Dark Core Pro Issues

Before the recent update "Mouse, v. 5.0.41" the Dongle wasn't working with my PC, Now all of a sudden after the update it works but when I connect with the usb cable to update profiles and calibrate the surfaces it doesnt recognise the input from the mouse but the profiles suddenly start working on the mouse but i can't use the profile switch button. I recently downgraded my computer from a custom build to a Lenovo Legion T530-28ICB. The mouse was working fine before on my custom build and after this I am adomant its a driver issue... Please help!

the plot thickens... i have followed the steps and now it tells me the usb device isnt recieving enough electricity...

 

i have looked up my specs and i have usb v3.2 so i dont think it should be having this problem still...

Are we using a USB hub or Passthrough? If you are, try connecting directly into the system. You can also contact our support team by opening a ticket at https://help.corsair.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so our support team can look into this further for you.

Unfortunatelty i am not using any of those or it may have helped... i will open up a ticket
