Liam09
I built my system exactly a week ago and everything was fine till Thursday (3 days ago) when the issue started. I passed it on as nothing but it has happened once yesterday and again the day after (today) First time I wasn’t even using my pc, second time I was on my browser and third time I was playing games. From what it seems, my pc stayed cool and wasn’t overheating but just flashing red with the screen having the error on it and I looked at icue the third time and there was no pump data. I have a rx 7900xt a ryzen 9 7950X3D and not sure if it matters but 3 extra cosair fans on top of the pump and the 3 radiator fans all hooked up to the commander core. Liam09
Addition: I have checked both the 8 pin and the 20 pin cables coming off the pump yesterday and it still happened today (day of posting the thread)
Solution c-attack Posted December 10, 2023 Solution Share Posted December 10, 2023 You need to contact Corsair Support through the ticket system. There is a link at the bottom of the page. This 'false pump fail' error has been around a while and appears to be hardware based. Once it happens, it will not correct. You will need a replacement unit. Theldin
I am having a similar issue, but can't open a ticket... The page where there is supposed to be a form to fill out is blank. I have tried 3 different browsers. Is there another way to open a ticket?
Administrators Technobeard Posted December 10, 2023 Administrators Share Posted December 10, 2023 Did you go to that URL directly, or did you go to https://help.corsair.com and click on a link? In either case, go to that URL, click the Contact Us link, then Warranty Exchange.
