Open File Explorer and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ for iCUE 3, or C:\Program Files\ for iCUE 4. Delete any Corsair folders in that folder. Type Regedit in the Run window and then click OK. Go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ and delete the Corsair folder. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ and delete the Corsair folder. Restart your computer. Download a new installer file for iCUE from Corsair.com and reinstall. The way the fans work in the Corsair One is that they're connected to the main CPU PUMP which connects to the USB 2.0 header on your motherboard. This is how the fan interacts with iCUE. When iCUE isn't running, the fans will default to a pre-programmed hardware curve that's built into the CPU PUMP. It essentially acts as the main controller for the fan.

i160 stopped controlling fan speed
Corsair Caliente replied to Poluekt's topic in CORSAIR Pre-Built Systems Troubleshooting
Hey Kookla2, You can create a Windows Install USB and install Windows from that USB. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10#d2784474-fdb0-4e9d-9e47-5e88c0e053ec From the link you can download the Windows 10 Installation Media Tool. There are instructions on that page as well. See "Using the tool to create installation media (USB flash drive, DVD, or ISO file) to install Windows 10 on a different PC (click to show more or less information)." -
It may be a firmware issue then. I see nothing wrong with your macro. Try forcing an update on the keyboard's firmware through iCUE and see if that changes anything.

Checking back in and I am still getting blue screens. I am wits end here with this pc. Something is definitely defective. Could be a piece of hardware being that I received blue screens day 1 going forward. I don't know what else to do. I never had computer issues like this in my lifetime. I need help possibly by a corsair professional technician or customer service. I have proof of purchase and all. I want to add my blue screen error codes for further investigation and help as mentioned by R3dbaron but not exactly sure which lines I need to post. Fyi I did a windows memory Diagnostic test today and came back with no errors detected in event viewer so that rules out faulty ram sticks. Hello, I've created a ticket for you from your forum post to assist you in your issue. Can you provide for us the following: Name: Phone#: Part#: Serial#: Please also provide for us, if you can, a picture of the blue screen error code that you're getting.
