    Sounds like you may need to redownload iCUE 4.32.129 and then when that message comes up point it to the msi file. Here's a direct link:

    If it doesn't work, rename the file "32.129_release.msi" to match what the message is looking for and try again.

    Hi Martin, I'll ask that they look into if your emails are being received into the ticket or not. In the meantime, you can log into the support portal at https://help.corsair.com . From there you can access your ticket and respond to it on the website. Same login you use on the forum.

    That form isn't to look up ticket info, just the status of an RMA. Log in at https://help.corsair.com and you can see your ticket. The same info will be emailed to you when support responds to you.

    I'll ask someone for confirmation as I don't use iCUE (HEY @Corsair Nick @Corsair Fer 😁), but at a quick glance Power Out seems to be the wattage provided to the internal components and is just 1W off of the combined wattage of the 3.3V, 5V, and 12V power graphs. The 1W difference may be because of rounding. Looks like you were pulling 227W from the wall and providing 208W to the internal components, resulting in 91.63% efficiency, or rounded up to 92% on your chart. Same math works out on the screenshot in your ticket.
